First 2 experiences were fine. Last experience they kept giving the car back to me still broken, about 4 times. Then recommended an ENGINE replacement. Took it to Chevy to find out I had 3 coolant leaks. Thanks for nothing

Excellent, friendly, and flexible service! Mary (at the front desk) was very flexible getting me on the schedule, clearly explained what work my car needed and why, and unlike most repair shops there was no pressure to pay for extra (unnecessary) services. Ill definitely be back when my car needs TLC again!

The only reason I am rating higher than a one star is because of the service recovery I witnessed. The woman at the front desk is rude and does not care about customer needs. I scheduled an appointment online yesterday (which was never confirmed as promised so we had to call to confirm). They changed the time to an hour later, which was fine as I thought that meant I would be in and out. When I arrived the woman told me it would be awhile till someone could look at my car. She didnt even know why I was there. She didnt care that I made an appointment. She instantly presented an excuse that the appointments can be changed. No one contacted me to change it. When I told her I needed someone to just check the battery, which only take a few minutes, she just looked at me. When another gentleman stepped in to help, she couldnt even offer him respect in explaining why I was there. He was very helpful and arranged for a mechanic to test the battery for me. Another gentleman returned my keys and was happy to discuss with me about my cars needs and answer any questions I had. The mechanic who returned my car was also very nice. I believe in their work ethic, but they need someone new to welcome customers in the door.

I made the mistake of recommending this Firestone to my friend who had a flat tire. When I called, Jay told me that the patch would cost $20 and she could walk in. Once she reached, they said they could not fix it and she had to get a new tire for over $100. Since she had to get to work, she got it and left. Her tires were relatively new and they did not show her where the “cut” they could not repair was located and did not give her the replaced tire. When she was about to leave, the front desk lady informed her that one of the other tires was extremely low on pressure and she had to get a wheel alignment. If one of the tires is low, why would you not just fill all of them as part of the service???Frustrated with the wasted time (>2 hrs), she left and neither one of us will ever go back to this location. Poor customer service and knowledge. Not recommended! Expected better service from a company like Firestone!

Incredibly fast service. I came there to have a tire repaired after noticing a nail stuck on the wheel, they took me in and said 1 to 1.5hours. Before coming here, I was actually at Trexlertown Firestone and they were like I dont know how long it will take. Seriously, patching a tire. I would have done it if it was for my personal car. But this was a corporate car, so I didnt want to mess around with it. The manager Julio was extremely polite throughout. I have to say this was the best Firestone location I have ever been to. Even though this location is further from my home, I will definitely be using this place for my personal car and for the corporate car.To make everything wonderful, it took less than an hour to finish the work.

I have been at W Turner shop for minor things to repairsfor my car. But for the inspection it was for me exceptional. They inspected my car to make sure that I was safe and my car in good condition. Julio Zeledon took care of everything made sure that he explained what I needed for my car to be fixed to pass my inspection. If something did not go well he would apologize and try to take care of it right there. Julio would update me on what is going on with my car. That day his hands was full it was very busy thank god Gabriella Sarmento was there to help. Very attentive great customers service, great personality. She was doing one things and Julio was doing other things great team! I would recommend anyone to come there price is reasonable sevice is great.

Every time I’ve been there it’s a great experience they work fast and with excellence. Today I went in for a tire repair and though it costed me a little more than what I was expecting to pay, I got a great discount and got out of there with four my tires replaced and new, my rotors and back brakes too, among other little things the car needed to pass inspection in September. And I can feel it, my car rolls amazing. Although I can’t remember the name of the guy who worked with me (he gave me his card but i have it in the car) he was amazing and also was the mechanic. I’m very pleased and I think I’m sticking with Firestone from now on.

Great service. Came in without an appointment and was greeted by store manager Jay. Although they were busy, he was extremely accommodating and ensured we had minimal wait time. We were in and out in under 30 minutes! Excellent experience, would definitely return in the future.

While I will admit that they do good work the BIGGEST problem I have with them is that they like to rip people off. I went in for breaks and they tried to say I needed calibers, and rotors. They tried to turn the $200 job to a $900 job. When I left and took it to get a second opinion I was told and shown that I only needed brake pads but everything else was good.

Wonderful experience. Honest mechanics, they couldve charged me but referred me to a dealer that would cover my situation under warranty.

Came for a car inspection. I was quoted 1.5 hours. 3.5 hours later, I still hadnt heard from them. So I decided to come back and ask for an update. Apparently they transcribed my phone number wrong. After 3 more attempts to tell them my number, they finally got it right... But the car still wasnt ready. Apparently my car failed because of windshield wipers. Mine were relatively new (6 months), and Ive never had a problem with them. I said Id replace them, and bring it back. But it would cost more for a reinspection than for them to replace my wipers with new parts that I had to buy from them. It is a nice way for them to pad their profits. The guy I talked to was nice, but I feel like I got taken for a ride, and will not be returning.

First time taking my car to be serviced at the Firestone Auto Center. My car was having issues with the coolant reservoir where the coolant was being used too quickly. I asked to have it inspected and if any issues arise just give me a call, they were honest and told me no leaks were found but it might just need to be cleaned so he recommended a coolant flush and if I let then do the service today he would offer me discount. The service was performed and cleaned out my cooling system and my car coolant tank looks great and optimally full again. I will be going back to have more services done on my car but first I want to talk about the staff Yetzeida and Jay were both friendly and took me through all the steps for the service being performed on my car.

They charged me $90+ to run a check on my car to see what was wrong with it as it was not turning on and I explained to the man over the phone what was going on with it and in person. They came back telling me I had a laundry list of issues equaling out to over $2000 in order to get my car back on. The guy even told me I might as well junk it. Since these guys are licensed mechanics I believed them for a bit. But then I decided to do a little bit of research myself since I know a little about cars myself... I googled the issue I was having and everything pointed to my alternator it took me one hour or less to make that determination. Funny thing is I went to a small shop BEFORE firestone and they made that analysis in even less time and I didn’t believe them. I decided to go with “the experts”. Long story short got the alternator replaced at that location and the car has been running like new ever since. I’m down $90 because of these guys that I could have saved.. if I can diagnose an issue in less than an hour and my knowledge of cars is minimal, what am I paying you guys for again? Lesson learned. Do not deal with big business companies ladies and gentlemen

Honest business. Was able to get in exactly at the time I needed by making an appointment just two days before. They showed me exactly what the issues were prior to performing any work. Zach, the technician, did a great job in exactly the time he said it would take. Jay at the front desk noticed a billing error in which I was over charged even after I had left the shop and paid the bill. He called me back to resolve it over the phone. The labor price was fair and typical for the area. I would use this branch of firestone again should the need arise.

Being from out of town my car needed alignment bad and I really wasnt to knowledgable in what I needed. Customer service there was excellent and helpful!!! I was close to closing time but they still took my car in and made everything great again!! So happy a made the decision to come here. They made a regular customer out of me!!

I was surprised. But not in the best way.After checking in with Jay, sitting down, and having stale courtesy coffee over a rumbling heater which mutes most of the television volume, I hear loud air compressors going off in the garage, and laughter ensues. “Okay”, I think, “everyone needs to blow off some stress while working. That is normal.”Then, Jay asks me to approve further repairs. I say, put in the request and list the costs to allow me check my bank account balance. I agree to the repairs I can afford. Normal.About an hour later, the repairs and maintenance are done. Or, so I think.I check out with the mechanic, Edwin, and sign the receipt. After heading out to my vehicle, I check to make sure the supplied tires are installed. They are.I check to make sure the uninstalled tires are put in the vehicle. They are not.So, I head back in the store disappointed at this error. I inform Jay of the mishap. Jay kiddingly informs Edwin. They tell me to pull up the vehicle next to the garage. I do.After some apologies and a good-bye. I drive home.Everything seems to be running as it should.Once home, I double-check the receipt to find the second set of approved repairs not done. What’s worse is, I am still billed for it.Naturally, I am upset. I call my credit card company to complain and provide additional documentation to back up my claim. They are going to refund me.Lesson learned. I will not be returning.This Firestone Complete Auto Care needs to make personnel changes and soon. There are no adults supervising the place it seems.

I was traveling alone through PA in September 2017, and got lost making a pit stop in Allentown. My low tire light came on while trying to find my way. I googled the nearest tire place and this was it. I called and they said come on in, no appointment necessary. They put my car on a lift, checked the tire, and adjusted the air in each tire. They charged a very reasonable price and I was back on my way in less than 15 minutes. Its like I found 3 guardian angels that day. I was so grateful!

Last week, I was driving a rental car (from OH) and ran over a nail. I only had an hour before I needed to get to my meeting. I cant thank the guys at Firestone enough! I went for an oil change. It took over an hour.I was told I needed new tires. State minimum is 2/32, tires hydroplane @ 4/32, and new tires start @ 10-12/32. I checked my tires, they were at 7/32.I was told my front brakes were damaged. I asked them to take the wheel off so I can see for myself- there was no damage.Im a mechanic. Ive been a mechanic for 9 years now.They missed my bad license plate lights which is ticket-able.I recommend against this shop. $40-50 for an oil change/tire rotation is not an easy payment for most people in this community. Take your car somewhere else.

Jay Garcia really helped me out. My car was in bad shape and Jay was able to get me extra credit on my card and great discount! Im an Uber driver who was out of commission from right knee replacement surgery and flu. Because of Mr Garcia, I have a chance to work myself out of debt. I recommend Firestone for servicing auto. This people are not professionals, they only want your money. I took my car to change the wheels and brakes and after that my car start having different sounds every time I stop. I took my car back and they now say I need to change other stuffs and pay over 1000. They are rats. Dont go there.

Good staff ,lazy mechanics 10$ inspection isnt worth it ... I ask for an inspection just to test their skills .... mechanic didt even know my transmission mount needed repair or didt tell me my brakes needed changing . All this stuff i knew ,but just wanted to give em a try smh dont go here . They did good job on tires but didt put my spare back just through it in the trunk. Merceds benz e320 classic, with a dirty tire just thrown in my trunk instead of where it actually supposed to go .👎🏽

Told yes you can come in and then when i got there this told me that i was crazy in my face if i thought i was going to get the car in one hour before they close and it was just a flat tire fix. He told me i needed to call the next day for an appointment, like really ??His name was Pedro !

Finding honest mechanics can be very difficult. Well this shop earned my trust last week. My daughter had low tire warning light go on and they could have said anything. It turned out that she had just lost a few pounds of pressure due to the cold. They checked it out filled the tire and even gave her a free oil change coupon at no cost. They just earned a customer for life. Thanks we look forward to doing business in the future.

Before you go to firestone get your information right people. Im very disappointed in the service that I receive I went to my dealership where i always go to do my car maintenance,i went there to get my brakes changed and asked for full service with warranty included in all 4 tires everything was $740 after 3 months the brakes And the rotor started to give me problems.they did the change with the warranty and after a few months it gave me the same problems.they wanted to charge me 498 to replace everything i had done on the car when i still had the warranty so I decided to do my research and the Actual price for the rotor and the brakes in autozone was $244 for all 4 tires and napa was $300 for all the tires rotor included.and firestone charge me $545 at first for the parts that is for all the tires brakes ,and now they dont wanna change the brakes is not working properly so they me that the calipers is mess up supposably lying about that the calipers needed to be replaced for them to do the brakes so indecided to go back to my dealership that is bennet toyota and they told that my calipers is in perfect condition .im extremely disappointed with this service.i should get the service that i paid for this people need too stop steeling somebody have to do something you take your car with something that you know and with warranty that you have and they still charge you f-k-g tf. I’m wondering who’s the manager so I’ll can tell him or herself wish so they’re lose all they client people open up this place is trash

My first time in here wasnt good they say one thing and goes all bad wait for more the 4 hours and my wife was begging the guy for finish the work because he tall the gonna charge me 900 dollar and after 1 hours he say we cant finish the job and they dont even working in my car they was bringing other cars and when I ask the guy what about my car thats when he tall me cant finish my car and the all mechanic they dont wanna do it because was 2 pm thats the team they have in this place
