Great place to service your car!Pull in and you are immediately attended by a staff member. You are constantly updated throughout the process while waiting. They offer a shuttle to your house if you would prefer to wait at home. If you choose to wait there, you will be impressed with the facility. There are complimentary coffee and latte machines you can use. The bathrooms are very clean. The waiting area is spacious. They will wash your car ok the outside at the end and they do a good job.

I had such an amazing time dealing Matt and Marissa. I had been struggling to find a car within my price range and other dealerships I had been to were not helpful at all. Marissa got me all the features I was looking for within my price range. It was such an easy and stress free experience. I would definitely refer anyone here to deal with them.

Since we arrived to the Bennett Toyota location on Lehigh Street Allentown, PA a Saturday morning, we received a welcoming from one of their product specialists. He guided us to the vehicle we were looking for. José R. provided the information about the technical characteristics of the vehicle, price + taxes and fees , including the guarantee, so after paying for it the plate card of my former vehicle was already set up on the SUV and I got the vehicle keys the same day. I left from the dealer driving the vehicle at noon. They did all the paperwork for the transfer and registration of the SUV. Thank you for your A+ service!!!

I have a very bad experience with service dept. I got a call from the dealership that some recall works need to be done on my 2005 Sienna. This vehicle is amazing to me. No major issues for last 16 years, 160K miles. Thanks to Toyota!!! For making such reliable vehicles.Because of the nature of recall (shift lock and spare tire safety recall) I had to go to the dealership. Since they called me, I went to this dealership for the service and that was a big mistake. After a week I noticed some smell in my garage but not sure what it was and 4 days ago I noticed oil like thing dripping above the spare tire.I thought it may be extra grease or lubricant at the spot of the spare tire that must be left and not a serious issue. Yesterday, I had to use my van I noticed Air conditioning is not working, so I went to the nearest garage and they checked the same spot where the oil like substance was dripping and they said it was Freon that leaked and is the reason AC is not working.I mentioned that I recently got the spare tire work and it was working fine before that. he told me something must have happened while repairing the spare tire and now I have to get this fixed and spend 100s of dollars on my old car.Stay away from this dealership service department, I am all for Toyota but will never go to this dealership ever again. It is my bad luck that I got the call form this dealership for the recall service I wish I should have gone somewhere else to get it fixed.

Awesome experience, best car purchase I have made. Found something online I liked asked for info. Was contacted and drove out the same day to test drive a particular vehicle I was looking for. The sales man Pablo was nice and very accommodating even coming in on his day off to finalize the sale because it was what worked best for us. Even after the sale in our way home we realized my wife left her I.D there. Pablo took time again out of his day to drive and meet me half way to drop it off so we didn’t have to drive a hour back to the dealer.

My first time here. It was an awesome experience. I had a 12:00 appointment on a Saturday and i showed up at about 11:15AM and they took my car in with no problem. Waited about 45 minutes for tire rotation and fluid refills and they came to get me when they were all finished. Got my car back with protective plastic on the seats, shifter, steering wheel and the floor. Super awesome that they took such good care of my Highlander. I would have liked to look at a Corolla Apex while I was there but they did not have any in their inventory so I didn’t get complete satisfaction during my visit but overall an awesome experience. The service dept is great, especially Dean. Dean in the service dept is really down to earth and helpful and you can tell he likes his job. The sales team may help you get your car but the service team helps you keep it and potentially helps you come back for more business there.

A couple months ago, I was looking deeply into purchasing a new Toyota Tacoma and was searching multiple Dealers within a 50 mile radius for something to my liking. I have to say Kathleen from sales was outstanding. Employees like her that truly cares about customers is what will keep people coming back. I was not very happy went I left the dealership emailed her in regards to my experience. I had purchased a vehicle at the same location 5 years prior and was happy with the service. When I returned 5 years later the experience was different until I spoke with Kathleen she was very understanding of why I was unhappy and went above and beyond to help me. They were great in haggling with me on price but lost me when they offered me a “free” detailing of my car before I picked it up. They scratched the windshield and by the time I could determine it was scratches and not streaks from poor cleaner they refused even though the damage came after I signed the paperwork from them. Poor customer service and they are way too aggressive with the dealership manipulation tactics.

I want to like Bennett, I really do. Svc Mgr Jim is terrific and takes his job seriously. But this last 15k-mi Warranty CheckUp - yikes. The Service Technician called the wrong number to notify me/us when they were done. So I/we never got that message and I ended up sitting in their Waiting Area some 3+ hours waiting for our 2020 RAV4. When they finally found me and provided me with the (No Cost) invoice/paperwork, I did some quick math using the details on the receipt; they spent a TOTAL of 24-minutes on this review/check-up. I just wonder; how much can anyone get done in 24-min and how thorough a job could they have executed? So glad I shot an entire afternoon waiting on a 24-min Service Call. :o(

Was helping my aunt buy her first car and choose Bennett Toyota since we found the perfect car at the perfect price. James the initial salesman was awesome and very accommodating, he made the initial part of the experience very good however once we got to the finance person things hit rock bottom. It was nice of James to get someone who spoke Spanish to do the financing since it would make things easier for my aunt however the inconvenience turned into an awkward very uncomfortable experience for all. I forget the name of the young Spanish gentleman with glasses but when we went to sign the paperwork we had advised that we were opting out of any extras such as maintenance plans or GAP insurance given that we were basically putting in 60% of the price in cash and would pay off by the end of the year. His attitude was horrific after that basically throwing papers our way without really explaining anything or pointing out where to sign and had a very bad attitude as if he wanted us to sign quickly and basically F’k off. In all my years in buying cars never have I ever been treated in such a way, to say that it was awkward is an understatement. He even counted the cash down payment we gave him wrong and took us back in to recount finding that he was the one that made the error. I have several family members and friend including myself in the market to buy a few cars and I really can’t see myself recommending this place. For anyone looking to buy a car maybe head somewhere else, Lehigh valley Honda, Hyundai, Acura have always been nice to me and perhaps I should have gone there. Lesson learned

Displeased with the level of service at this dealerships service department. People have been rude and not helpful or understanding. I have a defective “sticky” dashboard which they should be replacing. The dashboard is to be replaced if the dealership declares it to be sticky. They state it’s not sticky. Their definition of sticky apparently is different than mine. Your hand sticks just by touching my dashboard. Getting an appointment is difficult since they won’t repair this on Saturday’s and they don’t have loaner cars. I’m looking at replacing my car in a short while. I won’t be purchasing through this dealership and it won’t be a Toyota if they don’t come through on this defect.

I liked the orderly fashioned Bennett Toyota designed the service procedures as soon as you pulled in the entrance bay area. I took one star back because the service rep gave me someone elses car keys. This is one area they can improve.

My 2007 honda civic car had broken down the day before while on my way to visit my folks. I needed a new vehicle very suddenly and got a generous deal on what I would consider an ideal step up; a 2017 honda civic they had in used. It was a quick process and everyone was very patient and helpful. There was still that weird feeling that things were going a bit too quickly, as I had planned to look at a few other options I had lined up, but I ended up being very happy with what I chose.

When I made an appointment, I said to change the brakes. I never said that I had to change the oil. Their staff directly changed the oil I just changed a month ago without confirming with me! It’s hard to believe that they should be able to see that my oil is the same as the new one. Ironically, it was the oil that their shop helped me change a month ago! I chose Toyota because of their professionalism. Obviously, there was a problem with the communication between the front desk and the maintenance staff, which made me spend an extra time.
