They have a good selection of fresh and other groceries. They have the gluten free items that my sister requires. (Seliac is real!) The average cost of items here are higher than most grocery stores. But the employees are always cheerful and eager to help. I guess I have a hard time with the fact that its just more expensive to eat healthy foods in the modern world.

Sprouts is my go to place for fresh fruits and vegetables and many other healthier option items which are available only at Sprouts.Prices are great as well for the high quality of groceries.

This place is fantastic! I love how clean and well organized this store is and everyone on the staff is so friendly and helpful. Im not a huge fan of massive grocery stores where I have to walk miles to find something. This local market always has just what I need and pricing is low and affordable. I look forward to returning here regularly.

I ordered a holiday meal and they had a little bit of trouble checking me out as it was their first time selling one but they got it figured out in no time! They said they really appreciated my patience and gave me a bouquet of flowers! How nice is that? Kudos to Sprouts for having excellent customer service. Sprouts is the best place for veggies , fruits, grains, meat and dairy. You also will get wonderful varieties of dried fruits salted and caramelized nuts of all types. All the produce have their organic versions. The bottled juices are also mostly organic. I like the whole grains and the various fours that I can choose from and I get to weigh and take only as much and as less as I want to. The staff is courteous and is thoroughly professional. The place is not crowded even if its a small place as compared to other grocers. The meat and seafood are of various varieties and are fresh. The deli is not very extensive but I still like the small varieties they keep. I missed Sprouts last 2 years while in Charlotte. Im so happy to be here again.

They have done a terrific job on updating the aisles and flow of the grocery store. I like Aldi for their prices, but I also like how small and intimate it is. The checkers are super fast and very friendly ...

I love coming to this sprouts because it’s in my backyard but I hate dealing with cashier Nisha. She is sooooooo rude. She basically throws the groceries in the bag (mind you I got some fragile items).

A lot of fresh produce, we buy kale, chard, turmeric and ginger for our smoothies. Berries, plant milk and yoghurts. Different nut butters. Ir is not very crowded and staff is friendly and efficient, they always give us rewards if we bring our reusable bags. It is neat and clean too. Many offers and discount if you kniw how to navigate them.

It provides good organic fruits and vegetables. Also, it has other organic stuffs like pulses, rice, etc. In addition, it also contain other grocery items as well.

Bought their cooked corn that they keep warm, and it was extremely salty.

Dont shop here. Horrible customer service. I cant wait until HEB opens and wish theres a central market in this area as well.

I always have shopped at this sprouts but I have noticed every single time lately I come home and I’m putting groceries away there is ALWAYS something that’s been expired for well over a year. Every. Time. I’ve never shopped somewhere where this so frequently happens. I have to check while I’m in the store now to be sure I done accidentally grab something that was very expired.

Please make sure you’re checking expiration dates because this is the second time I have gotten food poisoning from expired goods... I already have to take extra time reading labels for food allergies the least they could do is keep fresh products stocked.

I have always loved Sprouts and pretty close to home but am I the only one who has noticed the extreme price increases?

Odd experience during the check out. I was asked by the cashier if I would like to buy and donate a $10 snack to a charity, I replied with a No. The cashier turned back to another cashier and said I told you that I will get a No, the other cashier replied Dont worry, you got 14 Yes before that No. It felt like they were shaming me for not saying Yes. Being pressured into donation and then being shamed is not a good experience. They need to understand that their primary business is to sell food and produce, not ask for donations.

Love the place. After covid it has become simpler to shop there...all items neatly packed and labelled in manageable quantities. Great deals on fresh produce and lots of variety to choose from. I buy besides grocery fresh berries and roasted nuts and the likes from there. Never going to buy canned again.. you gotta try new things there that are not available under regular brands...

FRESHEST PRODUCE EVER. Whoever is sourcing this stuff needs a raise. Ive been to over 15+ Sprouts, mostly in Southern California. With a sample size of two trips, this has become my favorite, due to the sheer freshness of the produce. Dandellion greens, broccoli, parsely, you name it, this stuff might have been transported from the farm directly to this sprouts. Its that fresh.

Everyone is just so friendly here, whether you are coming early in the morning or in the evening during the end of their shift. Their products are very good and have great quality and care taken with them.

Good butcher shop.Good bakery with gluten free options. Fairly good on general groceries & store brand frozen foods. Except for produce which is often sub-par, it is an easy shop with nice staff. Many shoppers DO NOT abide by Covid precautions however.

Good fresh food, healthy choices, weekly sales last a week and one extra day. Items are clearly tagged if gluten free, or organic. They will slice your artisanal bread for you, no charge. At Thanksgiving you can order an organic turkey. Staff always helpful, cordial.

Excellent customer service. I was in earlier today, and Greg (an employee) struck up a conversation about the trail mix. An hour later, I had several items in my cart that worked with my dietary restrictions, a better understanding of how to care for my body and tame my cravings for the restrictions, and even recipe ideas that I cant wait to try out. I love the quality of their produce. I will always pop in and do a lap through produce if Im near one.

I would currently suggest shopping with another retailer during this time. I used the infant carseat holder cart which already gives you no place to put a purse or keys or any other item. I wasnt allowed to set my wallet on the customer area and then had to basically hold my reusable bags while I bagged. Heaven forbid you have to bring a little one with you, they make it harder than it already is. If your cashiers are wiping down counters constantly have gloves on then you should let your customer put their wallet down temporarily while they bag in mid air. Truly a let down. It takes one bad experience to ruin a store for a paying customer.

5 stars for the store itself. Meat department workers are excellent. Floor people are excellent. Deli folks are always great. Everything is great until you get to the checkout. They could learn a thing or two from the rest of the employees. I enjoy my shopping experience there except for the checkout. I dont particularly like self check out, because it takes jobs away from people. But, if they had self check out here, I would use it.

I could not believe how good this market is! They have all kinds of vegetables. Most of them from farm and organic. The quality is the best, also price is not expensive like other market around. The staffs are all friendly and helpful. You should come to try. My favorite market to shop groceries now. Highly recommended

A very well stocked food store with fresh vegetables, fruit, beef, and chicken. Unfortunately, on the day, 3-17-2020, that I visited the store, they were out of milk dairy products. A shipment was due on 3-18-2020.

It is good place to shop, the staff is taking care of covid19 rules, they put mask on face, they made packets of all loosened products no products openly soled now, they have put sanitizer and napkins on the entrance.

Ive been going here every weekend for close to a year now. It used to be a great store, but as recently its picked up some disgruntled staffing. Some of their employees talk to themselves, while others just refuse to work. Just today me and fiancé couldnt find any organic zuichinis! I then asked a grocery worker about this issue. They told me they didnt have any, which I found to be astounding that this could be the case. Because when I went to whole foods they seemed to have more than enough.

Each shopping trip I’ve taken to this specific Sprouts, at least one employee has impressed me with their outstanding customer service. Cashiers, produce clerks, grocery clerks, deli clerks, and managers have all gone above and beyond when I’ve requested help from or interacted with them. I’ll definitely return here each week to take advantage of the outstanding produce specials on beautiful produce.

I went to get 5 slices of salmon filet on Sunday night from the fresh seafood section. I kept them until Tuesday afternoon and they already smelled pretty bad. I had to throw all of them away.

I always try to like this store. I like sprouts in general yet this store has its minuses. The coffee bar seems to be surprised if you stop by and order s coffee. There is no delegated help for the coffee bar. The customer lounge area is so cluttered and uninviting. It’s really a personnel overstock and work area. The near department staff ..., unfriendly is and understatement. Don’t ask them any questions. Do your research and scout out the meat area. Don’t bother them.

While the store has a nice selection of organic fruits, vegetables, and items you cant find at other stores, their customer service could use some work. Have been coming to this location for years and they typically remind shoppers 3-4 times to proceed to checkout prior to closing. On a recent visit, the shelf stocker refused to help look for an item, reminded me they were closing soon (with 10 min to go) and actually cursed under his breath to his group of stock boy buddies when he noticed I returned an overcharged item. Will use the Murphy location in the future as its actually a bit closer!

The deli meat and cheese I buy from this store always goes bad before it’s expiration date. Always. I’m going to return some deli turkey today (expired before the expiration date) and this time I’m going to ask for a copy of the meat and deli inspection report.I have also had issues with fruits rotting rather quickly too. I don’t know if this is a storage issue or supplier issue but it really needs to be addressed.I’ll be looking for a new place to buy groceries.

I was so happy when I saw the coming soon sign in mid-2016 for this new Sprouts location in Allen. I used to drive out to the Murphy store, but it wasnt that convenient so I didnt go as often as I would have liked. If you like Whole Foods or youre like me and you DONT like Whole Foods because their prices are ridiculous, then youll love Sprouts. They have a huge selection of produce that is always so fresh, organized and delicious. Their daily prices are very affordable, plus they run great deals on tons of different items. Their grocery section has a lot of items you dont see at many other stores, yet still have a lot of the regular items you need too. I strongly recommend skipping Whole Foods and heading to Sprouts Farmers Market!

I went to all the sprouts in my surrounding area and at this day and age they still have OPEN bulk bins! There is a nation wide virus going around and 100s if not thousands of people are touching and DROPPING the scoops on the floor! Kids AND ADULTS are putting their nasty naked hands directly in the open bins! Talk about spreading and contaminating the food while the staff does nothing! I wont be shopping here no time soon after this, highly irresponsible to the public to not fix this issue.

If youre looking to eat healthier, Sprouts will help you with the transition (and maintenance). They have a lot of fresh and organic fruit and vegetables options and bulk gains, too. Think along the lines of Whole Foods but with a much better price tag and a market vybe. Id be a regular if it werent so far from my home.

Ya i just left the store and it was the last time i will ever go to this location.Me and my wife buy at this location 4-5 times a week or even more, But every time we need something from the meat butcher it is a nightmare! I am talking about the white guy with the hat who acts like he runs this place and forget that we are paying his paychecks by buying goods. This time it was so bad that i only asked him if he have the kind of chicken breast we always buy there and he pointed at the ground turkey saying: that is a chicken breast.... so i was confuse for a second and asked my wife to send me a picture of the chicken breast we always buy so she did and i went back to him and showed him the picture telling him we always buying this kind here and she even bought it 4 days ago from him so he was so rude as always saying we never had this kind. So i went to the store register to tell them about it was my last time visiting this location only because of him and the last thing i saw was him following me outside the store looking at me like he about to do something (which he really can`t and i wish he would have tried) but anyway this was my last time there and i just hope as a business man that someone will explain this guy about what`s his job title and for what he is getting paid for.

Some workers keep talking to themselves, it’s really bizarre and uncomfortable, i’ve actually taken to asking them questions about products to be able to comfortably shop in the area. products aren’t stocked as well and the shop is not as clean as it used to be.

Glad they opened this new location, its more convenient for me most of the time. Its not too busy at the time I go, which is nice, but I suspect thats because its still newer, and theyre still building up the area, so itll get busier over time.I mainly shop for produce and some bulk stuff like nuts. Prices are not awesome, but organic stuff isnt cheap anywhere. Produce is usually pretty good. Again, organic produce is sometimes hit and miss at most places (except maybe at Whole Foods, but you pay a premium for that).Ive never had a problem with the cashiers here, always seem friendly to me. The lady today even grabbed the bags off the counter and walked around to put them in my cart, which I wasnt expecting, quite easy for me to do myself; still, a nice gesture.
