Never really surprised by Walmart. Try to go to one 30 minutes away from my house because the ones near my home are also incompetent. Unfortunately nothing is different. I checked in on the app and tried to pick up my order, I waited 20 minutes and decided to give the phone number a call since five customers were waiting and only one order had come out the door in that amount of time. The young lady who answered the phone told me that in fact my order that was supposed to be ready at 1:00 p.m. that they sent me an email was ready for pickup was in fact not ready. Then she passed me to a manager. My order was ready and sitting there... I keep trying to go back to Walmart but Im just going to stick with other grocery options. Thanks for all the years of frustration. Bye-bye.

Nice grocery store with nice employees. Pretty fresh produce. The my have one of the biggest sweet treats sections (cookies, cakes and other baked goods) right when you walk in. It’s always super tempting.

The curbside pick up is terrible!!! They are slow to come out to your car and they never pick up the phone. What is the point of curbside if you have to go inside the store to get your curbside because no one came out?! Currently, I am waiting at home now for them to notify me for my pickup because they texted me there is a delay in my order....dont understand that when you pick a time frame. I really hate coming here but do it because its closer to my home, but usually I just do curbside at Kroger down the street. This walmart is terrible.

Overall, the employees are friendly and helpful. The only downside is limited selection. I usually visit for a few items to get me through to a big order. Its very convenient. The produce is always fresh which I love!

Clean well stocked store. If you havent been to neighborhood Walmarts they have more limited stock and smaller store but usually have 85% of what I personally buy from the full sized Walmart. In my experience these smaller stores are lower volume and have less staff. Occasionally some item I need in the late evening hand been restocked yet. All in all convenient and close.

Its nice and clean. All checkers wear mask and some even had on gloves. ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE KIND, HELPFUL FRIENDLY AND POLITE. I like the way it is set up . Almost Virus Free just follow the guidelines in the store. This is where I do all of my grocery shopping now. I really do feel safe as a 70+ year old shopper. Thank you for caring Walmart!!!!

Good place for quick pick up of everyday things

CLEAN!! Most neighborhood markets i have visited are clean, but this one is next level. Well done Walmart. Also prices are competetive with anywhere else. Produce looked appetizing.

This store is messy more times than not. I end up stopping in at this location once every couple of months and I’m never surprised to see rubbish on the aisles and employees standing around the front. Store is typically out of stock on items I’m shopping for, and I’d say it’s worth the drive to the Super Wal Mart in Lucas about two minutes down the road.

New cashier so it was a little slow, other than that it has good organization and is clean

90% of the employees are INSANELY RUDE.

The Walmart Neighborhood Market has what you need. Fresh produce, great selection and great prices. Money services are also available and the staff is friendly and greet you with a smile at the door.

There was more at this store than at the Super Walmart in Lucas. Staff was friendly and the carts were actually available up front as well.

This particular walmart is well stock but the customer service is really bad at the checkout the cashiers are so roud and unpolite. I will not visit this store again

This particular Walmart has an exceptional produce section. Very fresh and well managed. I cannot say the same for the Walmart on Murphy Road.

Great place for grub!

This store gets a 3 because theres lack of customer service and I dislike how the lady who makes announcement talks to customers over the intercom when the store is about to close. Theres no professionalism in her tone and she sounds very rude everytime by 8pm and the store is getting ready to close. Theres no need to sound like she she has a problem with all the customers in the store. If you dont like people, then dont work in customer service environment. Respect should always be the focus when speaking with customers who shop at your store so you can have a job. This store needs to do better.

Store is good but one of their worker did not allow me to buy wine because my license is expired...I dont know how does it changes my age and the license is valid to drive according to the governor until the pandemic is over...very disappointing 😕

Fast service quick pick up and go

With all that is going on, everyone was very friendly, polite and full of well wishes. They had fresh produce, meat and were stocking many items that they can.

Deepak and Jay at Walmart in Allen are beyond phenomenal. I went to pick up a box spring I ordered online. These guys went above and beyond to ensure I made it home with my box spring. I was worried about how I was going to get home. Im so thankful for these two who took such great care of me. It restored my faith in humanity and this will be my store for shopping going forward. Even the two ladies at customer service were amazing I hate I didnt get their names. Thanks for your service

I like this market. You can usually find almost everything you need. The only bad thing is that most of the time they only have ONE cashier.

This review is only about their pharmacy. The store itself is fine. But the pharmacy always seems understaffed. I feel bad for the techs because they are constantly on their feet. Im unsatisfied with their older female white pharmacist (not sure of her name) who would constantly try and charge me for my birth control prescription when my insurance covers it 100%. I checked several times with my insurance. There were days when she refused to give it to me without me paying and I would leave and come back another day and they would give it to me at no charge (like my insurance covers.)I was also told they could not give me several months of my prescription at one time but that turned out to be untrue as well. I was tired of having to come to the pharmacy every 3 weeks, so I checked with my insurance and they are allowed to give me up to 4 months. I switched my prescription to CVS and without me even asking they gave me 4 months. Very unsatisfied with the pharmacy not knowing and arguing with me about my own insurance policies. Again, the techs are always friendly and nice.

A worker was wearing a Confederate flag t-shirt. Not exactly the ideal of professionalism, not to mention he was glaring at me the whole time. Strange, that. Otherwise, its a good store! Been shopping there for years.

I went to this Walmart and to my surprise they had soup for my dog, Umka. I love Umka so much. After my mom threw away my Playstation 4, I just couldnt cope with the loss. So I bought a white fluffy dog to help ease the pain. This dog is my life and no other place in the world sells Umka soup. Only in Allen Texas. Thanks.

The prices are good - just like all Wal-marts. The produce quality is not as good as other stores that I have been too. The last several times my milk turned almost a week before the expiration date. Hopefully, this a supplier issue that will soon work out. The staff is very helpful and it’s very convenient.

We usually go to the Neighbourhood Market because we need stuff to finish the week off. This time we went to buy lunch stuff. I bought the Great Value Cracker Cut Party Tray. When I got home I realized that there was mold on the cheese. I flipped it over and the date was 2/20! We are 2 months overdue! Restocking is a thing I swear!

I highly recommend this shopping at this store. They have great variety of grocery items with incredible bakery and lots of produce selections!

The Walmart Neighborhood Market in Allen Texas its okay Im visually impaired though so me and my cousin went there to pick up a few items to customer service there is nice everythings pretty okay to only problem is because Im visually impaired though I do need people to help me out sometimes when I go to places but the store was nice and clean and I guess if I had known my customer my cousin I could have got a PA to help me out but other than that dont it was okay

First off let me point out that the store was not BUSY. So it was an easy visit. One of the young men working in the meat department helped me find the sugar. And I checked myself out.

Easy to get in and get out. Most of what they sell are national brands and significantly cheaper than Kroger or Tom Thumb on identical items. We also do all of our pharmacy business here. WE will go to Costco for certain bulk items and Whole Foods for selected items, but we do 85% of our grocery shopping here, and we have the money to shop anywhere. I just think it is dumb to pay more when you dont have to.

Honestly the worst Walmart Ive ever been to. Wouldnt accept my card, which I checked the balance of before, for a purchase of $4.10. Also wouldnt accept my fathers card. Instead of helping us, an employee was sitting on her phone chatting. The man next to us was also having issues and had to go find an employee. We waited for about 10 minutes and were never helped so we just left. Would highly recommend staying away from this place if you dislike slow to no service.

Heavily trashed mens rest room and toilet in need of cleaning. No attendant at self checkout to process fresh fruit purchases. My wife said the ladies room also needed cleaning. Pretty sad state of affairs and a big meeting going on in the back of the produce area.

I always go this Walmart and the employee on the floor are awesome but unfortunately the customer service in the pharmacy is awful. It would be nice if we can get a simply hello and have a nice day when picking up at the pharmacy. Very disappointed.

Stopped in to pick up a few things and was very disappointed when I got to the checkout. The clerk could not muster a smile or a greeting and after ringing up my purchase practically threw the bag at me to bag my own purchase. No other clerk has ever treated me in this manner at this store. Will think twice about going back.
