They have their coffee machine ratcheted back so when you click on “leave room for creamer”, your coffee stops about 3-4 inches from the top of the cup. None of the other RaceTracs are like this. Must be trying to control food cost through this? This is my medium coffee AFTER I added creamer…not to mention, it makes the coffee stronger and not taste as good.Please set your coffee machines like the rest of the RaceTracs.

The store was super clean. The workers were super nice. I can only give a 4 bc when I ask about the chairs being up on the table the response was oh yes you can seat there we just forgot to take the chairs down. Now mind you there were 3 people I saw working 2 Cashiers but 1 walked away from the counter and 1 stocking coke lids.I politely asked if the chairs could be taken down, so I could eat & do a google review. Warning them to fix the mistake or overlooked chairs, but he was nice enough to tell me I can take the chair down and sit there. Um nope Im a customer who was on a lunch break, so thank God for the corner bench seat.Not trying to get any in trouble, but recognize your mistakes and you fix them not the paying customer.Pics are included.

This place keeps going down hill! Its always something with this store. No gas, credit card machines down, close early because registers are down. If I could give a lower rating I would.

Such a great crew at this location! I love Racetrac bc they always have my black Smartwater but this time i forgot my purse and ran out of gas and the guy without any hair gave me $5 to get where i needed to go. What a nice and kind hearted guy! Thank you! We dont have enough people like this in the world! This made me realize that there are still good people out there!! This Racetrac is the bomb!!

Tried getting gas and the machines need to be updated. Some work and the buttons are hard to push. Ask if you are a member and you push no then you can’t get gas. Not coming back here again. Went in the store for help no help there. 👎👎

The Swirl Machine is always sleep and different times of the after noon when they are supposed to go down at 10 and be turned back on at any given time you literally push right or left Freeze and it’s back on in a matter of minutes.. the customer is horrible you’ll get a different story every night! But on the bright side the racetrack off HWY 5 in McKinney is now open the the workers are AMAZING! Y’all should take notes!

After coming to the store all day the restrooms being open for use. We came to fill up and use the restroom for our long journey home. The 2 kids that are working in the store closed the restrooms because they had already cleaned the restrooms. His excuse was that they close the restrooms once they clean them for the night at 2045 hours. My pregnant cousin had to hold her bladder as we waited to fill up and go to the QT across the street.

Wow, this location has really gone down hill with their customer service. The majority of employees are very unfriendly on a regular basis. It used to be a fun spot to grab my morning coffee and see all the regulars doing the same. However, the atmosphere immediately changed when Angela, the previous store manager, got relocated to another store. This store is obviously worse off than ever, and no one from corporate seems to care. Its really too bad because they could do so much better!

Pretty much like any other RaceTrac, recently had a big make over, and has a counter to order hot food, and tables. Also has an ice cream bar with lots of toppings. Carries Mexican cokes, with cane sugar, has soft drinks, beer, small groceries, and sandwiches.

Love Racetrac. Great prices and very spacious. An employee didnt give me my change one day. Said I actually owed him 3 cents but didnt worry about it. My total was $2.38. I handed him 2 dollars, a quarter, and two dimes. There was a long line behind me so I just said okay. But yeah, no.

Pull the cameras at 5:50-6:00ish to watch your employee text on his phone WHILE checking customers out. So unprofessional. Wish I could do that at work

Got coffee, but was delayed in getting my selection. They have several. The attendant was emptying the canister with my flavor. I asked why and she told me it was their policy to change the coffee every two hours. Gotta love fresh coffee.

Love this store. Clean store and great staff. Cortney is so friendly! Very convenient location for me.

Cheaper than most

It has come pretty far since before its renovation, but its still not kept as clean as a Quick trip or a Loves. Its good, but could be better.

Good staff, friendly and helpful. Soda costs more versus Quick trip but if you reuse cups refill price is okay.

This is the best group of people that I know. They may work for a large corporation but they have that small town feeling when you go inside. Due to disabling circumstances I am not always able to get in and out to get what I need and on those days Maranda, Michae,l Kevin, Amanda and others that at this moment I cant remember everyones name has been of assistance to me. I think their kindness and niceness passes onto the customers because you have some of the best customers in town. Everyone is always so nice and so helpful to each other. It just goes to show lead by example and it works

The pumps cant even read your card. Be prepared to stand in line to pay.And guess what? The card reader works.

Great store but their slushie machine is always down.

They do not keep the place clean and the window washers are never serviced and usable. It is frustrating.

Same garbage pump software found at others. This one asks you multiple times if youre a member. Firstly, asking me every single time is just an annoyance. Secondly, how does asking again help? Do you think Ill just spawn a membership in the time between inserting my card and pumping gas? Its not fun fighting your pump software in the weather.

Do not use this gas station! We swiped our card at a pump and it took us to the rewards member screen, which did not function. The attendant was completely unhelpful so we just had to leave the pump with our card swiped. Can you say “credit card fraud”?Please don’t use this gas station.

Staff is very friendly and they are one of the few stores that actually follows their policy on not serving old coffee. My personal favorite is their Hazelnut coffee, and its consistently great!

This racetrack is trash! The worker are poor when it comes to customer Service.. If I come in asking for a specific item that racetrac is none then why not make it.? Instead you express how long its. Going to take all because you don’t want to do it..
