Great service. I like coming here for my eye health. The people here are accommodating and nice. They tell you up front how much you have to pay if any. We are repeat customers here even when they change building.

Our entire family has been seeing Dr. Robertson for several years. And we also have seen Dr. Tibilleti a couple times. Both doctors are great! The front desk people are always helpful and flexible. They send reminders very well and always conduct great communications. Sam is very patient and provide great service. Highly recommend this place!

Ease in scheduling appointments, prompt, courteous service. We will absolutely be using this location for all family vision needs. The were attentive and scheduled follow up appointment to make certain my son was comfortable with the contacts and took their time explaining the process to him.

I’ve been a patient here for a few years now. Dr Reid and his staff are always amazing and very helpful. Sam at the front desk is great too, he helped me get hooked up with a rebate on my last visit. Really wonderful team, treatment, and the new office is beautiful too!

TSO has many frames that can work with my 5 year old son. He is getting a progressive lenses. Most of optical places dont offer progressive lenses for his age but TSO does. I also love that they can make a sports goggle for this little one. If you are looking for a sports goggle, this place will be the best!

My appointment begam on time and went very smoothly. Sam was a great help! I will definitely be coming back when its time to renew my prescription!

TSO was very thorough and helpful in making sure everything was correct and that we were comfortable during our visit.

Was able to get in quickly. Dr Tibiletti was very thorough after I got an incorrect prescription elsewhere. Then Jose was patient and more than helpful in getting the correct frame sizes.

My experience at my appointment was great, but when I got home and tried to order my glasses online, I was missing my PD on my prescription. I called to get it and they told me that if you don’t buy glasses in store, they don’t measure your PD, and that I had to come back in and pay a $20 charge for them to measure it. They should definitely tell you or ask you if you’d like for the PD to be measured so people don’t have to drive back and be informed of another $20 fee. (This location is also very conveniently located in an outdoor mall, so finding parking is a blast) Maybe I should already know to ask for my PD to be measured? Or maybe they forgot to tell me, cause I wasn’t buying them in store? But just FYI, if you’re not buying your glasses in store, ASK FOR YOUR PD TO BE MEASURED.

EDIT: After the reading my review they changed their mind and refunded my money.This place is awful. My 9 year old daughter is a cancer survivor and had to have radiation to her eye as part of her treatment. Because this caused cataracts she had to have cataract surgery which resulted in a bifocal for one lens. Our first prescription we paid for the glasses in full at time of order as we were not eligible for new lenses with our insurance. Two days later I receive a phone call telling me they misquoted me and it would be $20 more and I had to pay that before they would start my order even though I had already paid them over $300. I explained it was their mistake and I shouldn’t be held hostage for $20 when I had paid their original quote in full Strike 1. We get the glasses two weeks later and there is a bifocal in both lenses. We had to wait another two weeks for them to fix that. They did however waive the $20, but still Strike 2. At our follow up visit with our opthalmologist we were told the bifocal was nowhere near the right location and we would need new glasses. Strike 3. I should have been done with them then, but since we see so many doctors and specialists as we do I didn’t have the energy to find anyone new as they are very close to where we live. We go back explain our doctors concerns and place a new order for bifocals. They offer no refund and charge us for the new glasses. Lucky for us insurance paid for this one, but we still had a copay. Two weeks later we receive new glasses. Again on our follow up appointment with our opthamologist we learn once again the location is still nowhere near where it needs to be and is slanted. Our Doctor requested we never go back to them. Upset I’m out over $400 and my daughter hasn’t had the proper glasses in almost a year now I ask for a refund. They only offer to refund the co pay for the second pair of lenses so I’m still out over $300 and I’m about to have to pay an additional $300 for glasses from our new provider.

TSO Allen staff and service were amazing , specially optometrist name Tibilleti was so professional and explained all vision condition to me.Highly recommend Allen TSO tp visit if you need vision test and galsses.

The staff is incredible. Dr. Reid does a great job and explains everything in depth. No such thing as a dumb question. The staff is very helpful with selection and Wendy has an eye for the perfect frames!

Definitely super good service, the facilities are first class, all the team very friendly and patient.Dr. Reid explains in detail and to the point what is happening, clear and efficient.

TSO gave me a new prescription but the lenses were scratched and chipped, with a jagged outer cut. You could see fractured light in the edges if light hits your eyes right. When the new ones came in, one was missing in shipping. So they offered a refund and request that I come in and return the new defective set, in exchange for the old set....they lost my old set🙄. They did try to make things right and I gave them a chance, but Id already wasted alot of time. I will say, the staff is super nice. Also I think who ever cuts and ships the lenses needs to be reprimanded. Edit: They brought me back in and made it right. 5 stars!

Stellar! These folks are simply the best! Dr. Robertson is very thorough and caring, you can just tell that he loves what he does. The staff is also very professional, courteous and friendly.I have been coming here for years and have gotten many pairs of glasses from them. They have all turned out great. TSO Allen turned me onto a pair of prescription sunglasses that are polarized and I can honestly say that my life will never be the same. That may sound dramatic but I thought all sunglasses were made equal and I couldnt have been more wrong.

I had a blowout (lost a lens) on my sunglasses. I dropped in here for a repair. Super friendly staff. They repaired, inspected and cleaned my shades in a matter of minutes.BONUS.....no charge !!!Highly recommend !!!

This location is upscale in appearance, but not in attitude. Carmen, the Optician, was very kind and helpful in securing a set of glasses for our daughter. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Furthermore, by chance of the moment, they had the necessary prescription in stock and it took just 20 minutes for the lenses to be cut and set in the selected frames.The location has a very good selection of children’s frames. Prices are comparable to other places. Help is freely given.We will definitely return for any and all other glasses/contacts related needs.

My wife and I went to TSO and we were really impressed with this clinic. The place was neat and well-organized. the staff was very friendly. We were seen promptly and were always given explanations for the procedures that were being done at each step of the way. We saw Dr. Reid Robertson. He took the time to explain both the procedures and the results. I highly recommend it!

The Doctor at this site is very capable, attentive and is extremely thorough. at 48 years old my eyes are rapidly changing. It seems that each consecutive follow up my eyes have changed more. It has been very frustrating to me. Yet through all of this Dr Robertson has been patient, understanding and willing to see it through to the end.The office is very nice. The staff is also very nice. Ive been a customer for 4 years and I am very pleased to continue.

This is a wonderful office with an outstanding and caring staff. I found them to be very competent and professional. The doctors did an amazing job, and I love the selection of eyeglasses I had to choose from. I have and will continue to recommend this office to family and friends, and would give them more than a five star review if I could.

Staff is always friendly & helpful. Always had a great experience here regarding exams, the actual products (glasses), & all out service. Optometrist is thorough. Only complaint is that you can’t make more than 2 appointments at a time without putting down a $25 deposit per person, so this will mean 2 more trips for me.

Dr. Robertson is one of the best optometrists that Ive ever been to! I was visiting Allen and needed new contacts, he was able to provide me a pair to get me through the rest of my vacation right away. Dr. Robertson staff also helped me get a year supply shipped to my home in Ohio. I highly recommend making TSO Allen your primary eye doctor, I know I would if I could.

Dr Robinson is excellent. I went in for just an eye exam, and detected something unusual with my eyes. After more testing, he was able to determine that I had glaucoma. His attention to detail and his attention to his customers is right on point. I will be a patient for life! 😉

Dr Robertson is great at reviewing and explaining my test results and any changes to my eye health. The equipment at TSO Allen, the testing and the images captured are pretty impressive and help me to better understand the results as well. Highly recommended. Had a great experience going there and getting my eyes checked. They do not push you to buy anything and do a thorough eye check up. At the end they also give you a colored photo of the inside of your eyes and you can keep it as a souvenir :P..

By far the best optometric practice I have ever been to. The doctor and staff go above and beyond when it comes to professionalism, respect, and keeping an excellent friendly environment. Each staff member connects to you on an interpersonal level and the doctor gives a very thorough examination. They also have a new location in Rockwall and its extremely convenient to where I live. I highly recommend this place to all of my friends, family members, and anyone in need of an excellent Optometrist.

The office is nice and organized and Dr. Robertson was extremely nice and helpful. I didnt just feel like it was another dr appointment. He actually cared to explain questions I had, and was personable. The women Lauren and Stephanie took time and patience with me to help me put my contacts in, and they were great. I give 4 stars, because Carmen kind of threw me off when I came in. She cut me off as I was answering a question she asked about my insurance, and if I wasnt in such a need for glasses and contacts at the time I probably would have walked out and tried another place my insurance took. I dont think she even realized how rudely her tone was when she cut me off until I asked her what her name was (for a review). Other than that I would recommended and I will continue to going here.

Been here for two eye exams now. Dr. Robertson and his staff were very kind and attentive both times. The facility is extremely clean and welcoming with a modern layout and music playing.

Super helpful and accommodating as I came in to have my glasses adjusted! Thankful they’re open with strong hours as my personal eye doctor was only open until 1PM on Friday!

As it turns out, my eyes have developed a sensitivity to contacts over the years. I didnt know what was going on, until I saw Dr. Robertson. He was very knowledgeable and created a treatment plan to address the current inflammation plus prevent it from occurring in the future. He explained what was going on... Even took pictures of my eyes and shared them with me so that I could see what was going on!About six months later, I became pregnant and called to check about the eye drops and whether they were safe to continue using, and I am so glad I did. Once again, Dr. Robertson was very informative with me and suggested some changes to my regimen.I am so fortunate to have found this office and Dr. Robertson. What an expert!

Yes, my experience was not great but Doctor Reid Robertson rectified the situation completely. Its easy to complain, but its not easy to throw yourself at every problem. I wont say this place because the are perfect.. But at the end of the day they will ensure your happiness no matter far they must go. Knowing that you will be taken care of is much more satisfying in the long run! Thats what makes TSO Allen Great.

This is my 1st time having to visit a eye doctor so I decided to look on my VSP & see w/c one is near by me also I did check online review, when I call this company on a Saturday I was surprise that they can take me in the same day and the appointment process was really easy and once I got there the staff on the front desk provided a remarkable service they have a lot of personality and makes me feel that my business is valued & wanted after she assist me with the initial eye check and sit me in the room she talk to me about what I do and everything that makes me feel that they truly care for their customer and when Dr. Reid came in he find away to relate to me when he saw what I do and talk to me about it ask about my visit explain everything to me he is really gentle, professional and really informative w/c is really great and he make sure that if I have any other concern that day is to ask him before he transfer me back to the other rep, & since its my 1st time wearing glasses they provided me with a lot of great suggestion and let me take my time in choosing the right glasses, I feel no pressure but feel really really valued since they are helping me throughout they process.they said it will take a week or 2 to received my glasses but its only take 3 days! and when I came back to pick up my glasses the rep remember my name, she make picking up glasses easy and really informative. also today I received a HAND WRITTEN thank you card from Wendy. amazing store, amazing doctor, amazing employee. I would love everyone to experience the great service like what I did & specially to all the 1st timer out there!

I wouldnt even give it 1 star if it would let me. I had an exam for contacts and glasses and had to go back 3 different times because my contacts were not right and still is not right. Now I have a years worth of contacts I cant use. I didnt order glasses at the time and was giventhem a prescription for when I do order. Now that I am ordering glasses from somewhere else due to my horrible experience with my contacts they refuse to give me the rest of my prescription needed. I guess its how they make sure you order glasses from them. Warning stay far away, horrible customer service.

Dr. Robertson is great about explaining what he is seeing, how vision works, and what you can do to keep your eye health. He spends the time needed to address any problems or questions and has state of the art equipment. I have only positive things to say about this place.
