I would agree service is very poor here. They respect health guideline ms but doctor is in a rush to get in and out. Plus got my prescription and had questions on it. The person that answered the phone was very impatient and appeared I was bothering her. First abs last time to go here abs would highly recommend going somewhere else.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. In May of 2020, I visited this location, as I was looking for a new optometrist. My appointment was at 12:00 noon and the Dr. did not come into the room until 12:45. If this was a normal full day, I would have understood, but seeing as I was the only customer, I thought they forgot I was in the building. When the Dr. arrived, she spent all of 5-8 min tops regarding the examination. The wait time was longer than the actual visit with the Dr. I called the following day to inquire about my pupil distance calculation. I was told by the front desk attendant I could measure my own pupil distance and they dont provide that information if someone wishes to purchase their glasses online. This was not a good nor positive experience. I will be looking elsewhere

OptimEyes is such a great place! I called to inquire about my concerns and an employee named Jessica kindly answered all of my questions. Whenever I walked into the office, Jessica was so sweet and made me feel at home. Dr. D also answered all of my questions about their procedures and prices. Dr. D was amazing and I felt very comfortable. I definitely trust this place and would recommend my family and friends to come here for any work they need. Thanks to all the staff for being so phenomenal!

I remember the 1st time I got contacts to play football. It took 2hrs and left with a swollen eye but i left with them contacts. Now things are different, walked in with appointment and left before I knew it started. Great experience if you need contacts or glasses with a personal touch. This is the place for you!

Everything was fine until the appointment was close to being done. I asked for my prescription and pupillary distance in order to get an additional pair of glasses online. The sales lady tells me the pupillary distance is stored in a machine and Ill have to measure it myself. BS I think, but whatever.She then shows me the insurance friendly glasses and after measuring my pupillary distance in front of me?! presents me with a $215 bill. I left with only my prescription.These people are liars and thieves. Not worth your time or money.

Called in and made an appointment. Everything went on schedule. Dr. D is super cool. The overall exam was painless and she explained everything from beginning to end. She even came out and helped me pick my frames! Very impressive service considering she had another guest right behind me. Now I can see! Highly recommended!

We recently went in for an exam for myself and my husband. We had to be seen immediately and the office was very accommodating. My husband got a new pair of glasses and safety glasses for work. Who would have known you could get prescription safety glasses?! Was a Home Run for my husband! I didnt know she offered safety glasses in her line up, so appreciate her mentioning! Was also happy we got a great deal on the second pair! I didnt get new glasses because my glasses prescription didnt change. Dr. D told me I would be okay with the glasses I had. I appreciated her honesty and felt that she really cared about me as patient and not just a consumer. I saw some sunglasses I liked so my next purchase will be prescription sunglasses! Really liked this office!

Dr. D is amazing! She’s friendly, efficient, and very professional. I was a walk-in at the office and she saw me immediately. The entire process, from check-in to eye exam to trying on new contacts, was fast and easy. I would highly recommend OptimEyes Optometry and will continue to see Dr. D in the future.

The overall experience is good just like what others have said (Dec 2015). The reason for the 2 stars is the issue I had when you have a problem with your glasses. I have to return my prescription Ray-Ban glasses within one week because I noticed a scratch near the bridge area (the inside side of the lens). I think it was scratched by Dr. Julie when she adjusted the nose support. Although I cant confirm this for sure but her attitude when I came back to get it fixed was not good. She said that it is just a small scratch so it should not bother me (it is actually a prescription sunglasses so you can definitely see the scratch). She also tried to charged me $25 for shipping to get it repaired although I said that it should be part of the warranty. She was not very happy about this. When I got my glasses back I did pay $25 to compensate her but I wont be coming back. I am glad others have better experiences. I hope this area of her practice improves for the benefit of others.

It is easy to get an appointment and she is very engaged in finding the right solution... trying different contacts, etc. She is easy to talk to and has a very convenient location. Call backs, wait times, contact orders are all timely and convenient. I would highly recommend Dr. Julie!

I win in over the holidays the staff was fantastic Dr. D did an excellent job painless I exam and gave me fantastic results which I was not expecting! They are top-of-the-line very friendly very professional and very of patient and make you feel very comfortable I would recommend anyone go see Dr. day!

I had a reservation for Saturday morning and it was a miserable experience. The receptionist was not kind and I felt as though I was an inconvenience after waking in. Also, apparently the contacts I wanted were not covered by my insurance plan and they wanted to charge me $70 a box (which they said was the same price as 1-800 contacts) although a quick search showed them for $30. All I wanted was and eye exam so I could pick out the contacts I wanted else where, however they had no interest in doing that without charging me a sitting fee which they now refused to bill to my insurance company because I told them I didnt want to get my contacts there.

I had to get glasses and contact lenses for the first time in my life and was very nervous about the whole experience. Dr. D at OptimEyes made me feel so much better about everything. She was very nice and professional, and got everything handled for me in just one visit. She even helped to show me how to put my contacts in without poking out my eye haha. This is a very nice business and Ill definitely be coming here for my future eye visits.

The best experience Ive had. Really considers more aspects of your health than just getting a lens prescription. Also very fast and a clean convenient facility. Will go back for follow ups!

Just trying to scam you out of your money. Would not recommend going there. The doctor herself is very nice and easy to deal with but the overall experience is ridiculous and the front desk lady was stubborn and uninformed. Wanting you to go in for a POINTLESS visit just so you can pay them $200 when all you had was a simple VAGUE question. Medical industry is one of if not the biggest scam out there so I guess I shouldnt really be surprised...Too bad the doctor doesnt answer the phone (for obvious reasons) because this wouldve been avoided since shes actually a nice person. Time for a new eye doctor though. I see the owner replies to these negative reviews but please dont even waste your time because you will most likely be told false information about what I was even asking about. Was trying to charge me $200 for a question worth losing me as a patient/customer forever? No, because you wouldve made more money off me from future visits and exams. Business 101

I had the best experience with this doctor. The doctor thoroughly explained everything to me and answered all my questions. She also explained all the contact lens options and allowed me to try different ones to see which ones were best for me. I ordered my contacts through her office and received them within a few days, which was great!!!!

Got in quickly for eye exam! Really needed new contacts badly and nobody was able to get me in same day except Dr. D. Its my fault for procrastinating but I was glad the office was accommodating. Made appointment with a funny and friendly receptionist lady. Vision got so bad and Dr. D was able to fix me up with contacts same day and I ordered a year supply with $50 back after rebate! Cant beat that! Go see the people at Optimeyes and you wont be disappointed.

Hello everyone... just wanted to tell you all about my experience with Dr. Doungphila. I wear contacts and glasses and needed to get both since Im a contact abuser and wear my contact overnight for days on end. I was thoroughly asked about my contact use/habits and given the best recommendation ever! Dr. D upgraded me to a more breathable set that I can wear over night which have made my eyes feel much better. I was also was able to get a fresh set of daily use glasses and a sweet pair of sunglasses. She had a nice selection of designer brands and had both of mine ready with the quickness! She did a great job taking the time to explain the importance of taking my contacts off and the importance of giving my eyes time to rest. Id highly recommend to anyone who can appreciate a doctor who truly cares about her patients eyes well being.

I hadnt been to the eye doctor in about 3 years and finally my glasses broke. So with work and other day to day activities, I didnt want to drive too far for an eye appointment. So after a quick search, I found Optimeyes and having them so close to my location was a huge selling point for me. The reviews were fantastic to I decided to book an appointment, and that process was easy as they asked a few basic questions and had me fill out an online application on their website. I set my appointment for the next day and was greeted by a warm, corteous, professional staff. Dr. D was incredibly nice and broke down the importance of regular eye exams, contacts vs frames, etc. My actual eye exam took no longer than 20 minutes in total and then I picked out my frames which they had a large selection to choose from. I ended up choosing Ray-Bans (cant go wrong with them) and through my insurance, I ended up paying less than I thought I would which is always a plus. Even better, they said the frames would take 7 to 10 business days but I got them in 3 so that was fantastic.Lastly, I would recommend Dr. D and her staff to anybody who needs an eye doctor who both knows her craft, and can easily explain the technical side of things as well.

Medical upcoding is fraud! Overcharging clients is fraud! Dr. D is good but would retain a lot more clients if she was more upfront with pricing and stop overcharging.

Great overall experience from start to finish. I had an early appointment and was a littler nervous about getting out in time since i had work in the afternoon (u know how doctor offices normally make u wait all day like you have nothing better to do). I had my exam, on time. Was able to find a greart pair of glasses. I dont have insurance so i was pleasantly surprised by the frame selection and cost. I made it out in time for work, cant wait to pick up my new specs!

I’ve been seeing Dr. D for several years now and she always fixed every problem I have. I have a really high near sighted prescription that is very finicky and I want the most lenses that I can wear the least amount of time in. When I first visited her, she offered to change me from the monthly wear to the two-week wear, which I am so happy about. Before I was wearing monthly’s for several years and before that, yearly’s. Also, don’t forget to advise her of any problems you have with your vision and eyes. I used to have days where my contacts wouldn’t look so clear even when they were brand new and she gave me a solution (2 week prescription drops) that fixed it.

My experience at OptimEyes was incredible. From the time I walked in, I was greeted by Angelica. Shes a breath of fresh air to be with and Dr. Douangphila was equally delightful. The both of them made my visit comfortable & a very pleasant experience. This was a great relief for me after my last optometry visit at a different clinic. I was really encouraged by how Angelica and Dr.D explained everything so clearly before examining my eyes. They made this transition very comfortable. I felt at peace even when hearing I needed glasses. They took me step by step thru the process and assured me that it was a normal process & would take time to adjust. They made picking my first pair of glasses fun. Angelica suggested I take a picture of the ones I wanted to show family & friends. She took a picture of me on my phone. She patiently worked thru a tedious process of credit for me to purchase my glasses. I could have stayed there all day, but needed to eat lunch. I actually look forward to going back when my glasses come in. I am so glad I found them. I would recommend them to anyone. EXCELLENT!

Office is clean and efficient. My very first experience here. Im an engineer so I appreciate that more than most. I tend to be a little picky when doing the 1 or 2 is clearer exam but Dr. Douangphila is most kind and patient. She showed me options until I was comfortable and my vision was awesome! Just picked up my glasses and I am getting so many compliments on them. I better..they were Tom Fords! Ok so Im name dropping a little but maybe I look like Brad Pitt in them?! PROBABLY not..although, Brad Pitts wear these same frames...I like to tell people that after they compliment me on them. Nevertheless, they are very good quality and I dont mind spending a little more to look and see better! I recommend all my friends to Optimeyes when they say they need a new eye doctor or new glasses. Dr. D is great and she has a great glasses selection. Im thinking of going back soon for contacts too! Im a little scared of touching my eyes but Dr. D says it just takes patience and practice. I trust her so I think Im going to take the plunge!
