I dont recommend this car dealership. He tried to make me sign some important papers in blank, when purchasing a car. We purchased a 2018 Ford Fusion. I even paid for coverage. We were going to go elsewhere, because the passenger door wouldnt open, but my son liked and they promised to fix the door along with the window, and they just fixed the door, passenger side Miss Alex from The Service Department was on top of that, but they never called me back to fix the window passenger side. They should schedule me at a Ford Agency and pay for the service to fix the window passenger side. Thats how they should set up this problem. Then I would be satisfied enough to give them five-stars.

Even though the repairs on my truck were not straight forward, Nelda from service kept me informed of what was going on regularly and I never felt like nothing less than their best was being done for me and my vehicle. Nelda is one of the main reasons that I like owning a GM product and not having to worry about service on that vehicle. The best person in that device department as well as Sean (Mechanic).

All three gentlemen that assisted us were extremely helpful. Chris is a superb salesman. Within minutes of scheduling my appointment online, I received a call from him to verify that the vehicle was still available and he even sent me pictures. Once we arrived, he met us at our car and showed us the vehicle we were interested in. I was curious of other colors. Chris brought a golf cart around to us and drove us to the other vehicles. Damien was very helpful with setting up My Chevrolet app and OnStar in my car and did a very thorough walk through of the features of the vehicle. Sadly I cannot remember his name at the moment, but the gentleman that helped us with finance was phenomenal. He helped us clear some issues and was very patient with answering every question we had. These three men make the dealership exactly what Chevrolet should always be. HOME.
