I have not purchased a vehicle here in quite some time; however, I took my jeep in for a courtesy oil change and the service team was very welcoming and courteous both on the phone and in person. Horrible! Just horrible service from the very beginning. We took a truck to get ac serviced. Low and behold $2000 later…we opted out of getting the service done there. We were lied to on multiple occasions by the service writer. He had no idea what he was talking about. We will never go back there.

He listened to us and the process into our new vehicle was quick and painless, the dealership and Carter made the process easy. No games! So thank u guys for doing a great job. Not happy with the work that was performed at the service department

We took our truck to the service department to see if they could run a diagnostic test. The transmission slipped a couple times and the check engine light came on. They said it would be $58 to check the light and if the needed to dig deeper into the transmission $155 to check. We signed a paper consenting to this price. We received a call a few hours later stating that the couldnt figure out why the light was on so they just turned it off, also they could not find anything wrong with the transmission. Then they proceeded to tell us that we needed $6500 worth of work on the truck, which included transmission work, which is funny since they couldnt find anything wrong with the transmission. They also proceeded to tell us that we needed work done on a part that did not exist on the truck. When they were told we were coming to get the truck they started trying hard to sell the fix, saying they could give us a deal on the work. When we picked up the truck the bill was $168. They said the extra charge was for having to go through more on the truck. All they were asked to do was to diagnose the check engine light and look at the transmission. We received an extra charge for something that wasnt asked to be done and a huge list a bogus things they wanted to fix on the truck. We left knowing absolutely nothing and out almost $200. BEWARE this service center is rip off. Take your vehicle to auto zone and get it plugged in for free, you will probably get a better idea of what is wrong.

I brought my 2008 dodge charger R/T for service on transmission, tensioner, and bad vibration on front end and Im very satisfied with all repairs. Marty and Brian are very helpful and courteous. Im very disappointed with my experience at this dealership. Noel helped me and assured me he was giving me the best deal on the truck. Come to find out I overpaid by $4000 in comparison to a deal they were running on their website. On top of everything else when I got home with my brand new truck I found out the CD player didnt even work. If I could give this dealership a lower rating than 1 star I totally would.
