Executive lock and key is my first go to for any of my home projects. It is amazing how much they are able to carry in that space. The staff are super helpful and know exactly where to find everything. They are great at giving tips for some of my crazy ideas of DIY.

Think tiny jam packed old fashioned hardware store. Way better than a trip to HD. Just as likely to have what you need for anything you are working on at home.

Friendly and knowledgeable folks just around the corner - When its Saturday afternoon and I need a nut, washer, can of spray paint, new key, or whatever, Id much rather go a few blocks to Executive Lock and Key than brave Route 1 for the half your trip too Lowes. They dont have everything, but theyve got an amazing collection of stuff and are always happy to help you find it. Credit card sales need to be over $5, and many of my stops there were less, so I make sure Im not cashless before hopping on my bike.

Great locksmith, have a little of everything. You can buy individual screws and all sorts of things. Unfortunately, dont ever ask for advice from the blond woman-- shes steered me wrong twice and it always rude and dismissive.

Incredibly rude and unhelpful woman in the store. I am willing to give people the benefit of doubt once. Between my husband and me, we have had four separate, disrespectful encounters with the woman at the store. I am surprised that people have received stellar service here. We are POC living in the neighborhood and believe strongly in supporting local businesses. This is one neighborhood business we will not be returning to. Disgusted at how we were treated.

Lady behind the counter is an absolute workhorse! She copied my motorcycle key for me perfectly while juggling the phone and other customers questions.

They did lockwork at out house previously and we were really happy with the work. Going into the store they are always very helpful (old fashioned service) and generally have what I need. I like supporting them as a local business.

Have used this service in the past. However, today Not professional at all. Needed to have a key copy made. Was greeted rudely (if you could call it a greet). No masks, no social distancing even though it is a small, crowded enclosed space. Walked right back out the door when told the reason for no mask, I have lung issues (sincerely doubt that). Well thats the sort of person who should be taking the pandemic seriously. Took my business elsewhere and will never go back.

It defintely shows how you treat your customer. Came twice for the variety of keys they had to copy. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, again they were not friendly and watched me every move. Ironic, but not really. It was the complete opposite when a man of the similar race came in as the owners. I’d rather go to 7/11 where they treat everyone equally!

I love this place! I dont think there is anything at all that they dont have a. It is not a very large store but it is extraordinarily well stocked. The staff that are there are extraordinarily friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable. They will help you find each and every item that you are looking for. It is truly a neighborhood institution.

Executive Lock and Key Service is not only your local locksmith, the store is a well equipped local hardware store for its size. They do a great job with filling every nook with seasonal needs too. Had many locksmith service calls at my office down the street and they have never disappointed.

Great customer service, 95% of what I need in a hardware store, so I rarely need to go to a big box home improvement store, and its just a mile from my house and on my home from work. A real neighborhood treasure!

A gem of a hardware store (and Locksmith) tucked into this neighborhood corner! The friendly, helpful employee walked me right over to the concrete screws I was looking for; they also had the exact type of chandelier bulbs I needed. Saved me an hour not having to travel to the nearest big-box store, definitely recommend this terrific small business.

Knowledgeable staff and just about everything you might need stuffed into a small space but well organized.

The lock to our front door broke. Called them early in the morning and they sent someone to our house within two hours. Arrived during the time they said they would, always a plus. Friendly, professional, and quick service. The gentleman who came to help us even fixed our squeaky door! Cannot say enough nice things about them, would absolutely hire them again.
