I love this store however the owner and workers should improve their customer service

I went here to get traditional ingredients for a new recipe I was trying out and after going so many places and not being able to find what I was looking and experiencing terrible customer service I went here and when I walked into the place it was clean and organized the service was amazing and the people there were friendly and helpful and I was able to find everything that I was looking for I will definitely be going back again this was such a wonderful experience.

This store is amazing and the customer service is insane Manager Alex is so nice and will help you when you need something 10 out of 10 experience

Very good customer service. Clean and well organized. Some items prices are expensive compare to other Int. Markets.Everyone here is very friendly. Any time I go there the cashier or the guy cutting meats is always ready to help .Last time I went to the store was to buy some tilapia and the guy was so helpful I ended buying more meat.I have dealt with the cashier several times and she also was very helpful. The store is always parked with foods so Im able to find the items Im looking for without any problem. Sending money here is also easy to do. Last time I was there was to cassava and it only took me 10 minutes to pay for my item and Get out of the store.One thing I also find in this store, they sell international electronic items which people can buy and use them in Africa.I like this location because it is off Richmond Hwy. A location which is almost impossible to miss when on Richmond Hwy.I will definitely go back and shop here again.

Great African store plenty of fresh produce and meat it has even expanded recently and hasreally made the store look beautiful and enticing there is a clean look to the store. As an extra bonus the store has many TVs that show things from news to sports. Last but not least there customer service is amazing all the employees are absolutely delightful to be served by.

Makola Market is a good place u can buy ur food stuff, so go there

It smelled horrible. I couldnt identify anything in the frozen meat display, nor was any of it stored properly and it was all frozen. Never again!
