Lady at the pharmacy lied and was manipulative regarding online form. She acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about even though the customer prior to me said she had told her that she had submitted the form online. I couldn’t fill out the form because I have tendinitis and can’t write.Generally when someone has a high rating on Google but not Yelp they are buying reviews.

I am visiting my niece and as usual I forgot a few items. Walgreens had everything I needed and so much more. I found the gentleman behind the cash register friendly and pleasant.

Walgreens has both tons of online appointments and a digital form but it all falls apart when you come to a place with understaffing... Interaction with the three people on staff was not fun, no one was greeting people, there was only frustrating attitudes for people who asked questions, no organization and everyone was dressed very casually with long hair down, but I got my flu shot. I hope it was the right one. The trust was lost almost immediately upon seeing the store and I almost just left after waiting 30min for an appointment I had. It seems like this pharmacy needs more support and Walgreens needs to fix its processes, and examine their pharmacies more. Definitely never coming back even though it seeming went ok.

They don’t honor the free flu shots for disabled Veterans because “we’ve tried to process it before and it didn’t go through.” How about try to resolve the problem?! Also, don’t bother filling out the required paperwork online. You’ll have to do it again in store.

Fantastic store, super convenient and they sell everything! Ive gone in there several times trying to avoid a walmart trip and so far theyve always delivered. They deserve 10 stars for being dog-friendly too.

Shoppers beware!!! Staff is unfriendly and have no product knowledge and they don’t even know we’re things are stocked. I had to ask another shopper to get help and they said the store is always like this! The front entrance was dirty and most of the shelves were under stocked! Shame they don’t offer a better experience! Poor customer service.

Don’t expect your prescription to be filled if your MD used a digital signature. Are people really out here PhotoShopping doctor signatures now?

Sorry to say this, Robin needs to never work the register, I can not see how she have not been fired unless this is some disabilities law. I have lived in Del Ray for a few years, and love this Walgreens, unless Robin is working. If I see her in the window I will walk / drive to CVS because I know it will take me less time to go into Walgreens, put my items back on the shelf after I see the line in front of her, walk to CVS, find the same ones, and check out, and that will be quicker than being 3 people behind Robin bagging stuff. I dont like to be mean but its nuts she has this job.

Excellent customer service. Manager Andrew went out of this way to track down a product I needed. He called me back to let me know they would keep the item for me to pick up. The store is cleaned, well organized. Never seen a Walgreens that well put together. A positive shopping Experience!

This place has a great layout and really friendly staff. The entire facility was clean during my visit, but unfortunately, the pharmacy didnt actually carry the prescription I needed to fill. I had to go to another Walgreens for service.

Great store. Only thing I have to complain about is the fact that outer doors are extremely dirty and look like they have not been cleaned in 6 months. Im mainly thinking of germs and flu season, but they should be cleaned daily! Door handles need to be cleaned daily and they are gross.

Well if you call the pharmacy they answer then imidietly hang up or put you on hold. Thus happens 60-75% of the time. Look at other reviews. New staff most times, lots of mistakes. Long lines at busy but always just one person working at the counter. Tired of this. Its way to consistently bad over the past 8 months.Non-pharamcy experience: the same....always crawling speed, un-friendly front end staff. Sometimes not even at the counter. Off stocking a shelf and not watching the line pile up.Switch to CVS till Walgreens corporate office or whoever helps gets this place in better shape.Im really surprisurp this place has over 3 stars.

CVS used to be our go-to store for helth needs pick ups, but Walgreens, just down the street from them, is always better stocked and full of helpful staff. Its brightly lit and very clean.

I never write reviews, but the outstanding pharmacists go so far above and beyond that they deserve recognition. They are so kind and considerate and will really take the time and make the effort to help you out.

The pharamacy sometimes has issues. Short staffed fairly often long wait times.

I keep trying to call this store and they just pick up the phone and immediately hang it up. Guess thats why I use a different location
