They just playing with customers. I was standing in front of pharmacy to buy a blood pressure testing kit. And someone from pharmacy said press the button then someone will come to open the lock. But I called several time and no one showed up. Day by day this CVS is going down.

It has received help 6 times from Papri Barua. She is very concerning and helpful. She jumps back and forth to help customers. I really appreciate your help. Thank you for your patience.

I usually have good things to say about this location however I came in and due to the confusion of Covid-19 vaccines I waited in a long line for payment instead of prescription drop off. The women refused to help me. I was not going to wait again in another line while there were a few dozen people in there getting covid-19 shots. It was crowded and unclean. They need a better system to receive vaccines and regular customers.

The pharmacist is always fast and was very helpful in getting my nebulizer. The staff has been very helpful on the phone as well.

I have been using this CVS pharmacy for years because it is very close and convenient to where I live. It saddens me to write this review, but I really feel that attention needs to be drawn to the lack of professionalism and just plain rudeness of the pharmacy staff. Almost every time I call in to inquire about a prescription and/or visit the store to pick up a medication the staff are very curt and just seem completely miserable. At first I gave them the benefit of the doubt, as I am sure they are overwhelmed during these times of COVID-19, but enough is enough. I shouldn’t feel hesitant to call or visit my pharmacy to inquire or pick up medications...

All the pharmacy staff was super helpful on both occasions that I have been in. I was there as a new customer on both occasions and they had no reason to go out of their way for me but they all did. The pharmacy that I have used for the last 10+ years showed no willingness or enthusiasm to help with the situation. I have switched ALL of my prescriptions to this pharmacy even though my old one is walking distance from my home. My only wish is that the pharmacy had a drive through window!

Good location, employees are usually nice. Theres a good assortment of products. I deduct 2 stars because the beverage section is usually missing a lot of key products most times. Every time I walk in and I want Monster, the rack is empty but theres an excessive number of Red Bull products. If I want a Pepsi, the rack is empty but theres an excessive number of Coca-Cola products. You get my point. Its like CVS gets paid to carry a higher number of certain products while curiously the competition products are never available

One of the few local drug stores that is open 24 hours. This was very helpful when I woke up at 3am with heartburn! Location offers self-checkout.

There staff are always helpful. Love this CVS plus it is an all night store. So if I am out of anything late. I can run there.

Easy to get to. I shop at night and there are not lines. Pharmacy is busy during rush hour. Go after 7pm.

Every time I go pick up a prescription , there is always a pharmacist who is rude and ignorant . Today I went to pick up some medicine for my mother & there’s was a pharmacist their named Maria. She was so rude and ignorant it seemed as if she was bothered by me and didn’t wanna help me . She sent me to another lady to help me . The other lady ended up getting the prescriptions I had came for . However she sent me back to Maria to check me out . And Maria being so ignorant didn’t want to check me out , the pharmasict had to tell Her to help me because I’ve been waiting for quiet awhile . She was so disrespectful , trying to be a bigger person when were all the same . Don’t work somewhere where you are going to treat people different just cause of the way they look or color .

There were 2 people in the pharmacy and I asked as I need to use a restroom as a customer but, the lady who works for pharmacy “Katy” and other guy ignored me. They are not helpful and lack of respect. But, their position looks like professional??????The other lady who was working for front register even if she had customer she really treated me as customer with respect. I gave for “Jocila” 5 ⭐️! Thanks 🙏 Jocila!

Overall a disappointing experience. They dont carry half for the leading brands on most products. Pharmacy is worst, you ask them something and they dont bother to answer. I went there to pick up my prescription medication and I was told my medicine would be ready in 20mins, waited for 2 hours no call. You can barely see 1-2 staff member and if you ask if they carry a specific product, you will always get no or an attitude. Wouldnt recommend. CVS instead of buying other firms, how about you spend time and money improving your own stores and filling the inventory.

Waste of space. Terrible corporation. Higher prices by 20 to 30% than Wal-Mart. This store is pretty dead for a 24 hour store. Should be open 9 to 5pm.

I literally ten seconds ago called to see if the vaccine they carried was the right kind that would be accepted by my insurance, the lady who answered me didnt take my name, my insurance nothing just said Yes we have the other one, ok bye and hung up. Rude woman, and now I am more clueless whether or not I can do my shot there when she has NONE of my information she just didnt want to talk on the phone and help me. Its the first time in my life I have EVER had issues with CVS to this degree. Rude as hell Pharmacist.

They have everything I need. Good medicine, Steam Wallet Codes, and iTunes gift cards.
