Just left this store and never been more confused? Customer service skills are absolutely terrible. Need some alphabet letter printed and was pointed to self service. I need it done for me, hence why I came. He then said hed grab the print manager to help and she was no help. She was disinterested in what my project was and said they have a queue and it wont be today. She bordered actually being rude. Keep in mind NO ONE was in the front except one cashier and then 4 people came from no where and no one was printing these queued orders. I wont be back there, ever!

I don’t give 5 stars for just anything so I gave 4 but in my mind I’m thinking 5. It took two days and several wasted and failed attempts just to have a 50 business card order filled, before I tried Office Depot who unlike their competitors can provide the service that you pay for, mind you sooner than the time established. As I’ve said before I’m use to sub par customer service so when I do get what I pay for I appreciate and almost always refer others.

Okay store, had what i needed. very good with customer adittude. could help me when i ask for locate something and they had it in stock. easy to check out, clean store with clean people.

Office Depot needs to pay its employees more and staff appropriately. The people here are obviously overworked and angry, and its affecting your customer base now. In my short time there to get fingerprinted, I heard employees snap at customers multiple times, and the man helping me with my fingerprints was complaining about how the company has a contract with the Census (to do their fingerprinting for new hires), and the company wasnt giving them enough people to be able to actually fulfill the contract AND run the business smoothly. 0/5 totally unpleasant experience. You can tell people arent happy to work here.

Went into the store on July 11 2020 to help my elderly mother complete her fingerprints for the census application. The computer had to be shut down 4 times in the middle of doing the fingerprints. We were told by the young lady assisting us that the screen kept going blank. The young lady asked for assistance from almost everyone in the store and no one could help. Which was fine we were patient but the person that stood out the most was Dawn. I guess she’s supposed to be the Supervisor or Manager. No, she is R-U-D-E. A young man came over trying to assist us and Dawn told him “we got it get back over there and unload my truck”. All to tell us there is nothing else to do but shut it down because this is not their machine. After the 5th time we were able to complete the fingerprints and take the photo. We were just given a general card and told to wait for an email.I called today and spoke with Dawn and she still was R-U-D-E. I asked “Does the machine give some type of confirmation that the fingerprints were submitted“. I repeated my question 3 times to her, 3 different ways. She continued to tell me “That is not our machine, we don’t know” in a very hostile tone.This lady needs to be demoted until she completes some training in Customer Service, Leadership, and Conflict Resolution.

The staff greet you as you walk in. They are always polite and ready to assist you. I am always satisfied with my copying job when finished.

This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The agents have no idea how to address concerns appropriately and are very dismissive. I am disappointed and will never shop here again.

We had the best experience working with Elvis. He was so knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect office chair. The store was so clean and organized we will definitely be back.

I decided to go back to Office Depot, because in Washington State, I had great service. This store doesnt look as much impressive as far as the interior design and the quantity of merchandise goes... Well, I live close to Staples, and it was Soo expensive, when I paid for color prints. I wasnt happy. Plus after signing up for their app via three different emails, I still had trouble. Im glad, I went to Office Depot. Raul called me and gave me some printing advice, once I signed up online and used the app. Im glad, I stopped by. He is great with Customers. So far so good. I will see, what my print job looks like tomorrow, hopefully it went well, once I pick it up. I will add more, if anything changes. As for now, its a five star for me.

Raul, Gabriel & Ashley were a big help. They worked together as a team and were attentive, compassionate and diligent. I appreciate them for their hard work and service. Sometimes we have bad days but people like them make things all better. God bless!

I made a mistake on my copy order from a couple weeks ago. The manager was extremely nice and helpful in remedying the error I made. Put in a new order today looking forward to picking it up. I will definitely use them again for my copy needs. Matthew

Excellent service-I place an online print order with special instructions to print on 11x17 paper.The job was done on 12x18 and had to have it reprinted to correct size. By trial and error time goes by and its 8:10 pm and another associate comes by and kicks me out stating they are not getting paid after 8pm. So they stop trying to print the last 3 pages with already reprinted 6 out 9 pages.Best part is they wanted to charge me again for the job that was done incorrectly at 8:10pmGreat customer service.

Ive been going here for two years and the customer service has generally been quite good. Most of the employees are very helpful, even if your print job is small. Prices for ink and other items are reasonable. Overall Im usually impressed by the personal service and attention to detail.

Well when you arive you can expect at least 15 minutes or so Im not even getting acknowledged then when you do get acknowledge youll get right in the middle of helping you out with your request and stop and make you wait while they held for other customers and completely forget about what they was working on of yours and tell you say something to the manager who is very friendly very nice very well-mannered very attractive maybe almost anyway she gave me my three copies for free because of the customer service that I have received so Im happy about

Lazy Ashley didn’t waned to assist me with print. On her face was wrote “I hate my job” also she was acting bossy to nice guy Peter. With brutal voice she told him “Hey you! Go to register and help him (pointing on me)”First I was shocked and was ready to leave, but Peter turned things around.He showed great costumer service. Peter earned 5 starts, but because of Ashley I give 3 stars to this place.

I wanted to take the time to recognize an amazing employee named Ashley! She has honestly been a huge help from the first day I came to Office Depot. I have also heard the same sentiments from people I know personally she has provided assistance to. From my experience, Ashley is the most personable, professional, and sincere person amongst her team members. No matter what is going on around her Ashley keeps a positive mood, it can be busy, her coworkers can be lacking in support or their positivity and Ashley perseveres! The first time I went to Office Depot for help I stood in line and an elder caucasian male by the name Mike was at the register, when he looked at me his face became grim and I was uncomfortable to approach the register to share with him the reason for my visit. I explained to him that I was there to print flyers because I was instructed by someone I work with that we have them printed here. He told me that they did not print flyers and I asked if he was sure because the person who instructed me to come, gave me the impression that they come all the time to have this completed without any trouble . He told me no, listed other items they print and turned away from me... literally walked away from the counter. Good thing I had sense to inquire with another employee, on the verge of tears I explained to Ashley what I needed help with and that Mike refused to assisted me, she apologized for her team member and helped me on the spot with the flyers. I was in disbelief that Mike had been blatantly dishonest and Im not understanding why to this day; however, he was not discrete at all in making it obvious which customers he was willing to help, very discriminatory, not only in who he chose to help but the demeanor he chose to for each guests also, instead of just treating everyone the same was very uncomfortable for me to witness. I also called today and Reina answered the phone, she said uhm a lot prior to responding to my questions and was not very helpful in finding a solution to help me. I like to call prior to coming in for printing because I understand sometimes staff can be busy, unfortunately, Ashley is not there today, so the energy is certainly different. Reina was responding to me in a manner which was obvious that she just wanted me to get off the phone. I did call back and was assisted by Isaiah, now I have not worked with him in person but I think I have seen him before, now he was professional and realistic. I appreciate that and he was not trying to steer me away from getting what I needed done with Office Depot as Mike and Reina had made it so obviously put without verbally articulating. Thank you Isaiah and though I have not experienced working with you in person as I have with Ashley, I appreciate you offering and look forward to working with you in the future. Please keep in mind that not being able to have something done for a customer is not a good reason for a negative review, its always your own attitude you consciously choose to present for people to judge.

Something is going on at this location. There are vast areas of nothingness and empty spaces. Im not sure if they are renovating or preparing to shut down, but its suspect. Its a big store with less than expected inventory.Always feel free to reach out to me on Twitter @joerazz

This store is okay if you need basic office supplies without concern for specific manufacturer/brand. Otherwise, the selection of available products is limited. I was looking for mult-part file organizers. I ended up going to the nearby Target to find something close to what I needed.

Its conveniently located and its one of the last office supply stores in the area. They also offer computer help too.

Tried to use their computers to print something out. They charge per minute and after 3 minutes i realized there was no way I would get anything printed without spending atleast $7 dollars. The internet connection is super slow which is good for them because they make money off it.

They have been very, very helpful, responsive & good to me - each time that I’ve (personally) utilized their store!

Its a little annoying to have to stand in line just to recycle printer toner cartridges.The store is relatively well laid out and staff arent overly friendly, but they arent mean either.

Very strange store - when you walk in, you see tons of space, but very little stock. we were trying to get a couple shipping boxes in the very standard 16x16x16 size (every other office depot weve been to over the past 20 years has them in stock, but not here), they also had no bubble wrap (ran out yesterday) - so in other words, this store is basically useless.

Very fast service we went here to print and bind a 250 pages company hand book and was done in 12 minutes super ultra extra crazy happy with the service

I went into Office Depot to pick up a 2 tb hard drive. The store was organized well enough and I found the drive I was looking for in less than a minute. They removed the normal checkout counters and combined the office services with checkout. There were only two people in line when I went to make my purchase. 20 minutes later I had to get back to work so I left without ever being served . The service is terrible. After work I went to Staples, they had the same drive at the same price and a checkout clerk had me out of the store in less than three minutes. Shopping at a store should take more time than checking out of a store. Next time I will order online, it would be much quicker than going to the Depot.

Haha guy just hung up on me while I was trying to ask a simple question.

ZERO stars. I stood there for over 10 minutes waiting to ask a question to find something, not one employee would look up from whatever they were doing. Five employees moving at the snail pace, heads down, buried in their screens or at the copy machine just refusing to even lift their head up. They will never see me here again. Ridiculous.

Their customer service is bad , only two employees for all the store ! So you can’t get a proper support. Also, being late in line.

Zero work stations work. But at least they try to warn you of it. Its embarrassing that in 2017 an office store cant make one computer work.

Staples is better, but all the staff gave great service.

Worst office Depot I have ever been in. Selection is extremely limited in most departments. I have no clue why there is so much empty floor space.

Very small Office Depot but it has the essentials. It is a bit difficult to get in and out, depending on your direction of travel.
