Lazy people be here. Get ready to wait a long time to meet any one of many employees who dont actually care if they help you or if you leave happy following simple transactions. Been waiting 45 minutes today just to purchase an additional cable box. The line hasnt moved once while no less than 3 workers smoking, joking, and texting behind their desks. They seemed unconcerned when asked what our expected wait to be acknowledged might be. They did let us know that we were free to leave and get satellite if we were unhappy...

I have had Xfinity both in Alexandria va and Dillon co and I have had YEARS of payments and ZERO service, help, corrections….. my latest was an installer that told me they could only install in a bedroom and must purchase a second box. I didn’t even have a TV!!! I can’t say enough to AVOID this company as much as possible!

I was very frustrated when I went in and I was thinking of canceling everything I just signed up for if it wasnt able to be resolved, as there had been several problems since I signed up for new services online. However, Kelly did a great job, he fixed all my concerns, fixed the mistakes made by people over the phone, and got me what I initially signed up for online; he also had a very calming energy which helped pacify my frustrations. Thank you!

Bryan Clark and the advanced agent who assisted him WERE GREAT. Methodical and sympathetic to my issue. The same cannot be said for your customer service, whos errors sent me into the store. If this were an isolated incident, Id blow it off, but its rampant. Horrible. I cant see for the life of me, how you got good reviews. Must be a Payola, or an act of nepotism. Terrible

In my dealings with Xfinity the customer service reps have always been stellar and easy to work with. They have earned any stars for Xfinity.Where my low rating comes is from the poor value that Xfinity provides. We were paying close to ~$80/mo for 100/10. I called several times to ask if we could get better rates and was always told that I had enjoyed my onboarding discounts and was stuck.Lo and behold when we moved to a location that offered Fios ($35/mo for 300/300!) Xfinity magically countered with $45/mo 200/20. I have never been more happy to cancel an ISP and hope that there will always be healthy competition at locations I live at in the future.Good riddance.

Under the circumstances of the pandemic it was a long wait. The employees were very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. They may need to provide more seating (spaced out) so people don’t have to stand for so long, especially those disabilities (like me).

Horrible . I just want to cancel my service for a week . every time I call , they are all busy or its close. They call me back days after and in busy at my job . Ridiculous. Getting inservice online is easy . why I cant do the same when I want to disconnect it?xx

Dont know the products well. Had to make 2 trips because 2 different employees provided the wrong equipment. It would have been 3 trips had I not asked the employee to double check what he was giving me with a superior. One of the stars is due to friendliness of the staff....nice folks.

Parking can be difficult so get there early before your reservation. Service was speedy, but I had the last appointment time of the day so it wasnt a long line. I think the rep Eldyss is who helped me. He was friendly and knowledgeable and got me disconnected and moved quickly.

Tip from me, go on a Sunday. I was able to go there on a Sunday, and was able to find a parking space out front immediately. Parking was free since it was a Sunday. The person at the front desk greeted me and helped me out as soon as I came in. My issue was passed to the guy at the back desk and was.coming around to get me as soon as I started to walk there. They made sure not only was I happy, was in and out as quickly as possible

I replaced my router and asked what else I needed besides the new router. I was told nothing else. That was b/s as I had to call Xfinity for to activate the router. Would have been nice to be told this when I asked several times. This was/is inexcusable.

My monthly bill seems to go up every month! I called in to try and get a reduced package as I am a Senior on a fixed income....my bill went UP $20 when I received my next bill. Unfortunately FIOS is not available and there are NO alternatives where I live....I cannot wait to cut my account from these criminals!

They dont care about your problem, its all about sell, sell, sell. Still waiting on my PROMISED REFUND, as they dont care! I hope that you never get your cable cut, because it might take 45 days from you to get it restored. Thats right, 45 day, 12 techs later, as to they kept sending out techs instead of a crew for the installation. I have turned in many reports, but they just DONT CARE!! Kinda stuck with Comcast, as no other service is available.After over four months of waiting for Comcast to get back with me for my refund, I finally got a nice young lady who kept at it until I got a refund for the three months that we had no service!!! Yes, she actually did it!! It took over 35 phone calls, but, now I know how to get to the customer service in the US!!That sweet gal should get a big raise, as she was the first person from Comcast/Xfinity that actually listened to what the problem was, actually did call me back each time and kept her promises!!!!!The usual is just a promise to do something, a promise to call back, and then nothing ever happens!!! She gets five stars, but Xfinity does not!!!

Waited for an hour patiently (just to pick-up equipment) just to learn that my name was removed from the queue. This was after the manager told me I had one person in front of me. Comcast, please take steps to ensure that systems in this case the queue system is up to date and reflect customers’ wait time. Thanks.

The store has both cable and cell phone service. I went into the store to change my cable plan. I did not have to wait long for an associate as it wasnt crowded. The gentleman was very friendly, helpful and honest, regarding my current plan. He provided me with options and advice. The store is clean and well maintained.

This is a beautiful and modern store. You can lounge in front of a big screen tv while you wait to be called. They have really gotten with the times from the days of the old ugly store that you had to stand and wait forever before being helped. There are lots of products and demonstration areas (such as home security) to keep you entertained while you wait too. Everyone was super nice. Great customer service.

I have been to this store twice on a Friday morning. Their doors open at 10 a.m. however, aside from someone at the front desk who signs you in, staff do not begin appearing to help customers until 10:30 or 11 a.m. When I pointed this out to the assistant manager, he all but ushered me out, with a crack about Thank you for venting. I am delighted to say that I have dumped Xfinity for both cable and phone, and if Alexandria offered service for the internet from any other provider, I would dump that too!

It took three phone calls over 1.5 hours to transfer service, something that should be done in 5 minutes. Service has been down for hours several times in 2 months, with the Xfinity website indicating the service disruption is known and is being addressed. Service speeds can be very fast, then become extremely slow during all times of the day. This has been a below average internet experience compared to other service providers.

Worst company. They take no responsibility for billing errors and refuse to give refunds. If you call the billing department, they claim they do not know how to fix billing errors. The billing department! After their automated system makes the error, and you request to pay with a person, they charge you $5.99 to let you plug in your credit card number. I guess desperate companies going downhill will claw at you for the dollars. Beware of this poor company. They will rob you. Even though they take a month in advance for billing, how much you want to bet I will not get a refund tomorrow when I drop off my equipment and end my service with them? By they way, they dont stand by their contracts with you. As soon as they get you in, they raise your price within the service time. When you complain how they didnt stick to their end of the bargain, they say tough luck. Save yourself a big headache and go to another service provider. I rate this company a 0.
