They apparently only have 3 people in the whole store that know how to drive the forklift when it took I needed something down it only took about an hour and a half
They really need to do their stretching/meeting before they open to the public. Ive been standing waiting for someone to get to the paint desk for 25 minutes. This is not the first time.
The associate who ultimately helped me, Doug at the ProDesk, was very knowledgeable and efficient in finding exactly the products I needed. The reason I rated the experience 3 stars is because it took 30-40 minutes of talking to other floor associates who couldnt help me before Doug was identified as the expert in what I needed.

Very slow, had to ask for someone to ring me up , this store has really gone down hill , and Ive been going to this very store for over 20 years management is terrible, and most employees have unpleasant additudes
