The new owners are doing a great job. Gabe and Ben are easy to work with, but the real plus is Matt and his crew.You WILL be happy before they leave your place. The only thing they didnt do was mow the grass where the dock had been sitting before they put it in. (Joke, Ben, just a joke.)But seriously, if you want it done right, these are your guys.

They have since called and fixed the situation. It was a bad situation owned and fixed we appreciate it.We rented a boat for a family function and... first one they gave us battery dead. Second one had 3/4 tank of gas and a piece of rope holding the ladder in the back. The ladder broke off when the rope came undone and backed over it. Then we bring the boat back and get charged a cleaning fee for having excess sand in the boat. It rained that night they cleaned the following day and it’s a boat!!!!! We didn’t have sections of sod it’s sand!!!

This place is a joke, I bought a dock from them, put money down on it, 3 days later they call to say it was sold to someone else, I wasnt happy. 3 days later they call to say I can have the dock now, they come to install it in the lake, break off bolts and then charge me to come back out to fix it, paid to have lift installed, they put it out to deep cant use it, they charged me to come fix it. Then last fall they bent a leg taking everything out, said theyd fix it in the spring, they forgot they bent the leg so that delayed our install, finally get everything installed this spring, the lift is to deep again and not level, cant use it, called and explained the problem and no resolution yet, 2 months later. The other day I get the install bill and my qouted price doubled? Oh hell no, this place can kiss my ass their not getting a dime from me, tired of fighting with them over their mistakes.

Bought a large cable lift from these guys and had an awful experience. The plan was to deliver and make final adjustments for the boat. We had set plans for Tuesday, but they never showed up. Come Wednesday and I find out the delivered it at 5:00 am and guess what it doesnt fit the boat. So Im stuck the boat is launched a cant get on the trailer and I cant get on my lift. I called spoke to the owner he assured me they would take care of it. Waited all day no call no show. Finally had to take a matters into my own hands so I can kind of get it on the lift.Its Friday Ive been calling and they have been promising still no one has come out. And mind you Im only 5 miles away from their shop.Oh and top it off the delivered it with out my boarding platform. Which I know was on my lift as I saw it in their yard before the boat arrived. Their response? Someone must have stolen it. No plans to make good just someone stole it off our property.Avoid them like the plague. They lie and have no clue what they are doing.

Update. Under new management as of August 2015. New manager is Ben. Walt and son Matt are gone. I went to them because of issue with the new Shorestation lift, turned out to be a bad motor switch, which should be covered by warrantee. Was happy to find out there was new management in place. This time they were great, came out right away and fixed the problem. Hopefully Ben and crew can turn the place around.

Can I give them a no stars? Unless new management has turned things around avoid!!! My experience is a horror story! They never showed up for first appointment ( I took day off to be there). They came following Monday to while I was at work, dock installed with incorrect configuration (even though they took out previous fall), they drilled holes too reinstall seat, problem is they installed in front of pontoon entrance , didnt put in lifts.I called and talked to Matt, scheduled a 11:00 appointment for following Friday ( Memorial day weekend) to fix problem. I took day off to be there. At 1:00 I called Matt and he said theyd be there at 3:30. At 7 pm they still werent there and no one was answering their phones. Business closed over weekend for holiday. No boats in water for weekend.Spoke with business owner and he straightened out the mess. Too top it off they sent me bill for $550 dollars for two trips to install. Dont call them. They certainly wont return my call!!!!

They have since contacted and refunded money.
