I would like to thank Bryan and his crew at RRM. The whole process from looking at boats, working a deal, financing it, and picking it up was great. There was two different times that we misunderstood each other. Both times RRM went above what they had to do to make it right. I recommend doing business with them.

They werent open that day. They were new owners working on the showroom. But they were very nice and helpful. We found what we wanted and they sold us the parts. They will also sell and service golf carts at their new location.

Under new ownership and really doing everything to make sure the customer is taken care of. Awesome boat lines, Skeeter, Bass Cat, War Eagle, Alumacraft and Misty Harbor. Quick and excellent service department. Beat place in Central Louisiana to buy your boat!

Nice but didnt catch any fish

Wish I had read the reviews of this place before dealing with the parts dept. Needed a lower unit to fit a 90 4stroke Yamaha, Ryan had a new unit with no box on the shelf he had a while wanted to get rid of, made me a great deal of $1000, after confirming several times this unit was for a 90 I purchased and shipped UPS to a man waiting on this part out of state, he gets the unit, no where close to fitting this unit is made for 40-60 hp, way too small, Ryan refunded my $ but I am out over $300 on UPS shipping the thing over and back only to hear oh we made a mistake sorry. Ryan you know nothing about parts or what you sell. Oh I didnt know you were going to ship it blah blah blah, even If I told them I was going to ship it after I purchase they wouldve still said it would fit, just full of excuses, horrible experience with this place, ED Carpenter would never let this happen had he still run this place this place is a dead stick BEWARE.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I will never bring my boat repairs here again. The only problem I had with this brand new skater 230 was the power pole didnt work. Its been there two months. Still there called this morning salesman answer the phone I have to call back Monday because no ones in the service department today unbelievable !!!!!!! I will post again when I get my boat back.I have nerve been called on a update about The progress on the repair of my boat I have had to call every time do you find out whats going on to get the same answer not yet two more days we should have not yet two more days we should have it fixed thats all Ive heard for two months still dont know about both face lies

Bought a boat from there, its listed as a 2008 get there and pay for it and i be dam ,its a 2005 and i go ahead and get the boat, not willing to take any less he said, that it was just a simple mistake he made, took boat back to have jack plate and hot foot put on, got a call my boat was ready get there and the hot foot was not there ,guy said that it can get put in ,in a few minutes well Im watching him do it and he drilled a hole all the way through my boat, brought it back steering wheel is locking up,was told by pat that it was going to cost me almost 500,i then asked for Eds number and i called him he said that he would take care of it, Ed needs to take his shop back out of peoples hands before he looses it, I think mr. Ed is a good guy who works hard to please his customers, as far as the rest of them they really dont care

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Brought a boat for them to sell and they lost it for 6 months. Sat on the back lot and no one knew what it was there for and didnt care. Have left at least 10 messages for the owner to call me, apparently he could care less.

I will never take my boat back to Red River Marine again. Worst customer service ever and the mechanic needs to be fired.
