Not good. I went there on Friday September 18, 2020. Around 4pm.I wanted to buy a part for my Honda.But Juan R. Was so very impolite.Bad attitude. I barely can hear of what he was saying. So I decided not to buy there because of this disgusting guy.So, I wasted my time there.Definitely dont recommend anyone to go there. Really Bad experience.But Most of the time the boss treat the staff really bad and that is why I do believe Juan R. Was upset.

Went there for the parts department which I give 5 stars. Had to go through the service department and when I asked where to go for the parts department, two of those service writers looked at me confused and a third service writer (the farthest one from where I was standing) had to jump in for them to show me where to go, she was helpful even open the door for me. 1 star deducted for the confusion of the other two.

2.5 hrs for an oil change.

Currently, going great. However, Rob, my salesman, ignored the features of the car, noticing only the gas mileage and something else. (I am just unable to recall this) While the mileage is important, so too are the features. I dont know why he brushed past them, but my shopping isnt complete. I am wanting to complete it soon, as Ive been without a car for a few years. If there is something that he can give me at the dealership, or by email, thats perhaps help me decide much sooner. His attitude from first meeting to date has been wonderful. :) He was pointed out to me, I guess at random, by another salesman.

Unprofessional and rude.

My car is lovely and I love it. However, part of the negotiations included free service for the car. They still charged me for it. I tried to point that out to the finance guy, but he kept talking about something else until I give up. Thats whats most unpleasant about buying a car; they wear you down until you give up. If youre lucky you can walk away. But when the car you are trading in is holding on by a thread, you give in to their lying. I still give them two stars because they gave way too much money for my trade in. That transmission was about to drop out of my trade in and they gave me good KBB value.

Called ahead and asked if they offer free inspections for Honda vehicles. Spoke to Shaker and he said yes they do. I drove down there got in the queue and then he said it would be $16. I said I just called a moment ago and you told me it was free. He said its only free for vehicles that are purchased here. OK, miscommunication I assume. I asked if they have any coupons. He said no, its always $16. I said some places have coupons off VA safety inspections. He said no, it is always $16 everywhere all the time. I left. If theyre going to make things up in between the time I call and when I arrive, and also try to tell me no place anywhere offers coupons off safety inspections, who knows what theyre going to make up later. I was also going to test drive a Subaru next door. Second guessing this dealership all around.
