Came in with a flat tire, they took care of me quickly. In and out service. Got me back up and running in no time. Best costumer service you could ask for.

I visited Friday, 10/22 at 2:00 PM with an appointment to replace 4 of my tires and get an alignment. The staff is professional. However, when I picked up the vehicle, it was clear something went very wrong during alignment. The car is under two years old and now pulls to the left. I have to hold the steering wheel at 35-40 degrees to the right for the car to drive straight. When I returned to the location, 15 minutes later, the manager was not present. Staff offered to refund the entire transaction however did not have proper system access to initiate a return. I was asked to return at 8 am Saturday for realignment, as the alignment tech had left for the day (mind you, it was 6 pm, and the location closed at 7 pm). However, I am working during NTB business hours Saturday and will have to get a rental car, so I can make it to work and bring the car back on Monday morning. Staff advised they have no way to contact the store manager and that he is the only one that can process refunds. The location has poor leadership, where staff is not empowered or allowed to make decisions without their managers blessings. I submitted feedback on NTB.com and am looking forward to hearing from the regional manager or corporate for a full refund and reimbursement of my Uber & Avis rental fees. I will be happy to submit the alignment documents provided from the location that shows the left camber was within spec before alignment and placed out of speck after. Not sure what kind of uncalibrated equipment you have on-site or if this was a human error, but please fix it before you mess up other peoples vehicles and cause someone to get into an accident and get hurt or killed.

Sadiq is the a great guy.He helped us fixing me my brothers car in a short time.And he is a great knowledge and very respectful person. I do recommend his work and I would love to come back

I was actually really disappointed with this location, as well as a separate location in Alexandria. I came in because I heard the occassional squeak on my breaks. I was provided with a $731.21 quote listing several services my car needed: brake fluid exchange, front disc brake rotor, front disc brake pad set, and a wheel alignment.I decided against getting the services and asked the technician how bad the situation was - he said we are basically looking at metal to metal on the front brakes.I took my car to my mechanic & he told me that they look like they were installed yesterday. I was extremely disappointed that NTB would tell me the brakes are dangerously bad, when in fact they actually looked brand new.When I spoke to Michael, the store manager, about my experience, he was apologetic and offered me a discount on future service, saying this was a miscommunication. I certainly appreciate that, but this was a potentially costly mistake to make, & I plan to take my car to a more thorough mechanic in the future.

Went in for a flat tire repair after it died on me suddenly today. I was in an out in less than 30 minutes. Never been somewhere that took care of my car that quickly!Absolutely love it!

They dented my car, refused to even knowledge it, refused to give me nurse discount despite showing them my license, lied about pricing, lied about length of work. guy working the front desk attempts to bribe every person $20 to write a good review. I needed a new battery for my vehicle and also wanted to get a brake inspection while I was there at NTB. They took me in without an appointment and I was in and out within an hour and thirty minutes. The staff was very helpful explaining everything that was wrong with my beautiful vehicle and also helped me save money.

This is my second time to this location and the customer service was lacking this second time. The last guy was great.A black guy with dreads serve me today. This gentleman spent 30 minutes on the phone with a customer before serving me (this is fine but it is common courtesy to apologize about the wait and help the customer instead of not acknowledging me and the gentlemen behind me). After the 30 minute wait the guy assist me and still did not give an apology. He just ask me what service I need while going to the door and doing something else: I wasnt sure was he speaking with me. Customer service is important to me. It would have been nice to be looked in the eye when offering service. I will not be back to this location. Which is ashamed since it is affiliated with Tire Kingdom (my favorite place for tires). This place has lost my business.

From the moment I walked in it was a weird experience. Stood in line for 20 minutes before I could talk to someone (which on its own didnt bother me). I had an appt for an alignment check and a 28 point inspection and was immediately interrogated as to if I wanted an alignment to be done because, as the guy told me, before I tell him to put your car on the lift to check the alignment i want to know if you want it done. He was incredibly rude and I answered with a just forget the alignment check. My car didnt get taken back to the shop until almost an hour after my appointment. Well the whole inspection came back with needing rear brakes, new shocks/struts, and an alignment to be done (which was weird because i specifically said dont do that part)....according to this shop. I opted to leave and just yesterday took it to another shop (NOT NTB) for a different inspection and the only thing i actually needed was new rear brakes. The other mechanic was like I dont know why they said you needed that all done, your car is in great shape!If you like being overcharged, taken advantage of (they must have thought I was an idiot and would just do whatever they said), and treated in a rude manner....this place is for you.

Terrible experience with this shop! Several issues after getting an alignment, rotation, and balance:1. When I picked up the vehicle, the guy at the desk (Mike) handed me a broken center cap with retaining ring from one of the wheels. He stated that the tabs were broken off, and it was common for them to break over time. MY WHEELS ARE LESS THAN 2 YEARS OLD!! I asked to speak to the technician who initially said that the cap was already broken and was glued on, but then changed his story after We all looked at the cap and saw no signs of glue. Also no glue was necessary since the retaining ring was still used. Mike said they would pay for a replacement, which he estimated to cost $4 or $5. I asked that he write on the invoice that they broke the cap and would pay for replacement. My wheels are custom made, so no exact replacements are available, which means I have to change all four caps in order to have a matching set of wheels again--definitely not $4 or $5.#2. When I drove out of the parking lot, I immediately noticed that my steering wheel needed to be in the 1 o clock position in order to go straight. I went back to the shop and explained the issue to Mike. He got the tech who stated that he couldnt align one of the wheels due to a bad tie rod. NONE OF THIS WAS MENTIONED ON MY INVOICE OR EXPLAINED TO ME WHEN I INITIALLY PICKED UP THE VEHICLE. If I hadnt noticed the wheel position, I would not have known about the misaligned wheels.#3. I asked for them to investigate the cause of a knocking sound from the suspension. The tech only gave a vague opinion of the problem. I asked Mike to get more details from the tech, which I wrote on the invoice myself.#4. While measuring the hole size for the replacement wheel cap, I noticed chipped chrome around the wheel cap hole. I looked at all four wheels and noticed the same chipping. My wheels are less than two years old, and this shop is the only one who performed my balancing and rotations, so I am confident that that are chipping my chrome when performing the balance service.I WILL NEVER GO BACK FOR SERVICE AGAIN AND WILL SEEK REIMBURSEMENT FOR DAMAGES IN COURT!!

Poor service, poor attention to detail. Had an appointment for two tires repaired, alignment and rotation of tires. Appointment was for 1000am. Returned to the store at 330pm, car repairs were not done. Came back at 500pm. Only tires were repaired. I asked if the tires rotated or alligned. They asked if I wanted to make another appointment. The repair ticket was entered in the system by the manager incorrectly and forgot to add rotation of the tires and balancing, but this was being overseed by the manager of the store. I gave him my cell phone number to call when ready. He wrote the number on my ticket in big numbers, but he called my old number when the car was ready. I am so disappointed. I have to find time AGAIN to get my rotation and balancing done. Due to my job, it will be another 8 weeks. WTH

Not sure what happened to my initial review, but I did put one up at my last visit. I love coming to this NTB Mike is wonderful. great customer service and fun guy to talk to. Feeling grateful for NTB Alexandria! I didn’t have an appointment but got there early, and they were immediately able to help me with a flat tire. They also do a free assessment of breaks & battery and made recommendations for other services without pressuring. Matt at the front desk was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They made me feel listened to and appreciated as a customer (which is rare these days). This is my new place!

The staff is phenomenal, and this is the place I plan to get all my future repairs done. Prices arent bad, and there is always a deal it coupon available. The location isnt the most convenient when there is traffic, but doesnt take away from the good work that is being done here. Each time there is a bit of a wait, but thats because people are in front of me. Make sure to make an appointment before coming, to ensure you are seen. I had an appointment at 2, they took my car at 2:15, left by 3:15/3:30. Not that big of a deal.

Longest I have ever waited for 4 tires in my life. Had an 8:30am appointment, was told it would be little over an hour. Go to Target, come back hour later and told 20 minutes. Wait 30, told another 20. Go back and told theyre going to do alignment. It is now 11:40 and I am ready to just trade the car in.

The only reason its not 5 stars is because I waited 2 hours for a 20min service, and I made an appointment ahead of time. They didnt pull my car into a bay until about 1 hour after I arrived. BUT customer service is friendly and my fee was discounted.

My interactions with Michael Petty, the store manager for this location is what caused me to leave the 1-star review. I visited for a routine oil change.Upon examining my vehicle, Michael and his team recommended that I change my brake pads, change my air filter, and a brake flush. I politely declined the recommendation, and told him that I would seek a second opinion before agreeing to performing any work on my car.His tone became abrupt and insisted that I seek the second opinion from his mechanic. I again denied, and he ordered his mechanic to put my “dirty air filter” back in the car.If your work stands for itself, a TRUE manager would have no problem with a customer seeking a second opinion. I was appalled and taken back by this interaction.You’ve lost a pretty loyal customer, NTB.📣📣UPDATE📣📣Writing a half-hearted response for me to contact you via your website doesn’t work either. You can contact ME to resolve the poor customer service on your behalf, using my number on file. Writing the same message underneath everyone’s 1-star review is pathetic. Do better.To the general public, I’ll let you guys know what comes of this.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. I called to ask about getting air in my tires, after having a hard time doing it myself. Mike took care of my car as soon as I got there! He was so friendly and quick- the whole experience taking less than 10 minutes. Plus, getting air in your tires if free of charge! Day made- great experience overall.

Had a terrible experience here will not return. First, counter person gave me a hard time for showing up 30 minutes early for my appointment. I figured they would rather me early than late. I was wrong. After a 5 min lecture about how they work on a very efficient schedule they accepted the vehicle in. My appointment time came and passed without my car being moved into the bay. They did not start working on my car for 45 minutes past my appointment time. 2 hours and 45 minutes later they finally changed 2 tires. Thats right over nearly 3 hours to change 2 tires. Look there are a lot of better options out there. Some companies actually respect your time. NTB does not respect their customers time.

I was at this location yesterday for a 4-tire quotation and they gave me a nice deal. I overheard the person in front explaining to an old lady that they cannot patch her tire. The old lady wasn’t happy at all and started raising her voice. Anyway, kudos to Bonnie for handling the situation well. He was very apologetic and pleasant all the time even if the old lady was rude. I gave him a thumbs up and a smile before I left. Definitely going back next week to have my tires done in this location.

Very slow, ordered a single tire and left my tire overnight and to pick it up the next day. Showed up and still waited 1 hour and got my tire after complaining about how slow it was. Just a single tire and even left it a day before to be mounted. 🥲

Ive sourced and replaced all my high profile Pirelli tires here, replaced a condenser and recommend service checks at the King Street location. I have a BMW 750LI and only go to Bimmer for oil change and to toggle off the service light (that only BMW has the key to).

Situation: I have a nail in my tire that was causing a slow leak. Checked out all tire installation places in the Bailey’s Crossroads area. I was quoted $20-$60 for a simple tire replacement of a brand new tire I was going to provide. The $60 quote came immediately after the mechanic asked what kind of car I had. (BMW coupe).Mike from NTB immediately picked on my first call and arranged the appointment the same day. David helped me by providing a very realistic time frame of 1-2 hours of waiting due to the high number of cars they had to work on.Tom did an exceptional job explaining to me that my current tire could be patched while having no issues installing my 265/35/18 tire.Their passion for cars and straight-forward conversations have reassured that there are honest mechanics in this area.Their exceptional tire service and the incredible price ($15 tire mounting and $8 balancing) made the experience well worth the visit. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area. Come here for your tire installation needs.PS: I overheard their interactions with other customers as I waited and I was impressed by how honest they were about what other customers’ cars needed. Their patience with difficult customers and their professionalism are exceptional.

I was thrilled I chose this location to have a tire of mine looked at that was leaking. Both Bonnie and Michael were excellent folks to work with. They were very friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. I dropped off my car and the problem fixed in under 2 hours. It was painless and efficient service for sure. I was extremely happy with the service and the product that I received at NTB. I did my research first on the tires I wanted so I had a basic idea before I called the store. I spoke to Xavier and he was both knowledgable and friendly on the phone. He gave me very honest advice and found a crazy good deal on Michelins (they were cheaper than many of the low-rated all season tires listed on Consumer Reports for my car). He gave me an out-the-door quote and that is exactly what I paid. I ordered the tires on Saturday afternoon and was able to go in Monday and get them installed relatively quickly. Both Xavier and Michael were working in the front office and both were easy to work with and friendly...even though the Redskins ended up beating my Steelers that night as they predicted (I guess I wont hold that against them :) I definitely recommend this location.
