Came in without an appointment to have license plate secured. I needed to have it done to be able to drive to work. The car was brought home from Europe. Plate shapes different. Screws didn’t line up. What should have been a simple job wasn’t but they made the time, secured the plate and I was on my way without even a charge for their time. Great guys, great service!

My Hyundai was recently be felled by a tree limb and needed a new windshield and some body work. Several friends highly recommended them, so I went with NT Auto Body. What I liked about them was the ongoing updates by a real person. I got a number of calls, including just after the car arrived via flatbed. While they did a great job, there were a few small things they could have done better, but in the scheme of things, I am pleased with their service.

The owner and auto body mechanic were very polite and a blessing in disguise. They were very knowledgeable and amongst being professional they worked in a very timely manner. I will definitely return when needed . This place should be number one as fair as body work repair goes and customer service. Thank you again

I had a fender bender and took my car in to have it repaired. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and professional. She took my information and called enterprise to assist me in getting a rental car. The next morning someone called and updated me, that the parts needed to repaire my car were ordered. I continued to receive updates via text messages. My car was repaired sooner than expected and looked amazing...as if nothing happened. I would definitely recommend this place. Went to NT Auto originally because they were the only place I called that didn’t scoff at me for asking if I could get my car looked at that same day without an appointment. They surpassed my expectations. They fixed my dented wheel well in just one day, it looks good as new, AND they cleaned the inside of the car, which was a great surprise upon pickup!

My brother and I took his Camaro for some body work and to repair the faulty work done by someone else. They talked to the insurance company and did all the repairs in less than a week. Great work. I highly recommend.

My car was side-swiped while parked in DC. Allstate sent me to NT auto body. Upon arrival I was quoted 2weeks for parts and repair. Then 1week after the first day estimate. Then got a call TWO days later saying my vehicle was ready for pick up!Speedy service. Only thing I noticed on my vehicle was when a glare hit where the previous damage was you could still kind of see it. They offered to take it back in the bay and make it better.Definitely would recommend.

Best place to get body work on your car.

I went to NT Auto Body for a second estimate for my car that was damaged in a collision. The first place I went to said it would take a month to a month and a half to repair my car, which is obviously a really long time. I called NT Auto Body and they told me to bring in my car any time for them to take a look. When I went there I was immediately impressed with the level of service and professionalism they provided. They told me that my car would take a week and a half to two weeks maximum to repair -- way better than over a month! I dropped my car off on a Thursday and the next Monday they called me to say that it was done -- less than four days later! I couldnt believe it. The car looks amazing and they even cleaned and vacuumed it for me as well. My entire experience with NT Auto Body was incredible and Im very glad I found them.

They did a great job repairing the damage to my car! The paint matched perfectly and it was returned with the interior cleaned as well.

Very poor and terrible service. I paid $12000 and got absolutely unprofessional job on my car done. The painting was horrible, several parts were missing. The clips in the plastic under the fender were missing as well. My trunk was full of rain water too! This was the worst service in my life. Lots of unprofessional workers.

Our car was damaged in a hit and run and our insurance company, Allstate, directed us to NT Auto Body. The entire process was extremely smooth. We were able to get an appointment immediately, an estimate same day, and the work completed in two days. NT Auto Body also provided us with a ride to the car rental company, Enterprise, as soon as we were ready. Also the paperwork was processed between NT Auto Body and Allstate, there was minimal documentation that we had to handle (refreshing!). From the front desk staff to the owner, all were friendly and helpful. I would go back to NT Auto Body without hesitation and highly recommend them. (May 2019)

I will say the young lady at the front desk was pleasant. In dropping my car off no one else came out to speak to me about my car and the repairs to be done. The young lady did call Enterprise to pick me up which was a good experience. Once I left had to call them NT to indicate no one came out to discuss my car. why? Oh, they will call you once they speak with the insurance. A man called back and left a message how much the cost would be and expect car to be ready in 2-3 days. Period. My point I didn’t get the customer service out reach as others stated. But, on picking the car up it was done in 3 days, looks great, enterprise pick up and drop off was good. On picking the car up Set did greet me asking what car picking up, showed me my car and the work done, they washed the car, he walked me inside, pulled my car out and greeted me again. Set was great and pleasant, so was the front desk young lady. An older woman there was not pleasant nor greetable when I was waiting in the lobby. Plus, there is a 2 in scratch on the back lift door. Other than that Set left me with a great feeling when picking up my RAV4!!! Great work!!

I was recently rear ended and was given a list of body shops. I did my research and chose NT Auto Body. I am so glad I did! Other estimates said I would be out of a car for 2-3 days. NT Auto Body ordered a new bumper, painted it to match perfectly, called when it was ready. I came in and 45 minutes later (maybe less), I had what looked like a brand new car! And in my brief wait numerous people gave me updates on my car, offered me coffee or water... everyone was pleasant and thorough. If I ever need an Auto Body shop again I will definitely come back to NT Auto Body!

My family and I have had three cars repaired here within roughly a ten year span. Each time I was impressed with the turnaround for repairs, but not satisfied with their attention to detail and on one occasion their customer service.Like I said, they will repair your car quickly and that is always a plus. The last time I took a car here to be repaired was in 2016. I had damage on my Honda S2000 when someone reversed into the driver door at low speed.When I picked up the car I noticed that they had not put the S2000 badge back on the drivers side front fender, and the side marker did not match the passenger side (the badge and side marker were not damaged during the accident). The detailer who did the walk around with me told me that they ordered new badges and when they come in then they will call me and I can bring my car back for them to install. The detailer also said that the side marker is the same and that they cleaned it up which is why its a different color (BS).I then pointed out that the paint on the door does not match the rest of the car and only looks like it was blended towards the front, but not the rear panel. The detailer appeared to get frustrated because he rolled his eyes at me and asked me if I knew what I was talking about. I asked him to look at the car and tell me if the color was the same on the door vs the rest of the car. He responded, Looks the same to me, maybe leave it in the sun for a few days and it will even out.I then opened the door, but noticed that the door was taking more effort to open than before. I pointed this out as well, and he responded give it some time, we put new hardware in the door so it will take some time to smooth out.Before I could say anything else he said Okay everything good? And walked away.I went inside and asked for whoever did the repairs on my car because I had some concerns. The woman at the front desk told me that he had left already and the manager had gone home as well (it was around closing time) but she will ask them to give me a call the following Monday when theyre back. I said ok and went home.The next week comes and no call by Wednesday. I call on Wednesday afternoon and I was told that the manager would call me back. Friday comes and no call. I call them on Friday and Im told that the manager will call me back. I explain the the receptionist and she says she will leave a note for him. The next week I call a few more times and no call backs.Two weeks after I picked up my car I return to the shop and ask to speak to the manager. I wait in the waiting room because I was told he would be back soon. I wait over an hour but cant wait anymore because I have to return to work. I call again the following week several times but no call backs.The door never got better and actually got worse, the paint didnt match by leaving it in the sun, and I dont know what happened to the side marker and badge. I have not been back since 2016 and will never go back.

NT auto had my car dye to accident whent I went to pick my car up I was greeted by the owner who was so wonderful, pleasant. Then there was the receptionist who was also kind. The place was very nice and clean. Ive never been to an auto shop where you get greeted by the owner and who actually talked to me and explain what they did to the car. The quality of the work is fine, and the folks I have talked to are nice and helpful, but both times I have taken my car there multiple small things were stolen. It was never anything of much value, but it really makes the experience unpleasant. This last time they warned me specifically that they are not responsible for anything left in the vehicles. It kind of gave me the impression that the owners know the mechanics are stealing things, and they dont care because they arent liable. It was enough to sour me on the place. I dont plan on going back.

I wouldn’t refer my enemy to this body shop.The piss poor customer service that I received from the Mike (owner) was terrible. My valuables were stolen out of the vehicle. And, when he was asked about the item. He became very defensive and rude. The secretary Diane was also rude and not very helpful at all. I’m surprised with this level of customer service that they are able to still stay in business.They are THE WORST!!!👎👎

I used NT Auto Body for a collision repair about a year ago at the recommendation of my insurance company. In retrospect I would have gone somewhere else. I will say the paint was flawless with hood and fenders blended, but everything else falls short. Hood was misaligned, stock numbers were left on parts, trim pieces were left off, and the headlights were improperly aimed. This was the most disturbing as I was made to feel like I was confused or crazy (I had driven the car for 60k miles,so I know what it should be like). I was told thats just how these new halogen lights are! (they were not halogen - which are not new in any way - but xenon HID). After the third or fourth trip back I gave up. I had to have BMW properly aim the headlights (they were off - I was not confused).They have a great warranty and were, for the most part, friendly enough to deal with. The thing is, you dont want to use the warranty/satisfaction guarantee. I cant get over how much time I had to spend trying to get things right.

Wonderful guys, I had a great experience. Amazingly very efficient, I could not believe how fast the turn around was with them. My past experience with other auto body shops was very unpleasant, but this one was different. I recommend them to all my friends. They do more to keep you happy and work with your insurance.

Having my car serviced by NT Auto Body was a very stress-free, easy, and quality experience. I have been raving about them ever since I got my car worked on.I got into a minor accident last weekend that thankfully wasnt too serious, just surface damage overall, but still pretty badly messed up the front passenger side of my Mazda CX-5. Allstate put in a call to them, and they called almost as soon as they opened the next business day. I was able to drop the car right off for an inspection, and didnt even have to wait around for it. They quickly called Enterprise to pick me up, and had taken my car into the shop before I had even left.I got an immediate update call on the required work my car would need within a couple of hours. They said the work would be done in about a week, which is what I expected. But heres the kicker - I dropped the car off on Tuesday morning, and the car was finished Thursday morning. Wow! Quick work. I had to triple-check to make sure they were talking about MY car, and hadnt made some mistake. But sure enough, they had finished it in barely two days! I was of course skeptical about them getting it done so quickly, but my baby looked fantastic! They did great work, the car looked like new, and they had even cleaned the inside AND outside of my car.It was also very hot out, but they have plenty of cold bottled water ready and available. The service was great, and if I EVER need any body work done on my car in the future (hopefully not, but you can never predict these things), this will surely be my body shop of choice.Thank you, you officially have a customer for life!

They delivered on time, on budget, and even did some extra things free of charge. In fact, my car came back cleaner than when I dropped it off! Set was very responsive via phone and Internet. They seemed very friendly from the moment the car was turned in (my insurance selected this place). A phone call from the service manager assured how they planned to use all genuine parts (thus the long repair time... almost 4 weeks) from Germany to replace damaged area of my Audi. I patiently waited even after the first promised date was missed. Their friendly weekly updates somehow gave me comforts. When the car was finally ready, I assumed everything was great simply because how everyone acted so nicely. It was a day later when I was washing the car that I noticed misaligned huge gaps next to the hood. I pulled out an old photo of the car and I was right. The gap was ridiculously wide, say about 1/2 inch! Inside of hood was a chassis that was ground but not painted (I did not want the repair so obvious). As I began to clean interior of the car, noticed my black leather seats were covered with paint dust. And the paint dust was everywhere including vents. I took the car back for re-aligning body parts to more acceptable level (gave my old photo for reference). After a few days of stay at the body shop, the car was again covered with paint dust. This time I noticed windshield wiper chattering in rain and discovered the paint dust worked as if fine sand particles stuck to windshield preventing rubbers to move back and forth. I used paint remover to clean the windshield instead of bringing it back to the shop... that is until I discovered fog lamp no longer working (failed state inspection). Then headlights were discovered misaligned. All in all, I made three trips to the shop. Oh, well, I do agree that they continue to fix whatever problems I present without saying excuses, but that does not make me feel any better.

Let me start off by saying that the turn around is very quick and they are extremely friendly. use a really good frame machine and they try to use high quality replacement parts. However the paint and prep is sub standard. If you are going to bring them a hohum commuter car this shop is great but if you have a high quality show car or special sports car I wouldnt bring my car here. The first repair is ok but people will occasionally point it out. My second repair there was abysmal. My 2nd repair clearly has deep scratches under the base coat that are the result of extremely poor technique during blocking after they glue pulled my fender. I understand most people wont get it from the pictures but it looks 10x worse in person. Its surely devalued my car (which is rare and market value is actually going up). I could have done better paint in my garage with my accuspray.

The baddest place ever! I would say don’t trust them they were recommended to me and when i let my car for more than 20 days they didn’t change anything thing they just tried to fix the old things without exchanging them since they charged me around $9.000.00 yah guys nine thousand and they said they will change everything!! Be aware 👌🏻 i went bk to them they told me the tires need new one and I change them for an extra $400 the car has wired noises and the surprise when i took it to toyota they told me the truth they just didn’t do anything and my car still there 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Ill start off by saying that the shop has great costumer service skills in calling you and making you feel like a valued costumer… It about ends there.I chose this shop based on their high reviews from Allstate, my insurance company. Well, I can now see why they have high reviews, but I will get to that later. The work they did on my car was substandard, to the point I had my car privately appraised, only to confirm what I could blatantly see in their workmanship. I was T-boned in the driver’s side door so it was smashed beyond repair. Parts that should have been replaced were simply repaired, ultimately endangering my safety. I went back to the shop twice, three times if you count the trip I made twice in one day -- to fix simple things such as the window rubbing, an air pocket, and the window not functioning properly. On my last visit, I pointed out to the Manager the structural damage that was not fixed properly (where my car’s smashed frame should have been cut away and new parts welded on), he blew it off like I did not know what I was talking about. Well sir, I did know what I was talking about.All to say, after the back-and-forth with this shop, I had the Allstate adjuster come back out to my car and inspect their substandard work. They agreed with me and are admitting my car back into another shop to re-repair the damage and shotty workmanship. The structural repair will be replaced like the industry standard indicates.When I picked up my car, they gave me a pamphlet explaining to me that if I filled out their online survey and give them a perfect review, they’d send me a $25 gift card. So unethical! I’d rather share my truthful experience in hopes that this will be a review people actually take stock in. I refuse to give credit where credit is definitely not due.

Fantastic customer support and service

My car was hit in a fender bender while I was on vacation. My insurance company and AAA worked together to get my car towed to this shop, where the damages were appraised and approved of by my insurance company. Some of the parts took about a week to arrive but NT kept me posted throughout the process, calling to let me know any updates on the repairs. I live in NJ so when the repairs were done I had to arrange to be driven down to pick it up, that took a few extra days on my end but when I arrived at NT Auto Body they had my car ready and waiting. Not only did they repair and replace everything that was damaged (bumper, exhaust system/muffler, under frame, tail lights, and more), but they cleaned both the inside and outside of my car. I travel a lot and shamefully my car is usually pretty dirty so it was definitely noticeable that they cleaned it thoroughly, something they honestly didn’t have to do but they went the extra mile and did anyway. They were courteous, professional, and friendly. I’m absolutely impressed, it’s the best experience I’ve ever had at a repair shop, if I lived local to them they would be my choice for all future repairs and services. Love NT auto body

Took a month for a windshield replacement and scratch and small dent repairs. Paint job had a serious orange peel look over all areas that were painted on an otherwise new car. Shop also caused at least 2 dents and scratches that were not previously there. Luckily I took detailed pictures of the entire car, the day we dropped it off and had proof positive, that this damage was caused at the shop. We had to leave the car to be repainted as the job they tried to hand us was unacceptable. In the past, this company had done superior work on other cars, for us, yet quality seems to have slipped considerably. I will edit this review when we pick the car up after repainting and will give them the credit, which they deserve.

I took my Land Rover for an estimate 3 weeks ago. Steak Tikoyan gave the estimated and was given permission by his management that I can provide parts for the repair work - since it is a classic Rover. I came today to drop of f the car and was greeted by the brother of the owner - I believe his name is Rob. He said let me look at your car and flat out said we dont repair Range Rover and we dont allow customer to provide parts. Instead of doing additional validation, he refuse to provide the repair service. He is rude and does not project good customer service. Dont know why he is allowed to be in the business.

These guys are pros and they take the time to do things right. Let them handle your body work needs, you wont regret it. Set is the man, thank you sir!!

We have just recently moved here from NC and had a mishap with the side door of our family van and I looked up the closest body shop for repair (since the dealership service department wouldnt even help me). I found these guys online and it looked like they were pretty reputable and capable to handle my issue. My problem had become much bigger than just aesthetics since the damage to the door had disabled the seat belts in the back where my kids were always sitting....yeah, exactly..not a good thing! These guys took me in to assess the problem and took care of me right there on the spot. Very professional and job well done! Thanks again for handling it so thoroughly and quickly.

Top notch customer service. I was involved in a fender bender resulting in ~$3500 in damage to my Acura TL. All interactions with NT were more than painless, they were attentive, polite, never rushed, and explained everything in detail. When I had left a few items in my car and they had already brought my car back to start looking at it, they brought me straight to it (no delaying me at all). I grabbed all my stuff and was ready to go when Chris reminded me that I also needed my EZPass (A mistake Im sure plenty of customers have made). If I hadnt gotten that, my commute would have been a lot more painful.10/10 - would get repairs done here again.

Great work they finished early and I have no complaints

Took my ten year old Chevy Tahoe to NT Body for some front end damage last week. The inprocess was well coordinated and quick. I had already made an appointment so they were expecting me. The estimator met me in the lobby, we went to inspect the vehicle, he took a few pictures, brought me back inside, gave me a seat and a bottle of water. In just a few short minutes he was back with the estimate and a timeline. I dropped my car off the next Monday, they called the rental car for me and in just another few short minutes I was on my way to work. Around mid-week they called with an update and, on the appointed day, they called to tell me my vehicle was ready. Another bottle of water and a quick inspection and it was over. They even arranged for me to leave the rental there and the Car Company would come pick it up. I believe these people also look for things to fix and not just the stuff you brought it in for. I had a scrape on my bumber grill that was not part of the damage they agreed to fix. They went ahead and smoothed it out and touched it up to match. I also had a rear, inside door light cover that had fallen off. They put it back on and secured it like new. That was really nice because I was having a very hard time finding a replacement light cover. My vehicle was much cleaner when I got it back than it was when I brought it to them. Overall a top notch performance. I would certainly bring my vehicle back to them if needed.

If I can give them no star at all I would have done that .. they guy who was suppose to do the estimate took 2 seconds only to look at the car he took no pictures or whats so ever .. he gave the estimate but it was lower than the first estimate I got from another body shop .. when I look at it he was like I didnt know that the scratches on the tire was from the accident I said well thats because u didnt take ur time to look at it thoroughly and u didnt take pictures either nor that u asked me .. the guy was like I think u should take ur car to somewhere else .. LOL man I never was kicked out of any place .. he was so rude with zero customer service skills and no respect to whatever his customers! I wouldnt trust someone like that that careless and disrespectful with my new car .. the worse experience ever and they just lost a customer!

Agree with Mark. Their staff has a lot of attitude. especially the guy with the big eyebrows. save yourself some time and stay away!

All I got from NT was a headace and the run around, work wasnt done right the first time had to come back several times to make things right mananger always seem to have a attitude smokes while dealing with customers. all this just for two doors replaced on a altima.

They assured me it was repairable when I got it back it looked as if it was back on the showroom floor as it was when I bought it. Friday 1-2-2014 had a fender bender needed a bumper changed, walk in got an estimate in five minutes was able drop off the car and have it ready the next day,you could not park on the lot when i got there, i have had experience with other body shops let me tell you that this shop is the NEIMAN MARCUS of the body shop world all the others i have been to is still trying to be KMART thanks guys my husband came in town saturday and he will never know his car was wrecked unless he reads this review

They dont have that good experience to fix car. I took my car there to fix the front bumper. They messed it up my bumper and they painted both of my car fenders. They f*****ed up my car. If you have a brand new car and want to fix something do even think about to take it NT

Brought my wifes car in for body work and I was very pleased with the results. The rear bumper was replaced, although it was an aftermarket bumper (per the insurance company) NT did a good job getting it to fit properly and the paint match was spot on. They cleaned the car up nice, and were very friendly and professional the entire time. The parking situation is a little wonky as there isnt exactly a parking lot for the customers so dont be intimidated when get there trying to figure out where to put your car! That aside, I will happily take my cars back to NT for body work. I trust them to do good repairs.Thanks for fixing my wifes car!

Extremely fast. SETT customer service was the best ever. Only problem was one of the nuts for my right tire the cap for it was broken and they did not have a spare. Next week I will follow up.
