Chad at Juettner Motors fantastic getting us into a used 2011 Ford F-150 Lariat, and went above and beyond to bring the truck down into our price range. Super friendly staff and excellent customer service. As of day 3 Im quite happy with my purchase. I will update this review if something goes horribly wrong in the next week or so.

We had the battery warning light come on last weekend right about the time a monsoon like storm began. Juettner fit us in and offered to replace the alternator even though it would likely take longer than to noon, the Saturday closing time. When the work was done, shortly before noon, the cost was less than what we were quoted. Thank you Juettner!

I bought a new Pacifica this past spring 2021 and the sales man and staff were great. Now the but, the screen on the dash that controls almost all the features on the van when in GPS mode, reboots quite often and at the most inconvenient times. I have mentions this three times now and the problem still has not been fixed and I dont get any answers to when or why this is happening. I would like some one in the place to address this problem with Chrysler, I have looked online and see their are others with same problem and are trying to setup a class action law suit. When the screen goes into reboot or blank one can not change most features on the van. It would be nice to use the navigation screen when going on trips but one can not rely on it, so need to put my Garmin up just in case. This is an expensive option to have added to your auto and it should work.

I am very much satisfied with the service provided by Juettner Motors of Alexandria. I especially want to thank the very qualified mechanic who worked on my 2010 Dodge Challenger SRT8. He was very polite and professional and I could tell that he wanted to fix my vehicle the right way and in a timely manner! I cant recall his first name but if I need service in the future I hope he gets the call!

Have had great experience with Billy in sales but I’ve been repeatedly disappointed by their service department. I’ve had to go back multiple times for the same problems on three different vehicles and the latest example they forgot to order a part that they promised to order and they only figured that out because I called to check on its status. Also never had a loaner car available for me after the mechanic broke a part on my motor while repairing my vehicle and they all of a sudden needed to keep my vehicle all weekend. I complained to owner who offered to take a new vehicle off the lot for me to use. I wouldn’t recommend this place for service.

Incredible communication. Mark did a great job keeping me up to date on my trucks progress. Very friendly and positive. Got a straight answer to any of my questions. Working with Bill at Juettner Motors was a great experience. I live out of state and found the truck online. When I inquired about it Bill called me and went over every question I had. We sealed the deal over the phone and when I went to pick the truck up he walked through the whole vehicle and explained all the technology associated with it. The finance team did not pressure me to buy any additional warranties like most dealerships so it was probably the least hassle vehicle purchase I have ever made.

I came in half an hour to their closing time. Josh Hornberger was kind enough to stick around and help me through the purchase. Mark Juettner was also kind enough to help us get through it quickly and I had my new vehicle. First time going on my own through a dealership and I couldnt be happier with the dedication this team has. I have bought three vehicles from them in the last 4 years, but am not a significant customer. What keeps me coming back is their service. Whenever I need service, I can walk in to see one of the service advisors and I am made to feel that I am the most important person in the building at that moment. They communicate well and follow through on my needs or requests.I will keep going back to purchase my vehicles from them because I am confident I will be taken care of after the sale.

Shortly after we purchased our 2020 Pacifica (in October), Billie had sent us a coupon in the mail for a free oil change. We had our first oil change yesterday. My thoughts are that instead of sending that coupon in the mail, couldnt you possibly put this in your records so that when the first oil change becomes due, it would show a complimentary free oil change? (Which we appreciate, by the way) Sure would make my day!! Searching for a coupon that was sent to us three months ago and I have no clue where I might have put it, surely isnt handy for me!!!

I have never been so upset. There was a grinding noise in the steering they diagnosed it as a cracked but but they didn’t have the part. I was charged 107.88 for the diagnosis and if I wanted it repaired it would be another 107.88 for the labor plus the part. How can the diagnosis and the repair labor be exactly the same? Plus rarely I ever been charged for a diagnosis. Never going there again.

After asking for the truck to be warmed up prior to changing the oil was told they dont do that just let it drain a long time.Complaint for second visit was oil was overfilled. Shop lowered oil level at second visit. Did have oil drips on my clean floor from 1st visit which stopped after 1st day.I paid alot of hard earned money for this vehicle and I am very very particular on how it is taken care of.

Review based on five visits. There will only be five visits, I dont plan on going back. Inaccurate on estimating service costs. They do not tell you about shop fees, meaning waste disposal, cost of fluids. Three of the five times, my steering wheel had some sort of oil, grease, dirt mixture on it. Horrible at email communications, even though they offer the ability to set up appointments that way. If you have to deal with them, do not use email. three appointments I tried to make through their website and email, and had problems with all three. My last visit I spent just over $960 for some moderate engine repair, and the vehicle is there overnight. they were unable to provide me with a loaner car, even though I requested one in was told there would be one available via email. Also, I know not all dealerships do this, but when I spend almost $1,000 you would think theyd wash the vehicle considering it was sitting there overnight. that would have gone a long way to improve how I felt about their dealership. I know a lot of dealerships used to do that, maybe its just something that faded away over the years.

I was in Alexandria for a conference during the April blizzard. On my way there I realized I did not have heat in my Grand Cherokee. I called and although they were booked up for over a week, they said to stop in the next day. They had the part and made the time to fix it so I could make it back for a funeral in my family. If I lived in the area there wouldnt be anywhere else I would buy a vehicle. The service department went above and beyond.

First off, we had a check tires lite on when we brought in for oil change, they did check the condition of the tires, but DID NOT check tire inflation?? When I picked the truck up lite was still on?Second, a few service appointments ago, I asked why is it that I get a survey EVERY TIME i come in for service, asked you i dont receive a appointment reminder for same, I was told I should, well I have on ONE occasion . I guess if I can not get this, I really wish I would stop receiving these surveys.Thank You

Tires were low on air with air pressure monitor coming on. First went to a Holiday Station to get air and found that to be a joke. Stopped at Juettner Motors and they immediately brought the truck in and added air to all four tires, and did so for no charge. Now thats 5-Star service.

My situation was unique since a miscommunication resulted in a truck I wanted being sold to someone else, but when the owner of the dealership learned of the mistake, he really went way out of his way to make sure I got a good deal on an alternative vehicle. He even offered me a loaner so I could move a refrigerator! Mark and Morgan were really great to work with and did their best to make sure I was treated well and that my shopping experience would be positive and enjoyable (and humorous too, at times!)By the time I came to Juettner Motors I had already been shopping for almost 5 months and Id had a lot of bad experiences. But the staff at Juettner made me feel welcome and they more than doubled the trade-in value I was offered at other dealerships! (I traded in a 22 year old Wrangler). The rig I ended up buying isnt quite what I was looking for but that was my decision. They never pressured me, they offered me a fair price on a very nice Escape and I decided to take it because I just wanted to be done shopping so I can move on to other things on my list for this summer. Since they know this, I am confident they will call me if/when the right rig comes along, and I will be happy to do business with them again! I highly recommend Juettner Motors if youre shopping new or used, they are a rare dealership; one that remembers customer service must be the first priority for long-term success!

I came in to try this service department out with a simple oil change. I wont be returning. Its not that I had some horrible experience, it wasnt bad but it also wasnt good. It was meh at best. I do feel that it took longer than it should have. I always provide my own oil and filter but I dont think it should take almost an hour just to change the oil. Add to that 3 kids under age 6 and absolutely nothing for them to do there, it just left something to be desired. I will continue to go elsewhere.

I told them both my rear leaf shackles and rear brakes needed replacing but they insisted on looking at it which I assumed would be complimentary but instead I got charged almost $100 for them to tell me what I already knew... but that’s not even the worst part, I showed up right on time for my appointment and instead of waiting for what should’ve been 20 mins in and out I had to wait an hour and half. Getting the repairs done somewhere else because Juettners wasted too much of my time and money already.

Juettners motors has very polite service personal that keep my veichle in great working order. They use the latest technology to look up warranty issues. I like to have my car serviced where it will get looked at for not just what you bring it in for but they always have a check list that has been looked over. I had found a Chevy trailblazer that I instantly liked on a Friday, I emailed Juettner to say I was interested. then Saturday I went and looked at it on the lot and I loved it so I had an email from Bill asking about my interest. I told him my husband would be there at noon to test drive. He loved it also so we got to work on the paperwork and I made an appt for 215 to pick it up and sign the papers. When my husband and I arrived the day to get it the guy we made an appt with was too busy with another customer to even acknowledge us. Another guy Jake came out of his way to help us and was great. Was a little disappointed that I was put second after having an appt for what I assumed was a smaller commissioned vehicle as to the other customer he had looking at a newer car. Overall very happy with my car and Jake did take car of us. Also the girl doing reception was very friendly and very helpful.

I just purchased a 2010 Dodge Journey from Bill Grove and was very happy with my total experience, i went into the lot twice looking at a couple vehicles and only got out of my car once...after going home and registering on the web site he called me and knew who i was by my car i was driving...LOLhe asked me what i wanted to spend and what my needs for a vehicle, set up an appointment when i got there he was ready to show me in my price range...the one i got was a little higher then what i wanted to spend but they did the best to get me into it.....i was very impressed that Bill went the extra mile to meet my needs and seemed concerned to do it

Overall they did the job I expected in the timeline I expected. It wasnt special, but not disappointing.The only 2 minor issues I had: I dropped the car off at 10am for service. I called around 4:30 that afternoon because I hadnt heard anything about it. He didnt know what they had found so he had to go dig into it. He called back shortly after saying it would be done the following afternoon. The timeline was not a problem, but I would have loved a call once the diagnosis was made so I could have made vehicle plans necessary for the following day.Secondly, Juettner was in the process of renovating so the departments were not in their normal locations. A little more signage would be helpful to know where to go.

My sales guy, Billy, was great! However, they made me pay to fix the navigation system, even after I pointed out on the test drive that it wasnt working. They said it wasnt covered by the warranty. I said it should have been in proper working order before it was put on the lot. Poor!
