Hit the drive thru before heading to the Smokies!We enjoyed our food and drinks, they did a good job taking the order and getting it all exactly right. My cream danish was warm and toasted perfect.

Wow! Jade was the barista who took my order. She did an amazing job. Very personable, very knowledgeable, a pleasure to meet.

The lady was very happy to highly customize my drink. I want a peppermint Mocha half the sugar and all the fat. So she used heavy cream and skinny mocha sauce.

I loved this place. Very quiet, not crowded at all, and staff very nice. Fast free internet.

Excellent little Starbucks. Located right across from an airport, walkable distance from the La Quinta & Comfort inn suites, its also nestled beside a long strip of restaurants. So its a great place to wait to if youre staying in that area. The staff is friendly and personable. There is a seasonal outdoor seating area. In particular, I had a staff member fix my order because it had too much cream in it. I usually dont request that and felt a little nervous asking, but he didnt even blink an eye and was very gracious!

The drive-thru line was around the building as to be expected, but the service was slower than I am used to compared to other locations.

Always friendly and great drinks! I love the consistency of the beverages and cleanliness. Misty is very nice and always greets with a smile, even during hectic rushes. There is another lady there, im not sure of her name, she has dark red hair, and a gentleman with longer curly hair, and they make my drink, and white chocolate mocha with cinnamon, most of the time and it is always delicious! Thankyou for making my mornings easier 🥰

I love Starbucks. But they dont brew dark roast coffee after 12:00 noon at this location in Alcoa,Tn. Real nice store. Very clean. Inside and outside seating. Great location. Staff is very nice. Plenty of parking. Drive thru. A nice cozy place.

This is the Starbucks off of Alcoa Highway, I love the staff as well as the pictures of the animals, that visit the drive thru window.

People are great, a little hard to get in and out of but worth it.

Love the new look at this Starbucks. We met someone to discuss business with someone. There are tables that now accommodate these type of visits. While there we did order some drinks and a couple food items. Everything was delicious. The staff were super friendly and less robotic like other Starbucks Ive Ive been to.

Will not be returning. Got into the long line at 12:19 (lobby is closed) & didn’t reach the window until 12:35. I asked for a dark roast coffee at the speaker, upon arriving at the window they told me they were just starting a pour over & it would be about 5 minutes (not what I asked for) so I asked if I could have pike place in its place so I could be on my way. The man called back to let them know I wanted pike instead & the girl loudly said “I’ve already started the pour over!” & dropped what she was doing & began snatching tickets to start other orders. Highly disappointed in this location. Slow & rude.

There were no closed signs up but the store was closed at 530 in the evening. I called the store phone but it just rings. May just be a one time issue but kinda of a let down.

Not much different from other Starbucks in terms of service, variety of drinks or food. But it does have an outdoor sitting area with comfy couches and a pit (not sure if it could be fired up or not). Can see planes coming in for a landing at the nearby airport. Really cool. Can hear Alcoa highway traffic. Not so cool.

I was at this location with a fairly particular coffee drinker who drinks Starbucks all over the country and said her mocha at this location was perfect! Heat, flavor everything, perfect.

We used to meet here until they stopped warming up our lemon pound cake as desired. I was told they arent allowed to warm up pastries anymore. I tried ordering the Bacon Egg and Gouda breakfast sandwich on several occasions and it was not cooked thoroughly and cold. Coffee is about all Starbucks is good for. Ive since found a better locally-owned coffee spot to have meetings, warmed pastries, and beverages.

We go past the Starbucks on Alexander Lamar to come to this one because they get our Americano coffees right the first time and they taste great!

Ordered a drink today and it was at best two thirds full, no whip cream and a it was not stirred. I can understand if they were busy but I was one of 2 people in the store. The last few times I have ordered a sandwich the center was ice cold. They just seem to not care.This used to be a good Starbucks but over the last year or two the drinks and care for the customer has fallen way off. I would love to say my experience here today was an anomaly but it has become the norm at this location. I would skip this one and find another location or a local coffee shop.

Today was my first time stopping at this star bucks boy was i disappointed. I order a tall French V cap to go well i was letting it cool to check i always take the lid off and take a sip i was shocked to barley see any coffee. So i waited till i got home i measured it 6 oz is what i had really star bucks just wow

Had the best drive-thru experience I have ever had here the other day. The man helping me had a great personality and was funny and talkative and friendly. Oh and the coffee was good too.

Consistently great coffee. Not always willing to make fresh brew if nothing prepared. Not A fan of pour over.

Came into Starbucks to get a coffee and hangout. I ask if they could turn their music down a notch. The music was so loud you could not hold a conversation. The staff member said they could not turn the music down. It was quieter over towards the tables but in the relaxing area with the sofas and chairs, it was loudest. No way to hang out and hold light conversation. My advice is Get a better sound system or turn your music down for the customers.

Download the app and decide what you want before you go. Makes things a lot easier in the drivethru. Great iced coffee. A little expensive.

I dont know why I bothered to come to this particular Starbucks but it will be my last. They never get my order correct and they are so so slow. If you can help it find another Starbucks to go to. This is the worst Ive Ive ever been to where they never get my order right.

Drive-thru is usually a little backed up (popular location) but my order is always right.

They gave me my two coffees for free after I realized my debit card was left at home. Now I go here three times a week for my sales meetings. Nice outdoor seating area.

Different everyday drive threw fast somedays some not

Employees are friendly so 5 stars to them. Only problem is the service. I visit several times a month and every time the line takes 15+ minutes and my drink has been made incorrectly several times. I order a drink straight off the menu so there’s no excuse other than the fact that they’re rushed.

GREAT service. You know, I had been pretty bummed that this location was closed down for so long during reno (not their fault, I know, but grabbing my 6.00 cup of coffee every morning on my way to work was my routine, and who likes change? Lol), and today was my first time in the upgraded building. They were SLAMMED, but everyone was positive and had a smile, and was working as hard as they possibly could, like a well-oiled machine. The gentleman that was filling online orders (didnt catch his name but he had glasses and a tattoo on his left forearm) was killing it! Everyone working this morning deserves a raise 😊

Went through drive thru in Alcoa today wanting to grab one more Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino before the end of the season. Over half of my cup was nothing but whip cream! Called and spoke to the manager who was less than helpful. Was told this is the correct way to make the drink! What drink? It’s nothing but whip cream!

Im not a Starbucks fan. I took my daughter there for a frap. We talked for about an hour in one of two area to gather. Its a cozy atmosphere to catch up or do work at. Id give it 5 stars but the place looks a little tired. Still a good place.

I used to go in here 4 to 5 times a week. A while back the manager changed. Since then the drinks have been terrible and the store can be not as clean. I ordered a drink today after I had not been in a while . They forgot the topping and left out the vanilla. This is the standard now. I stopped going for a few months due to this and have decided I am done. $4 or more for a improperly prepared drink is ridiculous.

Edited 5/31/21: Your standard Starbucks franchise. Located across from the McGhee-Tyson airport, the busy Alcoa Highway makes access a bit tricky. Otherwise, the location drive-thru and inside counter service. Like other Starbucks in East Tennessee, you cant sit inside (not sure why this rule is still in place when signs on the door announce that masks are optional for vaccinated customers - and every local coffee shop in the area has let folks sit inside for months now), but you can sit outside under their covered patio. Hours may vary from those posted online -- several times I drove over, pulled in the parking lot during business hours, only to find the store was closed (staff? Covid? who knows).

Asked for Anniversary Blend but told they just ran out so I asked if Pikes Place was fresh, which they confirmed. Worst cup of coffee- had to be hours old. Poured it out, wasted $2.47.

Service was fine. But this is the 6th time Ive ordered a large coffee with cream and sugar. 4 times no sugar. Its an easy coffee come on guys...
