My husband and I were very pleased with the customer service at this location. Sara S. was very patient in walking us through switching from AT&T to T-Mobile, even when we came back with more questions later. I cant speak for the actually service of T-Mobile yet, as were waiting for our phones to be delivered. But I definitely appreciated the customer service we received! Sara was excellent!

Customer service was awesome. Mrs. yoyo was Great at telling me the options that had regarding a new phone. I give them a 5 star because mrs yoyo was extremely easy to talk to, and she had a great attitude towards customers.

I had service with T-Mobile for 5 years. The staff at this location is hit or miss. Last visit I was looking for a new phone but was ineligible for any of the deals as I would be switching from month to month to a contract. Im surprised they are turning away people who are willing to contract but Im not mad. I went across the street to Cricket and got a good deal with, as it turns out, better reception where I live.

Customer service at this location was horrible!! It brings no joy to my husband and I to leave such a poor rating but that is what we have to do. Walked in to inquire about purchasing new phones and upgrades and during our 25 minute wait, not once were we acknowledged or spoken to by any of the employees working there. Reached out to corporate.

Berina was amazingly patient with me as Id experienced trouble with my device for a couple months. She was very helpful when it came to finding a solution for my device. Her services are highly recommended!

They messed my phone,and when I took it in it worked.....

Went in to get new phones and wanted the new LG V60. The guy said they have some in another store so we came back to get them the next day. We get there and they are not the same phone he has the dual screen which we disnt want and tried charging us over 110.00 more so we said no an just left.

Wanted information about perhaps switching over. Only 2 associates in store and no places to sit. 45 min is to long. Get more associates and seating,. Not everyone can stand that long!

I love this place. Friendly staff and social distancing observed. Was having a problem with my phone they involved technical support and everything was explained to me and fixed. Couldnt be happier.

I’ve had great service at this location. Every time I walk in there has been someone there to welcome me or at least acknowledge I’m there if they’re dealing with other customers. I have bought an iPhone, and several accessories from there. I believe there are usually four people I’ve had great service from. I don’t know their last names but Chelsea, Blaine, Josh, and Ken are the ones I remember taking good care of me at every visit it’s usually one of those four that helps me and I’m very satisfied with this service. I’d just like to thank these people for giving me a great and easy deal. Other phone companies have given me so much trouble but I’ll definitely be recommending more people to go here.

My wife and I switched to T-mobile and were impressed with the customer service, facilities and ease of transfer. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. Crystal was especially helpful, resolving an issue that we had with Netflix (free by the way) when she wasnt on shift. Definitely 5 stars.

They find every way to keep your money one rep looked on computer and said after returning the phone it would 155 back then another rep done the return and only gave back 135 and was rude about it.

Best customer service EVER! Ken Friend and his staff do a great job. Now if T mobile corporate would get busy with service in the Townsend area, I would have no problems whatsoever.

My wife and I came in to set up a new plan. I was previously on tmobile while she and her brother and sister were on sprint. The team lead Mike F. was very helpful. Even though the store was busy and it took a few hours to get everything swapped over, Mike was very calm and handled everything well. My only recommendation would be to staff more people at the store but i am very satisfied with the service we recieved.

Just switched 4 lines over from Verizon. Im saving a lot of money now and the process was super easy. The staff was wonderful and the manager (Ken) was very helpful.Would definitely recommend this location.

OK. T-Mobile as a service is pretty good for the price. The employees are casual but sometimes not as prompt as I would expect or desire.

Had a fun time with staff! They let me demo a speaker that I wanted to buy with Bluetooth and they all danced with me! Knowledge was on point too! Best and new store for sure. Repeat biz now!

Swap from verizion to t mobile had 5 lines fast in and out done right first time

I went to pay my bills and two employees were sitting there but as soon as i walked into the store they were happy to see menice people

Had to let everyone know these guys are the best!! Very helpful, knowledgeable, & patient. I say patient because a very rude, disruptive, & confrontational customer came in during the time when the store was having computer system issues. They tried to explain, apologized for the inconvenience, & even tried to reason with this guy. They remained very calm while he threw a very vulger temper tantrum. They handled it so well, the guy ended up apologizing to them! After he left, they kept apologizing to my son & I for it. I told them that Ive never seen anyone handle a situation such as that so beautifully & that theyve earned my respect & my loyalty as a new customer! THANK YOU JORDAN & JOSH!

Always getting random incorrect charges on my bill. My last bill was 177.02 over the 110 that it should be. I noticed this before it was deducted from my credit card. I called and was assured it was corrected to 110. What do you know it came out today 287.02. This is the fith time in a year that tmobile has overcharged me. This time they told me they are not sure what to do. I know what Im going to to do. Switch providers. I wish I could give them no stars.
