I’ve had to go in 3 times. i came in with a slight crack in my screen. now my face id has stopped working and the lighting on my phone is completely messed up!!! not to mention the glitches in the top right corner. the screen on my phone also won’t shut off when i’m on a phone call. would not recommend coming to this place! 😡

They actually stayed after close to replace a screen on my wifes phone, Dewayne was wonderful and extremely polite. a week later it stopped charging and they repaired it no charge. I drive 30 minutes and pass 3 other cell phone repair places to have them work on my phones.

They were able to fix my Galaxy Note 9 that had cracked glass on the front and the back. Fixed it same day! I decided to go back and buy a Note 10 from them when upgraded since they were so great.

Guys were absolutely fantastic! I now know why they were chosen for best Cell Phone Repair in 2019 AND 2020! Dropped my phone off at 10AM, picked it up at 11:15AM same day! I paid 500+ for yall to fix my macbook everything was great until i touched the side of the screen and it went black i came back to hopefully get this resolved and they told me i would have to pay the same amount to fix it again.. i paid 1300 for this computer i make daily youtube content i have to be precise on videos. im not really trying to get a new one i hate to be that guy but i would love my money back. :(

Just beware if there is any issues or damage done to your device while they attempt to repair a screen you will still be paying a hefty amount (offered 10% discount around $20 when they fried my iPad’s motherboard) and be given false claims about the replacement. I was told the replacement iPad was shipped with fedex and was actively be tracked by the CPR office manager on multiple occasions. When I arrived on the original date it was suppose to be there; it was stated by the owner it was never ordered and currently on back order. I was told the employees made a “mistake”. I am unsure how you can mistakenly track an item and even state the shipping carrier on multiple occasions. After a total of three weeks of ongoing confrontation, I finally just asked for my device back. I dropped off a functioning iPad with a broken screen and left with a non working fried motherboard iPad. Just beware and follow up closely with the staff if you choose to do business here.

I experienced a Google update on my laptop that was unfortunately not beneficial to me. I took it to CPR to figure out what happened. They are very professional and know what they are doing. Figured out that it was an automatic update and I was not the root cause of it messing up. Quickly coming to the conclusion and then getting me back to being able to continue with my school work with Pellissippi. The Helpdesk at the college was unable to help me access my books but CPR was successful with helping me continue my education. Thank you!!! I originally took my Macbook to the Knoxville UT storefront because that is the number that I called first (I didnt realize there were other locations). Chelsie was so helpful and friendly and made the ordering of a new screen easy. I dropped the computer off with her a few days later and it was repaired that day. Knowing that I lived closer to the Alcoa location, she arranged to have the laptop transferred there for my convenience. The guys in the Alcoa store were friendly and helpful, too. I went into purchase a refurbished Samsung phone, which they did not have at the moment. However, they can reset my IPad to be usable, so i am planning to return on Wednesday for that action, and maybe possible that the will have a refurbished phone that will satisfy my requirement.Superior staff, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly, they listen.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. Dropped a phone off with a bad port. It was under warranty. Motorola themselves gave me CPR number in Alcoa. The tech looked at my phone said the charging port was bad and it would take a few days to get the part as they dont carry Motorola parts. That was about a month ago. I have left 4 messages zero call back. Today I left a message and 15 mins later got a call back saying my phone was not fixed. He said they dont fix Motorola and only do software. I said why wasnt I called? Why did your tech take my phone and not tell me? Why did your tech/sales tell me my phone would be ready in a few days. Why on the repair ticket from Motorola give me your store info and number and it CLEARLY SAYS IN WARRANTY REPAIR CENTER? You have had my phone for around 1 month.THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS. YOU DONT KEEP PEOPLES PHONES FOR A MONTH WITH ZERO CALL BACK. i have left them 4 messages with my telephone number asking for an update. I have each of my calls on my phone log showing the date and time.DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE. THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEFS.To the owners response. I take it very seriously that you had my phone over a month. I left 4 messages asking for a return phone call. And while I understand YOUR Employee was 3 days new. Its not the customers fault he was not properly trained. Also retrain your whole store on how to call people back and this issue could have been resolved. You said you couldnt read his writing on the phone number to call me back. Again not my fault and I did call 4 times and left messages all of them. I will gladly post my call log if needed. So chalk this one to HORRIBLE training and customer service.

CPR is very efficient business and they have always been able to help me with phone problems. They were able to quickly fix a problem with the charging port of my phone and the staff was very friendly and helped right away.

Another great experience!CPR in Alcoa bailed me out again, this time at no charge! The tip of our iPad Lightning charging cable broke off inside the device and it was in too far and too tight for me to get it out. What could have ended up costing me over $150 to fix, they were able to get it out in less than 5 minutes without opening the device up and decided not to charge me. You cant go wrong letting them service your tech equipment!In addition to their skilled, professional work, they are always very friendly. I have no qualms recommending them to anyone I know who needs phone, tablet or computer work and am happy to do so.

I’ve been in there twice now and both times have been fantastic. Pricing is either matched to anyone else or a little bit better. Took my PS4 in there to have the HDMI input replaced and it was done within the day for a reasonable price. Also went in a few days ago with my phone having problems charging so they checked it out, cleaned it, and sent me on my way free of charge with a working phone. I thought I needed a new charging port for my iPhone but Dewayne found I had debris packed in, removed it free of charge, and I am happily charging my phone again. While I was there, I replaced my old broken down case as well. I appreciate the service you get here and glad to know I can continue to use my phone as I was not keen to replace it.

Brought my Google Pixel 3a XL to CPR for broken digitizer LCD screen replacement. I was advised that both CPR and their Supplier were out of stock, with no guarantee of a restock date. Today is 03/11/2020 and I am in possession of my phone completely repaired and fully functional. I highly recommend CPR to anyone reading this and in need of their services. Do Not Hesitate! Took my xr in last weekend for a battery and a new charger port. took 2 weeks and they were very rude almost the entire time.

Took my phone in last Thursday to have the screen replaced and no other problems at the time. Got my phone back Saturday and the charging port would no longer work. They said is was nothing they did and sold me a cordless charger but offered no other assistance. I will NEVER darken their door again and will find a reputable place to conduct all future business.Update:CPR Alcoa has rectified the issues we were experiencing. Both agents I encountered were friendly and professional at drop off and pick up, and they were knowledgeable about the phone I brought in for repair. The repair was done by the next day, very promptly, and the phone (a Google pixel 3a) looks and performs like brand new! The price was great considering my carrier would have likely charged double to replace my glass screen and the LCD panel. I highly recommend CPR for all phone repair, and will be returning to them for console (Xbox) repair as I have a friend who also recommended them to me for an HDMI port replacement.

Tried for the 3rd time to do business here on a warranty issue with a glass screen protector that was under warranty. Was told there would be a charge. Went to Best Buy in Knoxville, who replaced the screen protector with no charge as it should have been. Save yourself some time, dont stop here.Reply to owner - As anyone reading this will realize, calling your customers liars shows your level of professionalism. Further, they replaced my screen glass at no charge, It did cost me the gas to go there. I did buy it from Best Buy originally about a year ago. Glad to know they stand behind what they sell. I advise anyone to not do business with you, period. I have wasted enough of my time with you all ready.Steer clear of this place. Look at the one star reviews and the owners response. I would definitely recommend CPR Cell Phone Repair.I had water damage on my Galaxy S10+. You can imagine the panic I was in! They took one look and asked if I had dropped it in water!Water ? no...They keep it a couple of days. They took all precautions to save my information.Long and tedious process from my understanding. Price was reasonable.The next day my phone had issues with callers not being able to hear me!! Took it back to CPR .They fixed the problem the next day. Luckily they had parts needed to fix the motherboard where the mic was.These guys really know their stuff.If you need help with cell phone repair check this company out.

I took my daughters phone in for a cracked screen. Everything on the phone was working fine when we left it. After removing the screen while they were working on it something happened to it. They couldnt fix and they scheduled an appointment at the Apple store to have it fixed. Apple ended up replacing the phone. Nate met me (after hours) half way to my home to return it. I paid for the glass to be fixed and that was all. Nate was great to communicate with and kept me in the loop the entire time. Thank you for going above and beyond. I recommend this CPR location.

It was great. I just drop my portable DVD player that wouldn’t turn to be looked at to see what was wrong with it. They called me back within a couple of days letting me know what was wrong and that it would be cheaper to buy a replacement. They didn’t charge me to look at because they didn’t fix. Nice employees I will be bring other things for them to fix great service.

Do not go here. Had a screen replaced, now I have to go to the Apple Store to get my phone tested to see if they replaced my new battery with a bad battery since it keeps shutting off and turning back on. There are some stores that offer phone repair services, that end up replacing the devices with bad parts, and sell the good parts on Amazon.

I really wanted to like this place. Its existence in Alcoa, TN meant I wouldn’t have to drive up to Knoxville for a phone repair. However, my experience here was extremely poor.SUMMARYIf you want the 10 second version, here it is: They kept my phone for 11 days after telling me it would be 5 days. After the 5 days were up, they made 2 more assurances of when I could pick it up. Those also passed. Not once did I receive a phone call from this company with a status update or to let me know my phone would not be ready when discussed. Literally zero phone calls in 11 days. Then when I ultimately went in for a refund because the repair hadnt worked, the owner was very disrespectful to me and made a big fuss before giving me my guaranteed refund. If you want more details, read on.DETAILSI dropped my phone off on a Sunday and they told me they needed to order a part, but they only put orders out on Thursdays and Saturdays. They could order my part on Thursday and get it overnighted so that they could install it on Friday and I could pick it up later that day.I never heard from them on Friday, so I went to the shop just before closing to see if my phone was ready and they said they had not gotten the part yet, but hopefully it would come the next day and I could pick it up then – Saturday.Saturday comes and again I receive no phone call, so just before closing I give them a call to ask about it. I was told they had the part installed but that the phone was still malfunctioning, so they were going to look it over again and I could pick it up tomorrow – Sunday.Sunday comes and goes with no call. Monday is a holiday and they are closed. I call them on Tuesday to ask for an update and I’m told that the guy who was fixing it left for a week of vacation and did not leave any notes for the other technicians. This guy had no idea what was wrong with my phone but guessed that they could be waiting on a part.The week continues with ME calling THEM every couple of days to ask if anything has changed. I keep being told they are waiting on a part. When I finally inquire as to what part they are waiting on, it turns out it’s the original one they ordered that arrived last Friday night and is already installed in my phone. I explained this to them and got an “Oops” response in return. He said that in that case, he had zero idea why my phone was still in the shop but that he will let me know when he hears something.Flash forward to day 11 of them having my phone. I called them and got pushy. The guy still had no idea why my phone was there. He said he would get with the owner and call me back. A couple of hours later he calls me to tell me my phone was just repaired and is ready for pickup.The owner was present for my checkout. I told him I was unhappy with the lack of communication and extended time. He shrugged it off as having to do with the holiday, his technicians vacation, and the hiring of a new employee. When he saw I was still not pleased, he added that he probably should have called. He gave me my phone and told me to bring it back within 30 days for a full refund if it did not end up working.Flash forward 2 weeks to when I brought my phone back for a refund because the repair had not worked. The owner was present again. When I asked for my guaranteed refund, he said they would try to fix it again instead. I told him that at this point I had already bought a new phone and just wanted my refund. He got very rude and started cutting me off as I was trying to explain my situation. He wouldn’t let me finish a sentence. He was very condescending, saying multiple times “Don’t you understand what I’m saying?” It’s been a while since I’ve been spoken to that way. Finally, he gave me the refund and then had the nerve to put on his salesman smile and say that he hoped his giving me a refund “rectified” my unpleasant situation.After all this, I feel the owner has absolutely earned a 1 star review for his business.Better luck to those who try this place in the future!

Even though there the service took longer than originally expected, they kept me well informed. The owner felt bad for forgetting my $10 off coupon but made it right. He was very helpful and would definitely go back for any further repairs. They saved me from buying another phone which I did not want to do.
