BAD PLACE TO GET A RENTALI got a rental from pro rental car and after I got rear ended by someone else, the made me return it. Than I have tried to get a different rental one, I called two different times and all they say is “ we don’t have any at the moment we are waiting on the shops to return some of them and we will give you a call right back and see what we got for you” they never return the call and they lied about not having anything available. Also when I returned the other car, they wouldn’t give me a ride anywhere so they made me sit there outside for more than 30 min till someone came to pick me up. This people are very bad at lying what rental car place doesn’t have car to rent somebody and saying they will return the call but never do

This has instantly become my favorite rental company. Not only is it a local company, they stream line all the paperwork so your on your way super quick! Also the van we rented was actually CLEAN. Thank you pro rental for bringing back simple customer service.

The owner is a great guy. Went out of his way to help my client who is a single mom whos car was in the shop and she needed a rental asap that was affordable. He really was her super hero that day. Im one appreciative Insurance agent!!!!! And I know my client is too.

Owner Andrew Kear has rented me several cars over the past couple years, but even better, he has SOLD me my last two cars! Great service. He and his team go above and beyond to make sure you’re on wheels. Cars are CLEAN, well-maintained, and reasonably priced! I would definitely recommend Pro Rent-a-Car to anyone needing to rent or buy a car.

Well folks if you’re ever told your rental date won’t start until a certain day and you’ll be emailed a copy of the rental agreement to sign via docu sign and that they’ll work with you on the price at the end of the rental usage don’t believe it. It’s a lie and what are you going to do they’ve already got your card info so basically they’ll tell you what you want to hear knowing full well they’re lying!!! Thanks guys I’ll take my business elsewhere next time and certainly won’t recommend to anyone!!!

Rented many times over the years. Cars are always clean reliable and very reasonably priced, Everyone is very friendly and professional. This was proven recently when we needed a car for local travel on an uncertain schedule. The entire crew worked to meet our needs. We will not rent from anyone else.

Dont even want to give them one star. I have never been treated with such disrespect. Was in one their rental cars coming from dialysis when the cars side got scratched we reported it to them. A few minutes later get phone call from them literally getting cussed and told to pull over they were reporting it stolen. I had to return it right then and forced to find my own way home...after dialysis treatment. Whst would yall done if I dropped dead on yall in your parking lot? Such a shame and sorry excuse for a business!!!

Absolutely top notch service from this place, the owner himself was super friendly and the staff was very helpful. Super helpful, great rates, really helpful guys there. I was helped in a great manner with the helpful employees! I wld definitely rent from these helpful guys again and you should too! Very helpful

I called to get a rental quote, I told Addison that I would be going out of the state and was quoted a decent price even though I only needed the car for 2 days I was told that I have to rent it for a minimum of 4days. I was told that I would need full coverage car insurance, so I went and paid all that money for the insurance to rent a car. I called to rent a car the next day and was told that I could not rent a car to take out of state. So I called ENTERPRISE and they rented me a vehicle and were cheaper too, THANKS ENTERPRISE!

Lousy. Did not explain their rates to me at all. I was car trouble and someone recommended them. I rented the car at 4 PM and returned it two days later at 1 PM. Was charged for 3 (THREE) days. Really? Never again. Car was dirty too.
