Great customer service!! Didnt have what I needed but went above and beyond to try and find something that would work. Far superior to the place down the street! Had to go back and Shannon was amazing. She was able to track me down a special bag of mortar that NOBODY had. I cant wait to do my retaining wall project just so I can go back! No matter if you are buy one block or a thousand, you are important to them.

Unless you buy 1000 pieces all the pretty stuff is off limits. You get sand or grey. So, all of us customers that do small projects, can just kiss off. Thats OK, I own one of the largest Landscaping businesses in town, people ask me where I go for everything, Crego block just made my never go there list. Congratulations. I will be visiting the competition, please follow my recommendations and I will figure out who is the best in town. Only 3 places, they cant all tell you even if you have a car hit the wall, you would need to order another 1000 pieces or you are S.O.L. I was not ok hearing that. Would rather have the truth, but the truth there is ugly, and expensive. So, totally done. Will never grace their parking lot again.

Best Customer Service in Town, Always make you feel like your at home! I appreciate the help in selecting what products are best for patios, retaining walls, pavers, CMU and quality finished cement block.

Received horrible customer service and the company was not prepared. We ordered blocks from here and had a delivery scheduled to which they arrived late. Then we went to return some of the blocks but we had forgotten the receipt so we told Dave, one of the employees, when we had made the purchase and the address where the blocks were delivered. They said they had no copies of our receipt and no document of our purchase. We told them that the palettes said Crego on them so could we at least get some credit, they told us no and kicked us out of the store.
