Our vehicle was damaged due to the negligence of this companys drivers. They obviously dont know how to secure their loads and a bundle of product fell off their truck. It damaged our vehicle, but the company refused to take responsibility for their negligence! Took manager Barry the police report which included a witness, but he was rude and arrogant and didnt care. Extremely unprofessional! Contacted vice president ODay of the company and he was just as bad as his manager. He refused to take responsibility for their negligent actions and pay for the damage. They claim that the company was founded on integrity, well I guess these days, that no longer applies! Unprofessional company!

The management has been changed making visits more pleasant than before.....thank you Chris for sticking around and making things happen while still maintaining a lax environment

Didnt have enough inventory, also charged me about 20% than other supply companys. Wouldnt work with me on bulk pricing, would not recomend this business. The quality of goods in inferior and more expensive. Not a great spot to use for projects. Try ridgeline if you want better service. Also Chris the AM is very dismissive to your wants/needs.

People were very helpful and they went out of there way to help find the Roofing Tiles I needed. It was a pleasure working with them a RWC was helping me to solve an issue I was dealing with.

Worst customer service ever!!!! I was going to make a 10k purchase and their staff said they werent able to full fill my order due to been 30 minutes until close time. I asked to speak with a manager, and Chris (assistant manager) spoke to me and was VERY rude! He said: what can I do for you? And I explained I needed such order and that I was from Santa Fe, so wanted to see if it was possible loading it that day. His answer was: Well... were about to close and I got fu***ng sh***t (he actually cursed) to do, I have an appointment I need to go to, so not sure what I can do to help. So I said, fine, you dont want my business Ill go elsewhere, and he said, fine... This is NOTa good way to treat a customer thats willing to give you 1000s in sales.

RWC blocked my cul de sac for a half hour. When I honked and asked to go home the driver said “I’m going to take longer now, I don’t have to move my truck!” I shouted that I’m pregnant and hungry and he said he did not care. He only moved the truck when I called APD. The sales manager GUS at the Albuquerque office didn’t seem surprised that the driver was so callous and didn’t offer more than a “I can only say sorry so much” as an apology. Disgusting business practices.

Where to start.. They have the worst customer service. Youll sit outside waiting for your order from 30 to an hour. You go inside and the Boss Berry is NEVER EVER in, very unprofessional! The sales counter, Chris, Bob, is very rude and always gets the order wrong, very classless! I would rather go to RSG, ABC, Home Depot, anywhere else but here!
