Coronado Mall is pretty much like Ive always remember that, but just new storefronts. It is a great mall and fun to visit. I like that there are many different stores that you can choose from to shop. The kiosks in the front of the businesses are also fun to look at their items and to find interesting and unusual things. Im glad that the mall has been taken care of and is not in bad repair. This makes me proud of the property managers. Good job.
Great visit to the mall this morning! I was happy to see that people both with and without masks allowed to freely and comfortably shop together. All of the shops we entered had helpful staff and happy customers. It was great to see things beginning to become free of divisiveness and judgment.
The cuts came out okay but the customer service was awful. The “barber was rude, in a bad mood, and no communication/acknowledgement” and their sign reads Metro & family cut. When I was talking to my kids she gave us the eye and went to turn up her music over us as a suggestion that we were to loud.If she didn’t want service she could’ve just closed the shop and not deal with any customers at this time. If you have toddlers I suggest don’t come here, they aren’t to friendly. This happen today October 11, 2021 at 12 pm ish.

Really cool place to shop. Both floors have great stores in them and many restaurants to choose from. I always love coming here even if I dont buy anything.
Was having a good time till the mall cop suddenly out of nowhere tried to make us put on a mask. We had been there for a hour then suddenly out of nowhere here comes a mall cop trying to make us put on a mask,when we are the kind of people who dont want to wear mask. So our experience was great till suddenly the rain started,this city is weird that people still have to wear mask where were from its up to the person if they want to wear a mask and its still in the state of NM
I do not like going to the mall, ever! But, if I was a person that enjoyed it, I would say that it was pretty good. I go right after they open and to one store and leave. i dont walk around , I am on a mission and want to leave as quickly as I got there. Even that early which was around 11:30, there were a fair amount of cars in parking lot, and the same amount of shoppers inside walking around. I went to torrid, it was empty. I was in and out in less the ten minutes. Thats a good mall experience in my book.

Good selection of stores. Huge place. Parking lot is a death trap. If you fan get in there without dying then its a great mall. Very crowded as well every time I have came here. If you can navigate the parking lot, and crowds indoors, then it will be defiantly worth the visit.. Will return.
Holiday shopping had started and for me this is a one stop shop kinda place. Been going this mall since I was a child.

Love this mall its been like 5 years since I last shopped here and was thrilled to see most my favorite shops still there.
It was nice. But there was a lot of people. I dont ever remember there being so many people.
Ive worked at this mall before, and I visit on occasion. Its almost always packed to the point of me sticking close to walls because I have a slight case of germaphobia that has me panicking a bit when strangers touch me. I can usually get what I need and get out, however, and theres a decent selection of restaurants (albeit pretty expensive choices).
Only went in a couple stores, but drove around it all, it looks VERY good with a lot to do, and a good selection of restaurants. The stores we went in had a good selection of products and were in Excellent condition!!
I dont like this mall. Lots of traffic and sketchy. Definitely stay aware of your surroundings. Selection is okay. food court is small and customer service can be bad here.

Took my grandkids to get some more back to school shopping and it was wonderful it was busy but there were so Many sales and saved a lot!!
They had cheesecake factory, also found some good deals for my daughter back to school shopping.. the massage chairs were awesome.. we will come back again

Went to eat at Panera. Their food is always great! This was the first time we ate in. Everything was good, food , clean, friendly, but one of the workers was jump down from a counter as we were passing and he almost knocked my daughter down. This is not a place to be playing around. Teenagers.....
...went to Macys AGAIN to see if they were merely experiencing a lull in business since the last time I went...still the same. Merchandise is subpar and the merchandising is just lazy...smh...

I mean, its a mall, lol. As long as you dont mind big crowds, there are a lot of great shops here, including some awesome import shops for asian goods, and some pretty solid gaming options as well. My favorite of the local malls for sure.
Still the best shopping mall in New Mexico and in my lifetime. Has everything, spares nothing. Every store is what it says it is with tons of varieties and lots of gifts for everyone. Everything is nearby, and still looks fantastic inside and out. Very clean, safe, and in a great location. Its simply the Best
It was great. A lot of people didnt have their masks. JFY information. Got pretty packed & busy towards noon. The kids cart was dirty! But i managed to clean it and sanitized it before letting my child sit in it. Other than that it was ok.

I usually enjoy shopping here. Always lots of variety to make one-stop shopping easy. And, miraculously, I always seem to find a convenient parking spot.
An awesome place with a ton of fun things to do. The Escape Room, Round One, Fuddruckers combined make for one hell of a date night.
Of course I like it there are so many cool shops. My issue is how far one has to walk to get anywhere. I have COPD which makes it hard to breathe. I cant handle walking through Coronado which doesnt have enough walkways on top, and doesnt have enough stairs (escalators), or elevators on bottom. And.the temperature in there is so high. I would like it if the smaller stores could have more access points from outside. Just my opinion. Its always very clean and you can usually see security around. And the stores are usually having good sales.
The mall is always crowded and kind of expensive but its a nice walk and good to get out with air conditioning its a fun atmosphere.
Good that the food court has seating and has custodial to constantly clean each table. Most people dont know how to follow the social distance guidelines. And people dont know that other people want to actually shop in store when they decide to take their time and look at items their not gonna buy
I had a good visit to Barnes and Noble & Panera. Staff of both were competent & professional. Unfortunately, there was construction between the two that was dangerous for pedestrians. The only walkway was in area handling intense vehicle traffic including huge semi trucks. It was a scary walk! Also there are no outside seating areas where people can rest or wait without having to buy something. Kind of disappointing.
Love this Mall! My favorite Kays Jewelry store is here. Safe, clean family environment and pretty nice Food Court😎 Hope it stays open for many, many years to come!

Almost a ghost mall waiting to be revitalize. Still popular on the weekends. Not very many chain corporate stores but the ones that are take up plenty of space.

This mall has very annoying and pushy sales people in the middle of the mall. You cant get to where you would like to go without being followed or shouted at! Be careful where you park, Ive had my car broken into twice at this mall.

Went into Furniture City. Did not get noticed for about 20 minutes, had to ask for help. But before that I think a worker saw me but helped others that came in after me. In other words I really felt; over looked. Maybe because of my swagger.? Anyhow when the second employee arrived he helped and answered my questions. With him I felt everything went smooth and ended up getting their Dr. Comfort mattress. Hopefully it will provide a good nights sleep. Its really affordable. Not to mention how soft the bed was.

First time visiting saggios it would have been great if my friend had paid attention to me and ordered my slice without green Chile... Otherwise dinner would have been great.. my son thuroughly enjoyed it as it was his breakfast of champions on the way to work....

Only went to Five Guys burgers nextdoor to this inside mall. Loved Five Guys great tasting burgers but more expensive than normal take out burgers. WORTH the extra money if you have it to spend on take out burgers. Fries too expensive for what you get but again are made to order with fresh food.
Went to 2 places there at Coronado Center. I had two Curbside pick ups to get. They were both very fast and very very friendly. The stores were JC Pennys and Hot Topics. Thank you
The food court is looking kind of sad. I really can not recommend the Japanese place. Not so good.
A pretty great place to go shopping, and with a chunk of the stores re opening its basically a paradise
I went to Blaze Pizza today for lunch. There was no way at all and my pizza was prepared just as ordered with as much as I wanted. The speed of service was excellent as well as the flavor profile of the pizza that I picked out. I will return again based on this experience.
Get more security so you dont have to put warning signs up at the entrances.
Its nice to get out and get some new clothes after being in the house for so long. The food court was a bit empty from eateries but itll all start coming back. Overall it was clean and lots of shops to check out.

Best mall in Central New Mexico probably the biggest in the state. Great selection of popular brands. The reason I rated only 3 stars is crime is ridiculous here. Be vigilant walking to and from vehicle. Hot bed for criminal activity, I would suggest more security to keep up with traffic flow.
Today was he first time I visited the mall post-pandemic lockdown. Instead of being in a shopping mall, I felt like I was walking down the midway at the State Fair with all the vendors trying to interest me in the cheapest, made-in-China junk I’ve ever seen!!! Even the quality of the stores has gone down. I remember when there used to be restaurants here and there instead of a loud and stressful food court and there were trees and places to sit. The overall shopping experience used to be pleasant. Now it feels like being in a very loud, sensory-overloaded CARNIVAL. I will not be returning anytime soon.
Quite a fun place to pass time. I love how crowded the place always is. I like seeing new faces.
