Jenelle and Kristina were very polite and courteous. I already knew what I wanted when I went in but they were and would be very helpful to any customer. Awesome crew at this location.

I went in there for the first time and all I have to say was that this place was really great. The girl working there was friendly and also really helpful. I had a couple items and the sales girl said she would hold at the register till I was done shopping. Not only that but she was incredibly helpful and insightful about the products I was looking at. Politeful to everyone coming in. Overall my experience here was a pleasant one. If anybody had a sour experience here don’t automatically assume it was the employees. Last but least I walked away with not only the toy I was looking for, but some lingerie as well. Five stars cause it was my first time in there. Recommend to anyone. For the record this was the Juan Tabo store in case anybody’s wondering.

I’ve spent quite a bit of money here over the years and about 90% of it all was only durable for one or two uses. I reminisce on the money I could have saved if I would’ve just bought cheap toys/lingerie on Amazon (unfortunately).

Just left the new location and had such a great experience!!! The manager, Monique was so helpful in guiding me into the right items to purchase! I highly recommend this location to others that are looking to improve their sex lifes!! VERY HELPFUL STAFF!

Was in seduction yesterday baught some toys from them spend like about 100$ on them use one of them and it broke called to see what they can do Beacuse just baught it yesterday she said my toy had a 60 day warranty threw the manufacture I told her I just baught it yesterday from you guys she said we don’t do refunds we won’t be able to do nothing for you don’t buy from this company they offer cheap quality adult products take your business some where beacuse I know from now on i will just heads up y’all with there products don’t end up in my shoes

I wish there was a ZERO star option.Lets start this off by saying I absolutely loveD this store. Until just about 5 minutes ago..I bought a garner belt mistakenly thinking it came with stockings because of the pictures on both sides of the box. And the girl working said I wasnt able to try that On, had I been able to I wouldve realized and bought what else I needed to compel the outfit. Anyway I opened the box and looked at what I mistakenly did and I looked at the receipt that didnt see anything about return so I go back and she says its opened so no exchanges but I told her what happened and she called her boss and got an okay for store credit. This was the next day after I bought it, but I didnt take the store credit. This was earlier this month, may 6th to be exact.So yes I was delayed but went back just now trying to maybe get the store credit and shop around for some new toys. Well I walked in happily and told the girl the situation and she immediately had an awful attitude she says shell cal her boss, and she hands me the phone, and this guy has got to be the MOST RUDE person I have ever spoke to. Need I remind you, I was happy and not causing a scene just trying to get a credit, and he rudely says he cant help me because its 7 days after purchase, well okay, but he had to cut me off as I was speaking? He was talking to me to shut me up. Not to listen. Had the worker just said , unfortunately we cant give you credit unless its within the 7 day period, I wouldve been okay, and still continued to shop. Spending most likely around 100 dollars as I usually do, but that costumer service completely lost me. I am sad because like I said this store was definitely my new favorite. So rude and disrespectful for absolutely no reason. I am so angry. Zero stars.

Have spent a lot of money here before, call and ask about product and get hung up on. Have also had to deal with rude workers when me and my wife went in.I See they have alot of bad reviews. Customers should always come first , this is what the meaning of good business is. Me and my wife have spent quite a bit here before and will be spending our money elsewhere now.

I was so pleased with my service at the Westside location; Mikki and Ella were so eager to help and made the whole experience very comfortable. I highly suggest going in and checking out all of the goodies they have to offer.

DONT ever buy from a place that lets others try on outfits before you. The employee said I could try on an outfit as long as its not for the crotch region . I work in a medical laboratory and see all the stds from every diagnosis do please dont purchase from seductiins. You do not want to go thorough life with a disease!
