We contacted IMS when we needed to hang a 70” TV in a challenging location and I must say Efren went above and beyond to make sure it was mounted exactly how we wanted and securely. In fact, he talked me out of getting a 75” because of the limitations of the mount and offered his expert opinion on what TV would be best. We hired Efren to hang two TVs for us when we moved here. When we moved again, we hired him to unmount and remount the TVs at our new house. He surprised me because not only did he do that, but he transported the TVs and all equipment himself so we wouldn’t have to put them in the moving truck. He did a custom made tv mount so we could hang our heavy tv over a fireplace. He spent the whole day with us making sure everything was perfect.
