We bought a fresh fruit tart it was not as good. Santa fe stores makes them better fruit tasted bitter tart tasted like it was missing an ingredient. Not happy we my purchase 😒 😕

On our way back to Los Angeles, we stopped for gas, lo and behold a Whole Foods right next door. A pleasant sight for getting some fresh snacks like juices, salads and a sandwich. The staff very helpful, the store and restrooms clean.

Overall great place to shop But possibly a remodeling coming up? Constructive consideration. Love purchasing refillable water here too. Really naturally friendly staff. Beautiful view of the East Mountains from the outdoor table section front of the store.

Worst Whole Foods I’ve been to. Lack of selection in the hot food areas and quality of food made here like the sushi and grab n go are not good.

Had an item purchased from Amazon to return. Very fast and efficient. The attendant did not give me a receipt. The return showed up on my Amazon App a few minutes later.

A pretty good inventory and of course excellent Whole Foods quality. A bit different layout and feel than most Whole Foods, and staff not uniformly quite as genuinely happy to help as at other Abq location, or at other locations Ive been a regular customer at in other states. These are pretty small concerns, but Whole Foods sets a high bar. Its a great store for sustainable seafood basics, humane meats, and a good produce section. Pantry Staples etc. Itll probably be my primary store due to location. Very happy to have a Whole Foods.

Hate it. I go there primarily for the water dispenser. The employees who are stocking out on the floor think that the customers should get out of THEIR way. Ive gotten bumped into before. I am now VERY careful. Why dont they have to be careful of customers??!!

I required a special item, my usual go-to closed, then I remembered, “Whole Foods has it!” Was it overpriced yes, was I willing to buy it anyway, you betcha’! What was the added bonus? I also picked up two delicious pieces of meat.

My Jewish friend lost her brother and I wanted to create a basket for Shiva. After searching for Kosher bakeries and reaching out to Jewish friends, I was told that they use your store (usually around holidays). Walking into the produce section, one of the workers directed me to Ian. He heard what I was trying to do and patiently walked me over to an aisle to explain how to read the labels and find what I needed, sharing a story of how as a child he recalled sitting Shiva, but never preparing a basket.. Being from Philadelphia, he even suggested bagels and lox and took me to another section of the store to suggest his fav. After fielding my questions, he told me to come back and find him should I need additional assistance. This is the type of customer service I needed after a long start to the week. Thank You Ian and I will continue to shop at your store for all my kosher and non-kosher needs.

There are usually good deals on quality meats here after major pig-out/food coma holidays, and this year did not disappoint. There was a price discrepancy which the cashier easily fixed in my favor, saving me $40 on these beauties. It was nice having the extra company on the ride home as well. Thanks WFM for your consistency.

Salad bar is open! But need to work out the kinks w/the soups. I tried what they had and it was like goldy locks and the 3 bears. One was too salty, one was too bland, and the last one just didnt taste good. Better luck next time.

I love this city, I really do. But if youve ever lived somewhere else -- virtually any other sizeable city with a Publix or a Harris Teeter or a Wegmans, whatever -- then one thing you notice about Albuquerque is that it doesnt seem to have a decent one-stop grocery store. Or I havent found it yet.This Whole Foods has been my worst experience so far because they dont carry what you need, you cant find anything in the badly-designed aisles (starting with the outside, where they put all the shopping carts right next to and facing the exit, so you have to battle your way back to the actual entrance after bumping into people exiting the store or walking to get a cart). And even the knockoff brands are overpriced.Whole Foods has always been that store where you have to go to another store on the way home to find what you need, but this one took the cake.

Went there to find some health specialty products. They had some nice options and found what I needed. The cashier was personable and efficient. It lost the fifth star because the coffee counter sitting area was closed. Sometimes I dont know if I want to buy the books I picked out, so I buy a coffee, sit down and leaf through them to see which ones I want to purchase. Not having the option to do that, I put back my four books. But its a nice clean place with good staff and I would recommend it.

MOLD in produce section! Used to be the best grocery store in town, now it is the worst. What changed? AMAZON buyout. Downhill quality in every department since. Produce sits on rotting and rusting shelves, plastic coating flaking off metal onto food, and with mold around the bottom of shelves, in corners, and lots of mold down in the vents blowing directly on the produce. It would be one thing if everything was individually packaged but none of it is. Store manager Robert and helper Ian didnt care about that at all. Never seen anything this bad at any other grocery stores Ive ever been to. I stopped buying produce a month ago when I first saw this, and smelled the musty odor of mold. The produce manager and store manager should be fired for allowing these filthy conditions where food directly touches mold, rust, and flaking bits of plastic. Check out the pictures! It looks (and smells) way worse in person and you can see the black mold down in the vents much better than with a camera. At the very least, dont by produce here.*Most of the 5 star reviews are from years ago when there was different management, and whole foods was not Amazon in disguise. The sad thing is that I have several friends that still work here and their working conditions have suffered greatly under Amazon.

Whole Paycheck has some great specialty items, a deli, a bakery, prepared meals to go, and a decent selection of wines but its not a place Id recommend for routine grocery shopping.

Clean store with a slightly confusing layout for finding frozen food but overall a great selection of brands. I always find new snacks to try.

Was at checkout with Brendan. Everything in the store was easy to find. Checkout seemed smooth. The person in front of me paid for a drink or something from the coffee area. I guess he received two receipts one with his payment info and a blank one. Supposedly Brendan explained this to him but the woman from the bar came back to tell Brendan that he gave the guy a blank receipt. When Brendan explained that the customer was wrong, twice he called the guy a moron. Working as a cashier with no social skills sounds moronic to me. Maybe update your personality.

I rate 10 stars I just spoke over the phone with the most kindest, professional employee named Mikaela(sorry if I misspelled name) she was such a pleasure & relief to speak with over the phone when placing an order for a cake for my daughters 16th birthday. She answered the phone professionally & when I asked for the bakery she nicely told me she could take my order instead of like the store on Academy transferred me 4-5 times before a guy rudely told me no, were not taking any more orders were completely booked for the weekend, its first come first serve if you want to pick up a cake but no we cant hold anything for you either & no we dont do any tiered cakes you can do that yourself. Im so glad I called this location the customer service is like day & night from the Academy location. It states on all of their websites we can place a cake order at least by 24 hours which I was trying to do when I called the Academy store but he quickly refused which is really disappointing but oh well now I will definitely be shopping at this location no more Academy!THANK YOU MIKAELA 😊 WISH WE HAD MORE PEOPLE IN THE WORLD LIKE YOU!!! The quality of Whole Foods Market just cant be beat. Occasionally, there is a small issue, but they are always ready to fix whatever the problem is. Their delivery service is super, but when the occasional mistake happens, they are keen to fix it right away. How could I find fault with THAT? I REALLY love the 365 brand. They have awesome crackers, wonderful feta cheese, great olives - all kinds of yummy stuff. Sure, I wish it was a bit less pricey, but food is terribly important to our health, so I will continue to buy groceries here for as long as I can continue to do it.

I appreciate ordering groceries through my Amazon Prime account and Whole Foods. Unlike the other big box grocery place, I can usually place my order and get it within a couple of hours instead of a couple of days. Makes shopping so much easier. Produce and meat are excellent quality and there are often sales exclusively for Prime members making shopping more economical. The associates are always fast on my arrival and very friendly too. If you havent tried Whole Foods grocery pickup with Amazon Prime, its well worth it. My only gripe is navigation of shopping through the app is very cumbersome, but that is not the fault of my local Whole Foods.

Who doesnt love Whole Foods? I certainly do. Its not always around when I need it but I sure do know how to find one. My most favorite of all time is the Fresh Peanut Butter. You can literally watch your peanut or almond butter being made right in front of your face. I love putting it on rice cakes. Of course another favor of mine would be the food thats made ready and fresh near the deli. Hot or cold, its all there. The wine selection is always great for me (not an expert). The one thing I didnt like about this location is how small the store was.

A large selection of foods: fresh fruits and vegetables, canned goods, packaged goods and many are organic. They offer fresh seafood and fresh meats. They have a very good selection of wines. The staff is courteous and professional. 👍👍👍👍👍

The one thing I have always been able to rely on with Whole Foods is the integrity of the floral department. I bought a bouquet of roses today. I got them home, took them out to cut them and almost every single petal fell off. Just another indication that the quality of products has been declining. At least from my perspective. I also bought some outdated cheese and dates within the past month. Shame on me for not checking the dates, but still, they were over two weeks beyond expiration. Plenty of other choices out there to shop, this just happens to be the most convenient location wise. I will gladly give up location for quality.

Clean and organized location. Staff is friendly. I stopped by for their specialty Chantilly Berry Cake 😊 I definitely recommend this for any special occasion or a rich indulge 😋 The gentleman working the bakery was very nice and he wrote Happy Birthday very neatly on the cake 👍

I am a dozen year WF shopper, and am trying to get used to the loss of quality of some produce and apparent lack of amicability of some younger staff. I suspect that pre-Amazon buying and staff training were different.Today when I checked the register tape -- Whole Foods is the only one of the three groceries I shop at where this is necessary -- I saw I was charged a higher per pound rate for salmon than posted. I went to Customer Service where the girl said it must be a Prime special. -- it wasnt. The officious guy she called to check the posted price said yeah, but the posted price was wrong ! LOL.At the end of these minutes of farce of Customer Service I was offered a 34 cent adjustment.

The dessert people are great! Not gonna lie. I dont shop here. I have visited. I have been told the scallop prices are great for the value. However.....i promise you the desserts are yummy! The berry tarts are yum yum yum.

There is a false stigma bout their prices being too high based on years ago when they first started, They have improved this and their own brands and many items are very competitive in pricing sometimes less than Safeway. I trust the meat department to select humane ranchers and farmers and the grass fed meat is great, the air chilled Marys chickens are great and often you can catch sales. You get what you pay for and sometimes its a great deal.

The quality of the food was tremendously high, and the store was clean and pretty well organized. Ive never seen a more beautiful and varied produce section in my life!There were problems, though. It was that quite crowded even during a pandemic, the staff was pretty arrogant, and the prices were completely outrageous. I bought three bags of groceries for $237. Im still in a complete state of shock.

Not my usual Whole Foods but I was in the neighborhood. This store has amazing seafood and lovely produce. I appreciate the safety measures. The bakery is excellent, I always get birthday treats here or at the larger store on Wyoming. You cant beat the bread.

Great location. I love that they clean the belts and card reader between customers. People were social distancing. I had to get produce for a salad and its was super easy to grab and go. The line was very quick.

Only problem was everyone seemed to be in a hurry. Employees where courteous and knowledgeable.

Workers havent really been very friendly lately i understand the times have been hard but a good attitude goes a long ways. most workers havent been very good at telling people to wear mask or social distance.

I usually frequent the academy location but I was in the area today and stopped in at the Carlisle location. Mary at the register was so sweet and friendly! She even recommended a great supplement for me for healthy energy! She made such a great impression on me! I’m so pleased with my service today.
