The people are always so warm and friendly. Feels very home like. Truly the land of enchantment. Even at Walmart!

I’m really not a Walmart connoisseur, if there is such a thing. I went to another location looking for some costume things when I found some fabric. No price, no worker. There were some ladies standing around so I asked. They were customers who had pushed the courtesy button 20 minutes prior. I did too. Eventually we gave up waiting. I went to the front to ask about help. A worker said, “oh” and walked away. So I left and drove across town to this Walmart. Two very helpful workers in the fabric section spent time helping me. Excellent service! Such a contrast.

The girl in the customer service was extremely rude. Her name was cree . I went to ask if I could exchange a mask my husband and son and didnt bother to test it when we got home I sent through the packaging and I took it back just to ask if we could exchange not even asking for cash back. I was very polite when I walked up to her register and she immediately took it out of the bag and looked straight at me didnt even say hello how are you or how can I help you and told me that mask did not belong to Walmart and I purchased it at the balloon fiestas. Which I found to be very rude and she cut me off guard. I did ask to speak to a manager but the manager that was on duty was her friend standing next to her and where the whole conversation and didnt even address it. Tried calling today to speak to the store manager and the lady and customer service to answer the phone stated they were nowhere to be found horrible customer service especially for working and customer service two other employees I asked about her and they seem to have had it in with her before also and one even stated she needed to get in trouble already for her actions.

Great prices. Fully charged handicap chair. Greeted with a friendly smile

An adventure everything moved around an no rhyme or reason it is like a maze. I am sure if we really want to shop there. Racks are higher had to search for a employee to get ladder. It has become an adventure for sure! I guess we all will adjust or go somewhere else where shopping is easier.

Walmart has everything locked up: Make-up, razors, body spray, and eyelashes.. Some lock on hanging others are behind glass. Have to look for employee to unlock basic stuff. I dislike their scan and Gos. Had to use because cashier lines were way to long. The prices are good but a quick trip may not be a quick trip.

I am mad because a White american person didnt want to attend me when I asked him to help me and I was in líne first he ignored me and decided to attend some els the same race as him and it gets me upsett because in my opinión its not fair at all for People to do this type of act .

Great staff!Good produce. (Apples were excellent).Hot food was being tossed when I arrived :(But I had other choices and options.Plenty of open lanes, and great parking too.

Worst store ever! Never have I ever had a cashier stop me at the door 20 minutes before closing and refuse me to be able to go into the store because they want to close earlier than the posted hours. As a first responder rushing to make it on time and being in uniform this is pretty pathetic to be treated like such trash. I’ll never spend another dollar on this store ever!

Best walmart in the city. They just remodeled the store and its really nice. Be ready to do your own checkout since they mainly have self service cash registers.

I was having a really bad day with a sick baby and a car with brake issues, so I decided to stop in here for some 7k ipas which they had. And they were cold too, so that was a bonus. I also got some Mille for the baby, which made her even sicker. Anyway, I don’t even have a car or a bay, I just wanted some beer.

You have to be your own cashier and you dont even get the 10% discount.... Trash

Limited supplies. Not much selection all around. I was looking for a specific type of beverage (previously purchased here) but they did not have it. Most drinks were out of stock unless you wanted beer. Not many regular beverages. Also, I took the last two boxes of small freezer bags. Sorry my fellow chile peelers.

I normally drive out of my way to use this Walmart as opposed to the one closest to my house because they generally have a better selection. Only gave 2 stars because they are renovating right now and half the store has been moved to another department. The bread is next to the diapers. The paper towels are in sporting goods. I know this is temporary. Normally I would give this store a 4/5.

They recently remodeled the store and mist of the isles seem smaller. They were already tight to begin with. So you can barely pass each other if two people have a cart next to each other. Which, when your trying to shop you feel rushed because there is always someone trying to get by. The most frustrating thing is the turned majority of there registers into self check out. If Im buying a few things I dont mind using self check out. However, I buy $300.00 to $400.00 dollars worth of groceries once a month. When I have that many groceries I dont want to go self check out. At the end of the day, thier Walmart, thier the cheapest, what are you going to do 🤷

If I could take stars away, I would. I brought my own bags. I do not do self checkout. Gave my bags to cashier she sat them to the side. She rang some of my items up, and she said you can start bagging. To which I replied no you can bag it, you want to charge me for bags so I bring my own. I will not buy stuff that I pay for with my money I earn at my job and then have to turn around and bag it myself. If want to bag my stuff I would have gone to self checkout. She finally bagged my items. I will never go to Walmart at Cottonwood AGAIN.

This Walmart on Coors and Allison is by far the best Walmart I have ever walked into friendly people employees to vote they go out of their way for you its a nice storage not too crowded as Ive seen other Walmarts in various parts of Albuquerque very busy this one is not that way good part of town great neighborhood we just moved into this neighborhood and I cant complain the people are wonderful I havent seen one sign of homelessness on this side of town keep up the great work Walmart supercenter Ill see you soon you all receive five stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for job well done.

Electronic department had no workers. Was told both opening people had called off. Did not have the computer I wanted at either location I went to even though it was said to be in stock online. A manager did go back and get me a different computer. Walmart lost out on $130 though.

Very crowded and not enough checkouts. You also have to pay 10cents per bag for your groceries. Bring your own bags.

Spent over 30 min waiting on and order to be brought out after check in. Saw all the cars that were there when I got there and watched so many more come and go and still no one came out to ask me for the name on my order. Usually this process has gone well in the past but they sure blew it today. Finally when I get someone’s attention they send someone out and tell me that they don’t have the order. So my confirmation is worthless and now I have lost my money. No one is answering the phone so what am I supposed to do????? Too bad I can upload the video I took of an empty parking lot and lonely me is still waiting for someone to do their job

4 stars because of a complete store remoldeling for a couple of months. Store is open and in a bit if disarray which cant be helped. This is my favorite Walmart on the NW side. Very pleasant employees and many have been there for many years. Pharmacy staff is so helpful and friendly. Grocery has had some stocking issues since the pandemic, often out of popular and stock items. But not empty shelves just slow restocking, I think.

Ordered 2 days ahead of my moms birthday from the bakery. Picked it up today like this.. spores from being frosted while hot.. so hot it shifted.. ive called for 20 mins n was hung up on then called again waited another 20+ mins to get transferred to tha bakery that had me on hold so long it sent Me back to customer service 2x and when I finally asked for a manager i got put on hold again.... currently going on an hour on top of the original 40 just trying to talk to someone.... thanks for ruining today i could have made a cake that bad for free 🙌🏻Missed half the party trying to get ahold of someone which never happened..

Yes but they were restocking the freezer section they just have the boxes of food out for a minute and kind of concerned for the health but other than that it was the same as other Walmarts and other day Walmarts whatever

Its always busy here never any baskets long lines all accessible parking is always full. Im sure its because of the pandemic they must be short staffed like everyone else but I only come here when I absolutely need something I hate shopping here but you gotta do what you gotta do I suppose.

Horrible customer service at checkout but I forgive the elderly woman. Pharmacy staff was a great help and Im always happy when auto services are open and quick thanks for all you do.

I kinda feel like walmart has been turning communist on the people they dont sell any more bullets they all close at 10 pm and thats what they do in communist countrys every body has to close at the same time now we have to wait till the morning if we need medicine or ant thing we are dealing with if they would keep our open 24/7 that would bring the risk of covid to people because it would be less crowded during the day because alot of people would shop at night just saying since they care so much about people not getting sick just giving you guys a idea less crowded walmarts during the day means less risk of covid

One of my most favorite stores to go to. The staff is funny and friendly. But I don’t like how their remodeling the store now the isles are narrow.

I had stopped by for some items including a gift card that I bought, but mistakenly didnt get into my bag. I called the store and Joshua from customer service was outstanding! He was very kind and found my gift card and held it for me to pick up with my receipt. Very thankful to him for being so quick to find it for me.

I just dont like going to Walmart, people are rude and lots of unhappy people always at Walmart. I try and stay away from there, usually make orders online.

Clean, larger aisles than before because of social distancing..Associates seem to be on top of cleaning and sanitizing between stocking Item.One of the better Walmarts I have been in. Sure there are a few gaps in what is available, Here and there.But this is a well run Walmart.

I dont like all the self check out registers and wish it was the way it was. You wasted alot of money!! I will go back to Albertsons or Smiths.

During covid one of the best stocked walmarts in the area. Usual downsides all employees hate life, and overcrowded during busy hours. Its Wal-Mart... ya know.

Bad. No Custer service. Had to self check. Had to buy a bag. No discount for doing work for the store. Absolutely,will only shop emergency only or online for another provider.....

This is my go to spot for most anything. Grocery selection is good and the prices are good. Coke and Pepsi products are usually significantly higher than Smiths or Albetrsons but the cheaper everyday purchase make up for it. The service is usually not the best but that seems to be the story of modern day retail. I dont like the fact that they locked up the mens underware in a case. Now I have to wait for someone to open a case and it weird to have someone waiting around while I purchase such products.

Well unfortunately Im always running into your associates who do not speak english. Then I asked for a certain product and I asked him if they could help me find this particular item and lawn and garden, and without even looking they just automatically told me oh no we dont have it here go check floral department very disappointed not helpful at all.Dina, in fabrics absolutely wonderful, helped me look, of course we didnt find .

I would give them no stars if I could! But I had gotten my oil changed there and they state on the paper there is no leak in my vehicle. But yet when I checked my oil not even three weeks later it was bone dry like they did not put any oil in. And when I confronted them about it they brought up the camera footage and supposedly it showed them pouring it but my car has no leaks or anything but yet it still was bone dry I dont believe them please save your money and go somewhere else Walmart cannot be trusted with your cars!!

Went to have my eyes checked at the Walmart Vision Center. Dr Gonzales did a thorough job. Very patient too. The people working there were wonderful. Very clean and organized considering the complicated times we are in with COVID. Thank you all.

Same as always lots of people. Good I dont have to wait long during check out. Most of the stuff that I bought before had gone up. For $20.00 you can get 2 or 3 stuff only. Not like before $20.00 you can buy a lot of stuff. Tsk ! Tsk, ! Tsk !!

Went and got my vaccine. No lines, no wait. Service was fairly snappy. Was better than expected. I was really happy with my experience.Only annoying part was I had to fill out a questionnaire which almost exactly matched the online one they wanted me to fill out same day before going to my vaccine appointment. More places need to step up their tech game.But thats ok.

Had to go to this Walmart at cottonwood it was clean Associates were friendly, l did have to wait in line. Everyone was wearing a face mask everyone was Keeping their distance I didnt have to wait too long, I went in found what I needed paid no long line, If I hadnt been in a hurry I think I could have got a lot of shopping done.

It was packed with 14 checkout lanes but only 3 open. Come on Walmart, you can pay 2 more employees minimum wage to open up a few more checkout lanes. Hell, youll probably make more billions with more people checking out per hour.

Ok... Times people are sticking but cant help. But My largest Grief is that each time I purchase a basketful of items. Today $126.00. Im always stopped at exit. Me, I saw another couple exit the Store with full basket...I getting irritated try to feel theyre doing job,however if so.All that have full baskets upon exit should be treated respect. Or each be stopped. It is hard to scan means decide bad intentions... let me inform you All.. Ive worked since 12, later 20+administration medical, State investigator. Research on the falsification. More than that.. My Mom raised us to be honest!

BEWARE! Overall good store and friendly staff, but they were having a sale in their liquor department and I found they were charging a price for Gran Centanario Tequila that was double what Total Wines was charging. Such a deal!

Theyre remodeling and lots of stuff isnt where it was before. Employees are still adapting and either dont know where some items are or they guess and send you snipe hunting. I was looking for saddle soap and got directed to cosmetics.

Had a great experience here! The staff was very helpful it was my first time being at this Walmart specifically and when I asked where something was one of the associates showed me where it was! Will definitely be coming back! And the customer service wasn’t very busy either but I got my return done quick and easily 🙌

This is another place I cant seem to get away from. The customer service is terrible and I was painting so my clothes were very tattered and paint spotted. So on my way out I was treated like I stole something. Its a crying shame if your not dressed in certain clothes they treat you terribly

Only give it two stars cause the girl in electronics was yacking on the phone it was a personal call and ignoring all the customers she was on the phone for at least 15 minutes or longer then she acted like she was talking to a costomer on the phone when a lady said she was going to report her.

The Walmart at cotton wood is one of my favorites. The employees there are always welcome to the customer. and very helpful.

Typical WalMart. No customer service. I order groceries and other items via delivery regularly and if Im lucky 10% of my orders are complete. If you order ANYTHING outside of the grocery department theyll just remove it from your order and claim its out of stock. Its about time the consumer stops taking it in the rear because WalMart refuses to pay a wage that will attract employees with a work ethic. But thats assuming that a work ethic actually exists in 16-25 year old people today, which it doesnt. Do just enough to not get fired is the ethos nowadays. Despicable.

This was the third time I have been to this wslmart loved it it seemed like it was bigger it was nice and clean if course we waited longer in line then we shipped but thats the only complaint I have you need more cashiers as much money as you make yu our really need to open mire lines but other then that it was a nice store

Dead fish everywhere, tanks full of fish gasping for breath at the surface, and filthy tanks. Also, the person trying to help me didnt have any clue what the nitrogen cycle is, which would be OK except she was referred to me by another employee as their fish expert. They may or may not be better for other animals, but regarding fish, I would rate them a 0 if I could.

I Love my shopping there.

So far so good considering all the covid twist fun guidelines and open and closing of whatevers Mass no mask not really sure if theyre exact standing but I believe they prefer the customers and everyone to still wear masks but it was once again friendly people not too crowded and everything I needed was in stock...

I will drive to another Wal-Mart rather than go here. Cashier was rude and they had nothing but self serve lanes available. Im disabled and had a full cart that I had to ring up myself and bag. I am not an employee. I pay you for the service and shouldnt have to do it myself.

Grocery pick up is super easy and fast. Rarely are they out of what Ive ordered, so they keep things well stocked. Friendly helpers.

This is probably the best WalMart in the country. I have refused to go to Walmart in other cities because customer service was just so incredibly slow. Not so here, this is a highly functioning store.

I went the other day...and let me tell you only 2 registers ooen..why...I understand they want to use self checkout...but even those take forever. And they see the lines but nothing gets done about it..I mean you see some on phones with thier airpods in listening to music..I know walmart has not always been great but it has gotten worse over the past few years.maybe eventually they will fix it...its just messed up where you come in and have to stand in line for almost an hour to check out..I dont blame the cashiers I blame management who dont do anything to fix it...

Awesome went to auto side for rv battery got one for 75$ you have to bring the core tho the web site said they only had one in stock but there was a lot the guy that help me was awesome

Well, Walmart has figured out how to pay less employees, increase prices and provide less service. Of the employees on the floor, many were on their cell phones and ignoring customers and store condition. In that I am not an employee, I was not paid or otherwise offered compensation for scanning or bagging my groceries. The all American store that Sam Walton envisioned is now filled with cheap knock offs. I fear that even the #1 retailer in this country is heading toward oblivion. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The only complaint I have is that when I was as Walmart this morning one of the employees kept on sliding her feet.

I hate the self check out... I dont go to the store to have to work... Im disabled and self check out is horrible. I rarely shop alone, but if I do I need an option for help. Is it a way to reduce amount of employees? Whats the reason behind all self check out?
