This location looks AMAZING!! The store was super clean, all the displays the staff made looked extra cute and special, and everyone working was incredibly friendly and passionate about what they were working on. I stopped by to pick a gift out and was met with so much enthusiasm, I definitely recommend this location for a really fun time!

Great idea for the young or old kids in your life to build their own personalized bear.

It was a cute experience, but the guy over charged us for an extra bear.

Got the birthday bear for my 2 yo. It was a good experience and I felt safe with all the covid measures in place.

Its very nice! Took my 3 year old daughter for the first time and she loved it she had fun and I love that they have alot of cute clothes, shoes and accessories.

Fun, fun, fun! I love this place, since I was a youngin myself. Only difference is prices have jumped significantly. I also wish they had more options for birthday bears at the price of the birthday kid. Always will bring my babies here for their birthdays though.

Great place for kids to get a nice stuffed animal. Kids get to pick out everything for there friends. Little pricey thou but it worth it to see them be so excited. 😘🤗🤗🥰🥰

This was my 1st time there & I took 3 of my kids to get a toy. It was the purpose of our trip, not just a last minute decision. The lady who helped us had a special ceremony for putting the heart inside the toy, before stitching it up, and my 5 year old daughter was in awe! Theyre a bit pricey but its more about the personalization and the experience that makes it worth it!

I went in today because a week ago I saw they had a sale for a few select plush animals. Only $22 for the plush animal, an outfit and a heart or sound box. I asked an employee how long the sale was going on for because I was in a hurry and didnt have time to get it that day and was told that it was good until Valentines Day. Well as I went in with my baby boy to get him a monkey with a Star Wars outfit I noticed the sale signs were gone. I asked an employee and was inform the sell was over. I spoke to the manager and after a crap apology was told that she couldnt do anything and as I was gonna head out was offered a 10% discount for my inconvenience. I bought the monkey only because really wanted my son to have a cool Jedi Monkey, but I will never recommend the place to other and I will not be buying anything from there again for my son.

So frustrating! It took me almost a whole month to book a party. Tried doing it online , in store and on the phone.I was on hold for 30/minutes before I spoke to anyone and unfortunately it was a waste of time because they couldnt help due to the system being down AGAIN! they always had some kind of excuse and were unable to book the party. They askes me to purchase a $50 gift card to book the party then when I tried to book it they wouldnt accept the gift card and request a credit card or debit card, Spoke to the manager and she was not helpful at all. Only reason I insisted on making the party there was because my daughter really wanted it but I was very close to not booking it. Her party is in a few weeks , Im hoping all goes well since they already put me through so much just to book the birthday party.

This was the worst experience my children ever had at build a bear, the worker stuffed the bears herself then handed them to the kids. They didn’t get a birth certificate or get to brush their bear it literally took her less then 5 min to stuff 3 bears then she said we were done. Coronado Mall
