9/18/21: Im gonna hit this place up and try the vast amount of Kolaches here. Quick service after youve figured out what to order. 20 second warm up to deliciousness, although another 5-10 seconds more would have made my Kolache hotter. Will be back very soon.

We loved the buns with hotdog. The other fillings weren’t too great. Price was good for food.

Incredibly fast and friendly service. There was a longish line that intimidated me at first, but it went by quickly. We got chicken enchilada, pepperoni pizza, the new mexico, and potato/egg/cheese. My son says they were bussin and hed definitely come back. No cap

This place was honestly so good and such a great location as well! Perfect for a nice dine in experience or even a quick pick up and go meal! The food was super delicious and the dough was amazing! The customer service was good as well and while I was dining in, the owner came to check up on me and say hello! After finishing my meal, I ordered for 4 of my family members and surprised them all at work and they all LOVED them as well! I’ll definitely be back with more friends and family! 🙌🏼

Totally love the Kolache Factory!! This location is clean and great. We ordered online and showed up before it said it would be ready and it was already to go and the food was fantastic as always! We love to get a box or two for the family and bring them home and warm them slightly and eat them as a family. One of the great things about Kolache Factory was that everyone gets to choose something they like because they have such a variety. Will definitely go back and highly recommend!

I’ve never had Kolache before. Have I found a piece of heaven. After it’s warmed up in the microwave oven, it’s a warm, soft, and yummy breakfast, lunch and dessert. I especially like the chocolate cream and cream spinach. Now I have every reason to drive through New Mexico.

These Kolaches are delicious & filling! Go to their website, get coupon for buy 3 get 3 free!!!Their coffee is good, free refills of various flavors. The service is excellent. Do yourself a favor and give them a visit, itll be worth it!!!

All I can see from the bill is register one but all I have to say is he was great! Extraordinary customer service.

I’m very disappointed in this place. My kolache was good, however the woman working the front wouldn’t say a word to my husband and me. We both felt very uncomfortable and like we were inconveniencing her by being there. We also got iced coffees and they were undrinkable. The coffee was absolutely sour. Sad to say I won’t be returning.

I recently discovered Kolache Factory. There is many options here. The Texas Hot Sausage kolaches are the closest that I have to Texas Kolaches. I recommend joining their membership that is free. After signing up you receive a free kolache. The staff is friendly and the store was clean. I plan to visit here often.

I love this place! Suzanne was so helpful. She was so patient with me since I had no idea what pastries ti get. She gave me some great suggestions and I ended up buying a dozen pastries!!!! She was awesome!

My first time having these products was not in their actual store. My mother bought them for me on a day I was very ill. Generally, I dont have the energy to eat when I have a sore throat. However, I was hungry, so I gave it a shot at my first Kolache. And HOLY MOLY, it was delicious. The great flavors outweighs the pain of my sickness. Since then, I was super excited to have my mom take me to the bakery, and man was I excited! As a local influencer, I strongly endorse this business! Every time I bring people over, they never get disappointed.Great service!

This stuff is incredible. Had the chicken enchilada, ranchero, and sausage egg and cheese. Nothing like it in Albuquerque. You must try these.

After seeing Hruskas Colaches in Utah (cream cheese and strawberry) on Diners, Drive Ins and Dives last night, I decided to order some egg and fruit varieties online from the Kolache Factory this morning for breakfast. The Ranchero is straight out of Flavortown! Ordered enough for two meals. So will have them again tomorrow morning. They microwave very well.Comments: When you order ASAP online, it gives you a one hour minimum for pickup time. The girl at the store said that they are ready in 15 minutes. Also, when ordering online, the website kept trying to order from a California location even after correcting the location before ordering.

The Kolaches were absolutely incredible!! My husband and I had gone in to try them with a buy 3 get 3 free coupon, after eating the 6, we bought more to take home. They were so delicious and amazing. The employee was super nice and gave us some coupons to come back again. 10/10

Everything Ive tried has been amazing. I love the green chili kolache flavors, like the New Mexican kolache and the egg green chili varieties. Ive been twice and ordered assortment boxes both times. You cant go wrong.

Do you offer traditional Czech kolache? Fruit filled.Also, does your store being here imply there might be a Czech community in Albuquerque?

This is the best thing I have ever had!!! Its the only one in New Mexico. If you have a chance to stop in, do it. Have them warm it up for you and get ready to need a nap. 😍 Its so hardy.

This was my third time going to Kolache factory. I enjoy the fruit filled. During November the turkey with dressing is good too. Reminds me of the Kolaches in Europe.

The kolache are so good. I got a bunch for breakfast for my family. My favorites were the spinach kolach and the sausage, egg and cheese kolach. I will definitely be going back because these are the perfect breakfast food. I had one heated up for the trip back home since I live pretty far. The lady at the counter was so nice and helpful as well.

I was going to say poor customer service, but it wasnt even that. The 2 workers I encountered failed at being kind humans all together. Took my money down the road and was greeted warmly and treated kindly.

This is by far one of my favorite places to stop for breakfast or lunch. Always baked fresh and they run out quick, so get there before they are gone! Tons of sweet and savory fillings to choose from. My go to is the biscuits and gravy 👌

I LOVE IT! So happy I tried this place! The Philly cheese steak kolache was delicious, the bread was perfect, (not soggy like I thought it would be) and I tried a sweet walnut kolache that was scrumptious!! The mocha Frappuccino was possibly the best Ive ever had! Cant wait to go back, I could see the Kolache Factory easily becoming an obsession!!

Food is delicious! Service was horrible! The kid that worked there was very disrespectful. He gave me attitude because his coworker charged the wrong amount to my card. Then when I asked why they werent wearing masks I got told not to worry about what they did. He finally put a mask on then had it under his chin. I will not go back because of how bad the service was! Very disappointed....

Oh god, so worth the cross-town trip. Every one of them I try is just so hot and fluffy and delicious. I think I like the bacon cheese best, but i want to try them all. God, I wish there was one closer to downtown. Although that might not be good for me, LOL

I’ve been frequenting Kolache Factory for the past two years since moving to this neighborhood and usually love it. Today I walked in to two workers not wearing masks, one leaning against the open display of Kolaches on his phone, the other at the counter counting cash. Both made eye contact with me as I entered, but neither greeted me. So I quickly discerned that this is a company that does not care about the safety of its costumers, so much that they do not require their employees to wear masks. So I turned around and walked out. To blatantly show your customers you do not care about our safety and more about making a political statement means you do not need my business or money.I feel incredibly unsafe, disappointed, and disrespected. I work at a grocery store in the area and will be telling each and every one of my customers that I interact with over the course of the next year about my experience and that they deserve to eat at local places which will take their safety seriously.

Their items are awesome...but if you dont get there by 8 they sell out. NEVER make enough. Dont know how they stay in business when they only make 10 of everything then people buy a dozen they call it a day. Sad. Could be great.

The pastries are so delicately sweet and just the perfect amount of chewy. I wish they would bring back the apricot and lemon ones.

I came across this place as I was looking on Yelp, and I noticed there were signups for coupons. So, I did and got a coupon for buy 3 get 3 free! I swung by and got 6 kolaches: Italian chicken which was by far the most flavorful and my favorite, green chile and egg which was tasty but made the kolache a bit soggy, sausage and gravy which apparently always sells out but it was too salty for me, potato and egg which was tasty but a bit bland, ranchero which was a bit dry, and pizza which turned out to be a ball of pepperoni inside which I really didnt like too much. What was supposed to be a bit more than $18 including tax came out to be almost $10, which is still pricey but I guess not too bad for half a dozen.

Best spot to buy food when in a hurry. The customer service is prompt, rates are reasonable, great atmosphere. Will come back again

Super duper top secret recipe semi-sweet soft bread stuffed with the tastiest savory and sweet things??? Heck yeah man! I got to meet the owner and he was very thankful for our business, and encouraged me to try everything. :pYou can absolutely taste the quality of the bread itself. It takes 3 days from start to finish for the dough to be prepped and proofed before stuffed and cooked, and jeez they are addictive.I recommend the jalapeno popper, the sausage and gravy, or just a simple cream cheese. They have fruit filled and chocolate kolaches as well.All I would love to see as an improvement are hours of operation, they close by 2pm I believe and some night after work Id love to go have dinner at Kolache Factory and I cant. Otherwise its a great experience.Fast, delicious, and a great variety to satiate whatever youre in the mood for.

I found out about the Kolache Factory last year and have been going ever since. The kolaches are great! I had never been to a place like this before and am so glad I found it! The only disappointing thing for me is that they don’t sell any specialty drinks anymore! I go at least once a week if not more and would usually get myself a hot or cold caramel macchiato along with some kolaches, but it seems that they don’t sell them anymore since the pandemic started. I understand for safety measures sometimes you can’t do certain things, but everywhere else I go they still sell these types of drinks. It’s a real bummer because the caramel macchiatos from here were my absolute favorite! Better than any other ones I’ve tried!

Delicious bundle of flavor in each one. The dough is soft perfection. We tried the pizza, Philly steak and the New Mexican. All were stuffed with meat and cheese, no skimping, and the green chili has just the right kick to it. Cant wait to go back and try more!

Food was tasty, but a little heavy on the bread. Its a fast food place, but better than a typical burger joint because of the flavor choices. Service was good.

Stopped in here while in Albuquerque for the weekend. Super good, I am probably going back tomorrow. The bread is like a Hawaiian roll. The new Mexican is a little over spiced to me. The Philly isnt great and the jalapeno poppers is a lot of cheese. All the other ones are super good though. Love the breakfast ones and the Italian chicken

I have had Kolaches in Texas and they were always my favorite! So when I heard about a Kolache Factory here in Albuquerque I was really excited! My dad is here in town and I thought it would be a great place to bring him and my boyfriend. I was SO DISAPPOINTED. We showed up at 11 am (early because after reading the reviews I thought it would be a good idea because favorites tend to go fast) they were out of SO MANY of them and when I asked the cashier about it, she was so incredibly rude. This was nothing like the reviews Ive read. She was the rudest cashier Ive ever encounter in my life. I will NOT be going back. Really disappointing :(

Great option for party food! Weve gotten large orders of kolaches a few times for birthday parties etc. The staff are very courteous and Ive never had any issues with my order. Guests always seem to enjoy the food. The one downside is that the savory lunch type kolaches probably are better served warm, which is hard to do at a party away from home. But youd have the same issue with any other type of food unless you had catering trays with burners, etc. Theres a discount when you buy a dozen, so you dont have to buy their preset party tray to get the discount. You can mix and match your own flavors.

The sausage and gravy Kolache was great. My wife had the creamed Spinach and it was amazing too. They have good coffee as well. The polish sausage Kolache was decent. I definitely recommend this place.

Ever since I first visited this place in Texas I have been dying to have one here. But when it came, I never knew it would come with an absolutely insanely high level of quality in all aspects. The manager, Teddy needs to be given a raise. He can not possibly ever make enough money. His dedication to quality is what makes this store above all others. Local humanely treated meat, top quality veggies including specially selected Chile for the Kolaches that include it.This place deserves more like 100 stars. If youve never heard of it, give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

Both my wife and I love the taste of the bread of these Czech influenced hand held delights. I had a ham and cheese filled croissant that I ate too fast because it was so good. My wife enjoys the Italian chicken kolache and the cinnamon sticks they had this time.One of our favorite places for a handheld easy lunch or breakfast.

Pretty good. Different for sure. I got the bacon egg and cheese. The bacon didnt seem to be cooked well inside, but the bread part was good.

Drove from across town where i live to apply for a job here and even if it looked promising the manager never called back. I guess thats how employment is. In the 50s and 60s if you could prove yourself you were hired. Now its all about pretty faces. Just hope the employees are loyal.

Always yummy! If you get there early enough it is so hard to chooses from the selection that they have! I only get them as treats when I get to visit friend and family in the Alburquerque, NM area so they are always a treat! Monthly specials are always an adventure , but fair warning .....if you like them , eat all you can because alot of times when that month is up they are gone!

Great selection and lots of choices with green chile. Counter help was knowledgeable and very helpful. We appreciated that he wrote what was in the box on the lid in the order they were placed. We will definitely be going back!

I don’t know how long this bakery has been here, but I’m glad today I’ve finally found my favorite bakery in Albuquerque! I tried both savory and sweet and I love them all! The savory are always yummy! And the sweets are just right, not super sweet like pastries from other bakeries. They’re just perfect! Soo yummy and reasonable prices! Definitely will be back for more kolaches!

Absolutely delicious! My husband and I were so excited to see that Kolaches were being sold in Albuquerque! Hes from TX, and we have the TX Kolaches every time we go visit family. These kolaches are different, but similar to satisfy the craving. We love this place so much! It would be difficult to name my favorite savory or sweet kolache, as theyre all so good! You wont be disappointed! If you take a tray to the office (as I have), youll be the new office celebrity!

We always order the party platter for Christmas morning breakfast. Its so easy to just warm them up that morning and no clean-up. Definitely a crowd pleaser.

Their creamed spinach kolaches are SO good! Have to get there early to make sure theyre not sold out though. Also have great sweet kolaches as well.

I am now a Kolache fan! These little things are darn tasty. My personal favorites are the Sausage and Gravy and the Sausage, Jalapeno, and Cheese. Those are both amazing in the mornings. I try to stop in here whenever I am on Paseo in the mornings. Definitely a unique and tasty breakfast food

I only wish they had a location closer to the Four Hills. The food is amazingly delicious. We had a mixed dozen for breakfast this past weekend and it was praised by the entire family. We will definetly be getting more and, hopefully, sooner than later.
