We purchased 2 new phones (Galaxy S21 Ultra) and upgraded our smart watches too. Our sales associate, Josh, guided us through the processes with ease and found us all the available discounts, and assisted in making this major purchase and great experience. We have been going to the Version at 4111 Coors Blvd NW since we moved to New Mexico and mostly had good service. Today, we had horrible service. Do not allow Greg to open your account at all. He must have been a used car salesmen. We went in for a replacement screen saver and he said they didn’t have any (lie), and then he said they would give us $700 for our old phones (lie), he said our old phones won’t work anymore since they do not have 5G (lie), and we are grandfathered in for $45 a month per phone and he changed our account to $55 a month AFTER we said no to any changes and no to any new phone after he said “oh they are only giving $440 not the $700” for our old phones. He was an awful customer service employee. NOW, our bill is charging us for the two phones we don’t have and raised our bill after he said it would be lower. I cannot believe how awful our experience was today.

The sales representatives was awesome and knew everything. They made it quick, easy and painless. I recommend this store vs the one on Coors next to Costco.

Five Star Customer Service!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Ms. Fey greeted me at the door, handled my transaction skillfully and very professionally and then made sure I was absolutely content with the customer service (she) provided during my visit!I was super impressed with the representation she displayed!Theres another Verizon store closer to my home than THIS one, but Id rather travel the extra miles to THIS Verizon store just to be treated like a SUPERSTAR!Thanks, again, to Fey! ✌😎

Account Manager Tevin Stewart was incredibly helpful getting a SIM card for my friends new phone. Although the model comes unlocked, her number was associated with a SIM card so old it created a problem getting new one for her new phone. Although the easiest solution was out because the corporate helpline was closed for the night Tevin spent a long time helping us get her phone working that night instead of telling us to come back in the morning. Possibly the single best customer service experiences Ive ever had, period.

Had bought a liquid screen protector from an associate at this store. He said it was better then the tempered glass due to not having it replaced every few months. He also states that the screen protector protects your screen from any type of scratch. Well thats a load of BS. Id rather spend $20 every few months then waste $40 for the liquid screen protector and now possibly a new screen for my phone. What a waste!

What a godsend. Stuck in Missouri, moms phone stops working. Who you gonna call? Julio at Verizon! Julio went above and beyond making a time that mom could come in and either fix the phone or get a new one. Julio was busy, but politely handed mom off to Brice. According to mom, the angel of Verizon who walked her through the issue with the phone and helped tremendously. I cannot thank the team enough for watching out for mom and the fantastic, superior customer service. Thanks again.

Went into the store to get a new phone since mine was pretty old and on its way out. Tevin Stewart helped me and answered all my question . He made the process extremely easy. Great customer service, will definitely keep coming back to this store for my phone needs and would highly recommend others to come here as well.

The Customer Service here is not great. In fact this is one of the few times I will go ahead and say its right out terrible. I DO NOT recommend this location.The gentlemen* who helped me (*I refrain from naming names because I do respect peoples reputation), was really short and lazily gave me my pick-up order. My speculation was because I was not buying something directly from him (or the store) but purchased online he was extremely half-hearted in offering service.Basic stuff, that I have NEVER had a problem being answered at any other location, he just refused to answer. He kept referring me to go online to look it up and insisted that any help with my phone he would have to charge for.That is OUTRAGEOUS. I mean, I already purchased a new phone and upgraded my service. Basic simple service from an associate should be met with more diligence and politeness than this.

I went to this version a few weeks ago and I got helped right away if don’t have to wait long. I had Kyle Kamm help me get a new phone and I absolutely had a great experience! He was very kind, took his time, and explained everything very clearly. If I ever have to go back to this location I will definitely ask for Kyle. Well I drove all the way across town because their store hours state that they close at 8:30 I got there at 8:25 and I understand it was late and they probably wanted to go home but the fact of the matter is they said they close at 8:30 so when they turned me away saying they could not help me because their system closes at 8:30 was a shock because Im not someone who was born yesterday.the way I was used to doing business is if you advertise you close at a certain time then thats when you stop accepting customers is that that time.

Mr. Johnny Williams, Verizon Wireless Sales Representative, is the man to see when you are in the market for service and/or the latest cell phone technologies.From the moment I walked through the door, I felt like I was home. Hes friendly and extremely knowledgeable with all of the services and products Verizon Wireless has to offer. I would highly recommend this location and Mr. Williams if are in the market!

I bought my first smart phone from Paul Coy at Verizon a couple of weeks ago. I am a reluctant senior citizen, easily intimidated by technology. Paul asked the right questions to help identify the right phone for my needs (plain vanilla, nothing fancy, no extra apps). He helped me understand the basics of how to use it and set up the things Id need. A week later I went to the new 4111 Coors store and he clarified several things I didnt understand. He is very knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful and patient. I am still not tech savvy, but I dont feel so intimidated thanks to Pauls help and positive attitude. I am happy with the Verizon phone and am learning how to use it, and I am even more satisfied with the level of service and kindness I received from Paul.

Excellent service. The staff had a problem with my in store pick up of an iPhone XR but they offered to take me out to dinner for my troubles! Who does that? Phone accessories are WAY over priced. You can do much better on Amazon with a way better selection. I would definitely go back again to pick up my next phone.

Tevin was a great help when I went in the store. He helped me find a cable I needed replacing. I accidentally flushed my phone cable down the toilet and oh boy was the plumber upset. Tevin was also able to help me find a great phone case to match my car and purse, I just gotta match. Ill be back the next time I need help on this side of town.

Tevin helped us when we were consolidating phone services to Verizon from AT&T. Tevin and Verizon were great from the start. Tevin was professional, knowledgable, and easy to work with. I also felt he had our best interested in mind and attempted to recommend the best deals that would benefit our situation. While we had some difficulty in transferring one of our phone numbers, Tevin was almost always available to answer questions and assist us through a multi-day process.

I went in to change my number and was asked too many personal questions on the reason why. I got what I went in for, but would have appreciated if I wasnt interrogated. Perhaps learning to mind your business should be implemented in the sales training.

I love love love the woman I have been coming to get my phone working during the drama,stress,and unbelievable circumstances that lead me there twice within a week she was easy to communicate easy to relate to and friendly other Verizon are nice too but I enjoy the one on Coors across St. Pius.
