Apple and our carrier told us to scrap the phone, we’d have to pay at least $400. He fixed it in a hour and it was super cheap. We’re super happy!

Make sure you know you’re product that you’re trying to sell or buy from this store because the Owner Dan WILL SCAM YOU! He will try to spin you around in circles about what “he’ll need to do to it” so that he can buy it from you dirt cheap but once you take it to somewhere else they WILL TELL YOU that everything he said was needed ISN’T NEEDED. He has a employee who was arrested for fraud and is currently being fraudulent with his own cars and phones so I wouldn’t trust him with the things you have. Dan also has encouraged some of my friends to order new iphones off there service provider, cancel their services and sell him the phones with out telling them that they would be left dealing with fraud claims due to the false information he gave. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!

My husband & I came in and the owner greeted us right away. He was already helping another couple and was able to balance helping out the both of us. I needed an unlocked cellphone and was able to get a decent deal on one, not to mention he was able to price match a charger for a wrist device I needed! YALL... THIS is the place to get your phone fixed. I got my charging port, all speakers and the vibration thing fixed along with a new glass screen protector and a really nice (better than my old one) really pretty case for $100. Dude was phenomenal. Watching Dan and the other man work and multitask with customers and doing like a thousand things at once like it was the easiest thing ever blew my mind. They were so polite and friendly too. Dishonest and unprofessional service! False advertisement.I contacted the store via Facebook Marketplace on 10/30/2020 (today) and was chatting with a *Nataly* about purchasing a Samsung Galaxy S9 that was advertised for $200. I asked if there was any problems or issues and I was told it was in Perfect condition and Unlocked. This was meant as a birthday present for someone, and I felt it was a very good deal, so I made a trip to the store shortly after.I arrived at the store, spoke to a man named Dan, and told him about my Messenger chat with someone at the store and he proceeded to show me an array of Samsung Galaxy S9 phones (which I thought was a little weird) but ignored that as most of the phones were in good condition. I tried them out using my own SIM card and found one I liked. I assumed it was still $200 so I went to the ATM and withdrew the money.I got back to the store and proceeded to pay for it in cash and the guy told me that the phone is actually $250!! I then showed him my Messenger chat/advert about the phone being listed for $200 and he told me that he doesnt know why it says that(??). He then implied that I was lying by suggesting that the chat was old, to which I then showed him the time stamp of the conversation, and the ad (which BTW is still up). He then looked at the pictures of the phone and then said that the Perfect condition phone advertised had a broken fingerprint sensor!! What?! He didnt offer to do anything to rectify the situation at the store, so I took my money and left. Very unhappy experience!!

My uncle recommended me this store. Great service went today to fix my iPhone 6 screen for 40 and got a screen protector for 5 all combine was around 49 with taxes. They said to wait around 30 minutes but it was less than that. Definitely recommending it.

It was such a joy to work with Dan - he provided exemplary service, exactly what I was looking for. And I noticed how many people he kindly helped in parallel with me with their own computer and phone issues as my LTE phone was initializing. Kind, uber-competent, and friendly. I’d avoid this place. I took my phone here for a cracked screen. The parts were very cheap. The screen broke again with in a week. I made the mistake of going back again and they ruined my phone and I had to buy another. The “cell phone king” sold me and iPhone 6 for $160. With in 2 mounts the screen broke and the battery went dead the finger print feature stopped working. I took it to Best Buy and they told me to dispose of the phone immediately because the battery inflated and could explode at any moment. Do not go here. It is a rip off.

My iPhone 8 was badly busted but they fixed it for me. Had practically a new phone in a bit more than an hour.

I recently had my phone stolen from a park. After a couple days, I needed to find a replacement and went almost everywhere to find a good cheap iPhone. After a few hours of driving around checking out Walmart, Target, Best Buy, and a few others, I finally found an ad for the Cell Phone King online and went in.Dan was super helpful with helping me set up my phone. He let me stay in the store to use his wifi in order to let all my old apps download onto the used iPhone 8 I purchased. Him and his employees were very friendly, helpful, and happy to talk to me. I also purchased new AirPods, had Dan put on a screen protector for my phone, and bought a case.If you are looking for a great, honest cell phone (and other electronics) store with amazing prices, then please give this local place your business and you will not be disappointed. Very dishonest, i bought a MacBook from him that turned out to be locked and he refused to give me a full refund and only gave me half my money back even though when I called he promised to do a full refund. After waiting for such a long time and seeing the jumbled mess going on inside, I finally got selected to be heard. I asked for a refund on a charger that didn’t work at all, and was given a replacement, THAT ALSO DIDN’T WORK. Not only was I denied a refund, I was given a broken replacement. The lack of work ethic and rational is incomprehensible. I’ve received previous services that were also faulty, terrible place, terrible business.

Best shop ever has every kinda of IPhone from iPhone 6 to X and newer. Quick repair done with in 30 mins. Definitely coming back again.
