My daughter dropped her phone in the front screen came away from her iPhone. Just paid $800 for the phone itself everyone wanted 350 plus to have the screen repaired. Took my iPhone in to be replaced the front screen was shattered and this place was so SKETCHY! They told me it would take a whole day then when I got it back my screen kept blacking out then my battery said it wasn’t an apple bettery so I took my phone to apple and they told me he stole my apple battery and replaced it with a faulty one which is why my battery started dying and me broke my Face ID! My screen blacked out! I never got a refund or anything! DO NOT TRUST OWNER ZAID! They will steal your apple parts! I hope this can help someone save money and the horrible experience that I had to endure.

This place are thieves! I took my screen in to be fixed just my screen! Got my phone back with so many problems it didn’t have before. They stole my apple batter and put some generic battery in. My phone notifies my right away saying it can’t verify my battery anymore. They also broke my Face ID. said they had no idea how it happen and they would fix it. Been waiting for months still haven’t fixed it. Sill haven’t got a refund. They don’t answer my calls Mx when they finally do maybe once a month they give me the runaround saying he needs another technician cause for whatever reason “my phone doesn’t like him”. They will steal your parts! They broke my apple seal! They are so shady I’m current taking them to small claims court. Please beware! They will steal your stuff & break your phone!!! I’m hoping my lawyer can help me!

I went in to get my Iphone x screen fixed. it was pretty craked from so many falls but it worked perfectly. The screen had been like that for over 9 months. They fixed it pretty fast and for cheap but screen started to turn purple a few days later and by the end of the day the whole screen was black and it wouldnt turn on. I took it in the next day because of the 90 day warranty that he told me about. When I came in He asked me if I had dropped it or put too much pressure on it. I told him no and he said well let me check it because if it fell and you broke something then you would have to pay again. He finally said that It looked like it had been dropped which I knew it wasnt true and that I had to pay another 100 to fix it I said yes go ahead because I really needed it. he was done in less than 15 minutes phone looked great then by the end of the day the screen turned purple and then black and didnt work again. Not even gonna try and get my money back. Waste of time. Just ended up getting a new phone

This place does not deserve any star!!i have to put 1 so I can post this comment..we went in for service for screen repair (zaid)owner asked for deposit which we put down..turn out we didnt even get that service we promised...still now were still trying to get our deposit back through our credit card company and we contracted PayPal where he said he disputed the charge but he is fighting it ...even though we are the victims.

My Samsung Galaxy S7 started rebooting randomly when the battery reached about 30%. Then I noticed the back glass starting to separate from the back of the phone along one side. A little research pointed toward the battery swelling as it failed. Got nowhere when I called Verizon, and was quoted $160 by Samsung to ship them my phone for a two week repair.Called a few places around my part of town and was quoted the best price at Cell Masters for the battery replacement, completed while I waited, in about 20 minutes. Great, swift service, friendly staff, and a very happy customer! Would highly recommend!

I would recommend them with every person. 2 weeks ago I went to get my iPhone X screen repaired and he said it would cost $120, which is fine, but he didn’t have the part. Anyways he said he would need a $60 dll deposit to order the part. I paid in full, that’s how much I trusted them. Anyways it’s been 2 weeks, no calls, i’ve call them many times and send me straight to voice mail. I ended up calling my bank yesterday to dispute the money since they won’t answer. I didn’t go there because I have a short temper and I tend to react on impulse sometimes. So i didn’t want to argue or anything that’s why I ended up disputing the charge.Man I am really disappointed in you, I was a loyal customer and you know that, Thank you for doing that. I will have to look for another place now. Do not do business with them.

I wanted to.give 5 stars after reading the reviews on here, and his price beat everyone else in town. But its been a headache. On the phone he quoted me $65 and said he could get the part by the 23rd at the latest, and it would take like 15 min to install. Ended up.charging me 70 +tax, and the part arrived at the end of the day on the 26th. I dropped off my phone and when I went to pick it up he had closed early and left. Managed to get ahold of him through google and he came back. I just got home to realize that my SIM card tray (w/ SIM & SD cards) is missing. Now I cant get ahold of him.Oh also, nbd but, he said he was going to put a screen cover on, but he didnt

My experience with Cell Masters was perfect! My Samsung Galaxy S4 would no longer charge. I walked in at 3 pm and picked it up an hour later. The repair was fast and inenexpensive. I highly recommend.

I took my galaxy s8+ to them to have the ear speaker repaired they kept my phone for over a week and never repaired it. I was told they had to order the speaker then a few days later I was told they had to order another part ,then they called me and said they couldnt repair my phone I took it to another cell phone repair shop they cleaned they speaker and it works perfectly they also told me my phone had never been opened so Cell Masters never worked on my phone .I would not reccomend them to do work .

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! My mom went to get her SAMSUNG LG V30 UNLOCKED . THE PHONE DID NOT HAVE ANY MISSING PARTS!!! MY MOM IMMEDIATELY ASKED FOR HER PHONE BACK AND WHEN SHE GOT IT IT WOULDNT EVEN TURN ON, THEY COMPLETELY FRIED THE MOTHERBOARD!!! WITH NO EXPLANATION TO GIVE MY MOM “ZAID” LEFT MY MOM WITH A BRICK PHONE AND COULDNT GIVE HER ANY KIND IF CREDIT OR ANYTHING! VERY BAD SERVICE , LIARS, THEIFS AND SCAMMERS. Dealing with the cell master was an experience . The were very helpful and very quick in the beginning. I was in and out in 15 minutes after having my screen replaced. The staff were very friendly. The second time I returned to the store the took care of my broken screen quickly again. But he also took me for my money. He charged me $25 more for a streaming tv box at the store next door then what the selll for. That ruined the relationship.

Went to get my phone priced a galaxy note 9 and this guy told me there outstanding money owed on it printed a paper saying it has money owed on it when it was was paid in full and when I asked what he thought as far as a priced he kept saying how much do you want I said Im just seeing what you think its worth and he immediately got defensive and told me hell pass on my device with out even giving me a price thanks a lot you are garbage

Very unhappy with the service. I believe all the reviews below are false. The owner of the store named Zaid, replaced my screen with a cheap one, and it stopped working a week later. Refused to refund or compensate me. Have never had this kind of customer service at a store.

Actually FIXING and RETURNING the phone is part of the process. its been a month, when they said 5 days. on top of that, the family who runs the business decided to skip town for 2 weeks while my phone is in their shop. here i am a month into this, and now i gotta wait till next week to even get my STILL broken phone back.
