I went to locate a light jacket with a hood because of the very cool morning temps on my project in Northern NM. All of the jackets I saw were priced around 50 dollars. Im not paying 50 bucks for something with a Champion logo. Ill just order online.

They had some ammo. Its always a great find. Nothing in guns at this store. Most of the time its hard to find someone to help. There was no problem at this store.

Helpful, knowledgeable footwear associate was available as I entered the store. He gave me options in sizes other than what I asked for...and it worked out. I had something specific in mind by color and Big 5 delivered. I recommend Big 5 for your footwear! All staff was friendly. AC comfortably cool! Quick check out.

I visited as part of a Service Dog training class. The store had ample selection of sporting goods, but it was cramped. Isles, and space between shelves and clothing racks were narrow. The floors were clean, and the staff was very welcoming to our group. Claustrophobic feeling aside, it was a good experience. Definitely worth a shopping visit.

This place is hit or miss.... they tried to sell me used wrestling shoes as new, they dont really have any football gear they only have like one little rack for football. The only thing they really got going for them is the fact that their employees are really nice and helpful.

Good essentials and decent prices. The employes are caring but the manager or supervisor is creepy. Makes you wanna get out.

I went there to buy a head lamp at around 8.45 pm. Two girls were at the front cash register. I asked for head lamp and Jordan pointed me towardscamp stuff area. She could have taken me there. I couldnt find it , so I saw her walking nearby and asked for help. She felt annoyed and replied negatively Im helping another customer. Then I found another employee who helped me. At the cash register I paid to Jordan. No conversation at all. At the end I said Thank you to her without any response from her. Such a horrible experience. This is how these companies fail because of ill treatment of customers. Good luck Big 5 for hiring these kind of nasty employee

Clean and well stocked with all kinds of sports equipment and clothing. Hard to find help in the store and is a little pricey but thats the mall.

For some reason I always end up buying my shoes here. You cant beat the price and I seem to always find some casual or walking shoes that are comfortable.
