No I didnt like Save A Lot at all ! I never saved a penny. A lot of cheap generics, refrozen salmonella in freezers, and old produce that was rotten. The staff was about as nice as a wasp nest too. That is why this place went out of business in Albertville and just like you tell everyone else that hated this store. A bad experience, well thats putting it nicely.

High prices,a filthy store,disgusting spoiled food,and hateful staff. Thats why its out of business.

I was able to get the few things I needed but was not really impressed with the store. The ladies working there were very nice but the selection was poor. For a discount store I didnt notice the prices being that low. Im not sure Ill go back.

Out of business but you can save a lot of money at Piggly Wiggly Foodland Walmart Aldis or Publix on name brand items not generics

Stopped shopping here. Was an every week. Customer until I bought some tv dinners and otherfrozen items that had mold completely growing on it. Frozen sandwiches..ya green mold all over every bit of it. Have bought frozen vegetables ..yup thawed out an refrozen before I even bought. Cheese yup molded. If this is the price you pay to save some money and shop at a chain store like this instead of like walmart. Guess ill go to walmart because I want good quality food for my family. This save a lot is good on canned stuff, oil, chips ramen ect. But meats and frozen are seriously not tended too as needed to. Dont buy anything frizen here.you will not be happy. I hate that I shopped here for every week for 7 months and told employees in store what was going on and they just ignored the complaint.

Lol they are nastyyyy... I went to buy some fruit from this store n there was bug over everything.. and the meat was discolored.. I wouldnt ever buy from them..

While there isnt a huge selection, the prices are good. Especially on meat. Workers are friendly but management seems to be too busy for you.
