Worst store ever!! We were profiled harassed told to leave for trying to resolve a issue that they created by telling them that we are not sure what or why but we didn’t want any part of whatever they had to believe for the employee to say I do t know what your talked about you need to leave! Her name I’m unsure something like Carrie terrie but that’s rude and uncalled for I left my buggy and will not go back to ever shop at that location again!!!!!

Came into this location with digital coupons, one of the main visits tonight. I had $1.00 digital coupon on Arm hammer scent booster, $1.00 digital coupon on A&H Oxi Fresh Burst, $1.00 digital coupon on Meow Mix cat food. When cashier gave me the receipt I made him aware of digital coupons not coming off so he called a manager and this is her words(I dont know how to make the digital coupons come off unless there already subtracted when rang up. $3.00 might not seem like much, but when you have to borrow money due to the economy, $3.00 a a lot of money to my family. The attitude of male casher was great, the managers knowledge and attitude was terrible. Thank you, Michele Long

Always friendly staff. They need to call more workers called upfront to register when there is a long line. They have self check out, but it hasnt been used since it was put in.

New store, organized well. I go to this location several times a week. The new queue sucks (see picture) and one less register was not the best idea (busy location), but the staff is the best. They always go beyond expectation and you can see that they work well together and are hard workers. The staff makes this location have 5 stars.

I usually check the line to check out going in because its not always fast when people buy a buggy full of items. But its a nice clean store with friendly employees.

ALWAYS good experience in all dollar general stors

Horrible store! It was a disaster inside to where you cannot get a cart through the store isles at all. There were overly filled freight carts EVERYWHERE, very dangerous especially for children. My sister was so disgusted by the time she left, after waiting at least 20 mins in the one line they had open to check out, she called corporate & made a very valid complaint. The cashiers were more concerned about getting employees off the clock than the customer. I will not shop in this store again as long as it is under the same rude management.

Are used to shop there every day until one day one of their managers in the evening I guess is against people that associate with other cultures because now I cannot even go in that store because of a person that I know that is of a different color it used to be a really nice place to go but now I have been banned from the store because I said a word a friend word and I was told I was belligerent. I was not I always everywhere I go I try to have a great time and make people smile but one of the managers there I guess doesn’t like to smile so God bless her and their business and their families but I will not ever be back there I will be in touch with corporate

Great staff and good prices

This is usually a great store however my brother arrived at the store 5min before closing just to grab a snack, he is diabetic and needed a snack that was it in and out and they denied him from coming in due to the time. I am in the service industry I understand how aggravating it can be when you are ready to close and you get customers but we still do not turn anyone away and they still receive the best service we offer. I am disappointed and thankful the convenient store down from the dollar store was open he paid double for his snack but his blood sugar is on the way back to normal now.

I have been in thier hundreds of times and each time it feels like I am a bother to them rather than someone spending money. The older ladies are extremely rude and short. The only one I have found to be pleasant is the guy with no hair. He always is helpful with a smile on his face

The store was full...so much that I couldnt get to the items I wanted to see!!! Almost every ilie was blocked by stock that hadnt been put up...also I couldnt keep my wifi signal to scan ...

The place is crowded and overstuffed. No way wheelchairs can maneuver this store. Low cost and off brand items. Good for saving money.

Great customer service. Always a warm environment. Sweet workers and always helpful when you need something that you cant find. Love it here. Would recommend this dollar general over any other!!

Aisles were blocked with large carts full of products to be put out, a ladder was right at the entrance on the inside with no warning signs or cones, staff were tripping over themselves and not at all friendly and they were out of the only things I went to buy.

CONVENIENT! GREAT SALE PRICES AS WELL AS EVERYDAY LOW PRICES! ALSO FOR THOSE DAYS YOU ARE IN A HURRY! EMPLOYEES ARE VERY FRIENDLY & NICE AND VERY HELPFUL!

Needed to make a quick purchase and didnt want to face the Walmart lines. They have a decent selection of almost anything you may need. Think of it as a extremely scaled down version of Walmart. You may pay a little more or sometimes a little less. These stores tend to franchise in more rural areas.The store was tidy and employees were ok (as in not especially friendly but neither were they rude).

For the most part this store is much cleaner and more organized than the others in Albertville. The staff are. Wry helpful and personable. I drive further just to go to this location.

Clean store. Very helpful and kind employees. Very seldom is there a line at checkout without both checkouts open. Always have shelves fully stocked. My favorite one located in Albertville.

Dollar general depending on where you go can be a great experience with helpful workers that have amazing customer service but some are not so great dont expect everyone of the to be the same or sale the same stuff bc they are all different and dont work there its an awful place to work they care nothing about the employees except for one dollar general manager in Downtown Albertville,AL and his name is Chris Rogers

This is an older dollar general. Needs to be remodeled. Quite big a big store. Seems to be more items there than at most stores.

If you are in a hurry go else where. they love to talk at the registar. other than that whats to complain about.

Short staffed...long waiting lines...For that stores volume it needs ATLEAST 3-4 people,checking out,stocking,bringing buggies inside,and breaks.2 people can not be as productive as they try to be. BEER COOLERS NOT STOCKED,....AT ALL,FRONT DRINK BOXES NOT STOCKED,SELDON TO NEVER ARE THE BAJA BLAST WHEN THEIR IN STOCK???NEVER IN COOLER.....

They are frequently out of skim milk when I stop by. They usually have lots of whole and 2% milk in the cooler. Order needs to be adjusted to get more skim milk and less of the other varieties.

Dear DG if you employees have nothing better to do than harass paying customers and follow them making rude comments and screaming about their relationship issues and Crystal Meth addictions on the store phone so loudly and with what I can only guess is a foul word thesaurus as a few of them were even new to me that customers have to remove their children from shopping and leave. Not once Not Twice but 4 times over the last 6 months.

Of the several GDs around me I like this one best. Its new, clean, and well stocked.
