She was super helpful, wanted to help us save money, AND wasn’t just trying to sell us stuff we didn’t need.Hands down THE BEST Verizon experience I have EVER HAD!!!!

I went in to get a new phone because my 6 year old note 5 finally died and would not turn on after charging all night. My main concern was saving all I had on my phone because I could not remember when I last backed up to the cloud. Stopped by the Guntersville location and they were no help at all. Decided to go to the Albertville location to see if they would even try to help me and of course purchase a new phone. Only waited a few minutes before Jacob came to help me. He was great from the start! Very professional and was also training a new employee. I told him my concerns about my current phone and he told me he would do his best to get all the info off my phone because it would not turn on for him either. Once I chose one if the phones and accessories, because I was keeping my current plan, he went to work on my old phone. I could go on but it was one of the best experiences Ive had went purchasing something important and not so cheap. If you are in the market for a new phone in Marshall county in Alabama, go see Jacob Wiggins at Verizon in Albertville, AL. You will be so happy you did. Hope his higher up sees this!!

The lady at the Verizon store 431 Albertville AL was very rude very unhelpful she took our phone started deleting app and says the problem I was having on the phone was us and installing apps I know this is not true I called and talked to a Verizon representative and he explained and fixed the problem and show me how to keep it working fingers crossed. Im very dissatisfied with this Verizon office and Verizon in a whole I am very dissatisfied with the customer service at the Verizon store Albertville Alabama and also the call in Verizon customer service.Ty Jg Artis

The gentleman that helped me with my purchase was amazing. He was able to swap all my stuff from my old phone to my new phone. He put my screen protector on my phone for me. I will always do my future phone needs with him.

Terrible customer service. They outright claim to be a real Verizon store and actually claim that they have everything the Verizon Store has. I asked them if they carried Mophie Juice Packs for Samsung.....answer....No. Weird, the real Verizon stores have them in stock. I then asked to see a Samsung S20 Ultra. I was shown a non working phone. I asked if they had a live demo so I could see the features and was told no. Funny.....the real Verizon store has them. Since there is no Verizon store in town I guess its online for me. The customer service we once knew has died, folks.

Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable as always. My family and I have had bad experiences with another employee there but Mike jumped in and is now the only employee we will use from now on.

Great customer service. Joel was great! Knowledgeable about merchandise but not pushy. He let us take our time and decide what we wanted. Then went above and beyond installing our screen protectors for us, making sure all our photos, contacts, etc transferred.

Not even one star for Verizon wireless in Albertville Alabama. The supervisor was very rude to my friend who has been a Verizon customer for fifteen years. All over because he made his payment on December 4th 2019 on the same day his prepaid payment was due. I am so happy that I dont have Verizon phone and payment plans. I love my AT&T phone and services perfectly fine.

The Employees are very nice, and they do what ever they can to help with whatever you need! We just purchased 3 new phones and the person who helped us was Exceptional! Went to transfer hum from one car to another one was on the phone to get it swapped over while another employee installed the hum in the vehicle! I highly recommend this Verizon store! I have been dealing with Patrick for three years and have awesome results.... I came into this store hoping someone could help me with my prepaid service since other stores Ive stopped at wouldnt help me. After meeting Patrick who opened the door for me with a nice pleasant smile I had hopes this would be worth the extra 15 minute drive. I am very pleased with the outcome of my visit and will do all my business here going forward. He even notified me that if I pay my prepaid bill in cash they dont charge taxes on my service plan.

We came in with a simple question and were amazed at how helpful the employees were. They completely looked at our account and helped me lower my bill. I had several questions about how to use my phone and he knew exactly what to do. The accessories were also very organized and reasonably priced. I got everything I was needing that day! I will use this store from now on.

I always do business with with the same rep and he always helps me set everything up. He even sets no wait appointments for me so that I dont have to wait. I had problems with getting my promos submitted and he was able to help with that too! I have his cellphone number and I can call and text him whenever I need to to ask questions. He took the time to help me find the right phone for me and even put all of my contacts and pictures on the phone for me! The store had chairs to sit in and gave personal attention to me. I went to this store when I was visiting family in Alabama. I had a problem with my phone, and it was very frustrating. I just couldnt believe how friendly they were! A very helpful, stunningly good-looking young man fixed everything in no time. He even showed me how to do some things on my phone I wasnt aware I could do. I pulled up to pay my bill and they are making costumers wait outside in the rain while it storms and slow slow service do not recommend them to anybody unless you wanna pay a ridiculous amount for a phone that only works half the time

Ive been to this store countless times and have always been helped, except for one time. The sales staff are independent contractors who, of course, want to sell you a phone.
