Went in to pick up the phones I ordered that apparently magically were cancelled so had to go through the process in store which was fine but the girl was pretty rude never gave us any information on the type of plans they had never asked us she hardly talked and I wanted the $65 plan she ended up signing us up for the most expensive one without asking or telling us anything. She just handed us the phones. Never gave me my account number or anything. It just felt like they were really being sketchy and trying to trick us for commission

Had problems with the Guntersville store I have contacted the Albertville store and still unable to get my account straightened out was told could trade in two phones in October of last year and had haven’t had a correct bill since then and nobody has bothered to contact me Been with AT&T 20 years contacted AT&T they can’t help because they don’t on these stores told to contact the stores

Horrible experience. I went last month to get a new phone. They had a promotion going on if you are eligible for an upgrade, you can disconnect your old number/phone and upgrade to then iphone7 for free. The day off , they never gave me a receipt so I went back up that day and got a copy of it. Well sure enough they charged my account for a whole new phone. I went up there today and put my father on speaker, so he could talk to them and they could hear him..they refused to pull up our account because he wasn’t here in person (but last month when he was in Mississippi it was okay), refused to look further into the issue, began interrupting my father and I , and told me to take my father off of speaker. Which I did not. I wish I could remember the name of the girl with the long curly red hair that was in professional and snappy, but I cannot. The manager was the one who asked me to take him off of speaker. Do not buy from them. They will overcharge you (by hundreds) and will not help you. They are too busy hanging out in their clubhouse that they have created (and too busy playing corn hole) to help their customers who have been loyal to them since 2009. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I recently had trouble with my iPhone 6s restarting and dying on its own and with the apple store being all the way in Huntsville I thought I would try the local AT&T store and I’m so glad I did because the sales associate Morgan helped me fix the problem even though it wasn’t part of her job description. Everyone there was friendly and willing to help me by answering questions and giving advise. It’s a really great store with great people!

Thankfully all the staff from a little over 4 years ago was gone. Unfortunately my wonderful guy doesnt plan on staying

Fantastic store!! The store treated me like I was one of the family.. really enjoyed that they did not show racism to me and my family.. for the one whoever posted a review for this store just wasn’t happy with what the store could do for them because the store wouldn’t go out of policy or do anything that wasn’t right for the company. They are simply young kids who think they can get can get away with post because they are not happy they didn’t get their way.!

I called beforehand and talked to Justin Hundley and he was very helpful and answered all questions I had in a quick and professional manner. I decided to go into the store and purchase a new phone, and Justin helped me pick the iPhone XR and a new Otterbox case. He was very professional and answered all of my questions and I’ll be sure to go back to see him if I have any other questions or needs. All of the guys were cool and it was a nice and chill environment, and I definitely recommend going to see them if you have any mobile needs!

We switched 6 lines from Verizon to AT&T and we got all new iPhone 8 Plus’s all with insurance and 2 tablets and 1 Series 3 Apple Watch and not to mention Unlimited Data that we didn’t have with Verizon and our bill went down!! Yes, you read right, the bill went down!! I highly recommend AT&T, also have multiple friends who have made the switch and their bill also went down an average of $100!!

Friendly, informative, and helpful with everything I needed. They helped me pick out a device, accessories, and get everything swapped over very quickly. Even helped me save on my direct TV bill.

The agents in this store totally destroyed two phones and two smart watches. I simply went in to get a number moved from my old smart watch to a new one. The agent wanted me to get a new number so he could make some money. When I said no they moved my wifes phone number to my watch disabling her phone. When they issued a new sim card for her phone now her phone does not function. When confronted they denied having created the issue and then asked me to give them all 10s on the survey to help them out. This store is more concerned about money than support and assistance.

Amazing staff and amazing promotions.Just know your credit affects how much money you pay down in the store, not the sales person. And this stuff will take time, but they help you as quickly as possible and get you on your way.

I recently switched to AT&T from Verizon, and had an excellent experience at the Albertville location. Their customer service was excellent, and I am very very pleased with my new Galaxy S8 and the accessories I bought. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a fantastic experience!

Revised: austin turned out to be terrible. Stopped communicating with us, ignored our texts and calls, then just disappeared on us. Did not tell the truth !!! Told me I would walk out of there with 2 iphones with no out of pocket cost. Then before I left asked me for 800 dollars down! This was after they switched over my numbers ! I told her no I do not want the service so I left with my 2 phones that I had originally. They have sent me a bill now for 1,300 dollars for 2 iphones I do not have !!! Going on my third month of trying to correct this... DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS !

This AT&T STEALS payments and does nothing to explain where your money went or why.The man working there today, Heavy Set with brown side swept hair and a beard wouldnt help my disabled elderly mother so I asked him to give me the number to the head of the store or the corporate number, he wouldnt give me that either so I asked his name and he refused to give me that as well. He also explained to me how thats HIS store and how he makes wwaaayyy more money than me lol how that was relevant Ill never know 😂.Very Professional. I used to work for at&t and Ive been a customer with multiple lines for over 10 years and Ill be honest....my encounter with this employee has definalty affected my opinion of AT&T and what they were thinking when they hired this guy. They let the phone ring off the hook everytime Im there its ringing and ringing. Told my mother he couldnt help her because he was with a customer but none was there or on the phone but us...he was just laid up at his desk as usual. I do not reccomend this AT&T. Drive the extra 10 miles to guntersville... at least youll get treated with respect and helped.

Waited 11/2 hours took 2 more hours to turn in two phones because their internet wasnt working and it wasnt explained to me about the switcher promotion , now I am paying for my new phone and my old phone which means they got a free phone out of the deal! They dont answer their phone and when they do they are rude.
