They exceeded all expectations for my oil change and tire rotation. I showed the coupon for the service and it was taken with no complaint or issue. They notified me of service that needed to be completed and did not try and force me or pressure me into doing it that day which I respect tremendously.

I got my practically Brand new Titan, from here. They treated me and my wife good, and with respect. And gave me a fair price for my trade in. Ron, was our salesman, hes a great guy and knows his stuff. you wont go wrong buying from here, Weve found our new car dealer for life.

I would not recommend this place to buy a certified pre-owned car we bought a Jeep Wrangler on Saturday had to pick it up Monday and Tuesday the check engine light came on was told by a shop that the light had been turned off a few days prior to us buying it and the A/C worked good while test driving now it will not work at all and after closer looking they sold us a Jeep that did not even have a horn on it like I said after looking closer it had been cut completely out wires were hanging . I called salesman Ron and he was supposed to be getting back to us and that has been 1 week and still have not heard from them ..We traded a 2007 Red Jeep in they gave us $5000 for it said it wasnt worth much more than that and I agreed it wasnt cause we did not try to hide the lights that were on like they did looked on website they are asking $14000 for this Jeep we traded which does have a death wobble and several lights on the dash on .

Found the car we wanted online. Asked a couple questions and Roosevelt was very quick to respond and even sent videos of the inside and outside of the vehicle before we came by to test drive. He made our trade in experience very easy and we would recommend him to anyone in the market for a new car!!!

Was sent an email advertising the oil change for 59.99. Was charged 89.99. When I ask about they gave a discount that made it 71.11. That’s still not 58.99. They said I should have read the fine print. That’s misleading and dishonest.

The sales team here kept shuffling money around and trying to hide the numbers, I guess hoping we wouldnt catch it. There was not 1 time that I added the numbers on my calculator that I could get the same total as them. There was always at least $500 extra they were asking us to pay with no explaination. This is extremely deceptive behavior. We found the same vehicle at PEACH STATE Ford Cedartown GA and Carrie cole was an amazing sales person! The entire team there was upfront and transparent about everything. It was a great experience.Buyer beware at Team One Nissan of Albertville. Double check all of the numbers they show you. Dont be deceived by their unethical practices!!

Very good advises and recomendations to fix my car

My car has been in the auto repair shop for over a week and they told me my first initial problem but now they “don’t know what’s wrong with it” even though they charge money for a diagnostic test that’s supposed to tell them what’s wrong with it. it’s been 6 days since they told me they didn’t know what was wrong with it and they don’t seem too interested in trying to figure it out either. don’t take your car to them unless you want to spend a bunch of unnecessary money for them to sit around all day. they could’ve given me a rental or something if they were going to take so long. how do they expect me to get to work to pay for all the expenses?

The lady who did not have a lot of control of what was happening, I know only doing as she was told, was more than nice. I will start with that. A service department connected to a car dealer who messing up your car in there process of working on a simple service, should have another option than rigging your car to get you by until they can get the part for what they messed up. And then to charge more than the quote. I am beyond disappointed in the service quality.

I had been thinking about getting a larger car for a while. I went in to get my Altima serviced (loved my Altima by the way), and was walking around the lot looking at the Armadas. Parker came up just to see if I needed help. I told him why I was there and how I wanted a larger car, but wasn’t sure if I could get an Armada.
