The only guy I talked to was really nice. I traded a near new bike for a much older, much bigger bike and it was a good experience. I live 90 minutes away and after talking about the trade, I was told they dont just sell things after someone has shown interest, theyd hold onto it until I could find time to make it there. The exchange went smoothly and the bike I brought home has been excellent with some minor adjustments. The brake light didnt work upon my arrival but was mostly fixed before I left. Ive had to play with it a few times since Ive had it but nothing terrible. Thanks L.C.C.

More businesses wouldbe better for their customers if theycould take the pages from MIKES BOOK( HONESTY and TRUTHFULNESS ).I wanted to upgrade my YAMAHA1300 DELUXE fuel injection and muffler.He could have done what I wanted to do,but he told me that my motorcycle was sowell dialed - in for performance, that if thebike was his, he would leave well - enoughalone. Mike has to be one of the best harley people around . He knows his bikes and is really honest with the customer. Mike helped me buy my 1st harley, he was really patient and helpful ,way better than any other salesman I talked to . I also trust him with any maintenance, to do it right , ontime and for a very reasonable price. As a 67 year old 1st time rider i feel very lucky to have found this place. they arent only a good dealer i feel like there friends.
