First time visiting this location, very nice people and LOTS of clothing, decor, kids, pet items, accessories, etc. Not a lot of bikes to check out but the amount of clothing made up for the lack of bikes in my opinion (I own enough of those already). A good size place with lots to choose from and though the pricing isnt ”bargain” by any means, the coupons help if you use them.

The ladys that was working the floor was very helpful and nice. My wife was very pleased with how they took what she was buying and put it up on the counter so she could continue shopping and not have to carry it through the store. I live 2 and a half hours from here and I would definitely go back.

Very easy to deal with both service and sales. Did some add ons a couple months after I bought the bike, had service install. They even changed the oil for free because they were not 100% positive it was done before I bought it. I’m 90% sure it was but I didn’t mention anything to them, they took it upon themselves to do it. I’ve got no complaints with them, will be back for more

I stopped here on my Ride from Marysville WA to Ann Arbor. Nicest, friendliest redhead helped with my purchases. Since Alicia(so?) was so nice the first time, I stopped on my ride home to buy a good friend a shirt from here, all because of her. Of all the Harley shops I stopped at(Washington-Rhode Island) Bergdale was my best stop. Thanks for the great experience at your shop, I’ll definitely stop here on my next adventure.

We purchased a riding jacket for my girlfriend there, the girls acted as if we were shopping for a wedding dress, they wanted everything to be perfect. Great service, and a good place to get HD parts.

By far my favorite Harley store in the area. Open 7 days a week and has about anything that you can think of. Staff are incredible to work with, even though them gals seem to be good at filling your cart up with more than you need!! I dont think Ive ever seen a dealer with more merchandise. Being a trailer and a small personal loan. Amazing how much can be inside this building. We lucked out and we re able to get chaps for the wife. She took one for the team on day 1. She rode with just jeans while the rest of us had chaps.Sales staff were so helpful finding everything and then some to fill our saddle bags to the breaking point.

Great selection of motor clothes and the gals were a great help finding gifts! The guys wraped our gifts 🎁 and did a great job.

Stopped in here on our way to Cleveland to do the normal browsing, grab a shirt with the location on it, and a sticker for the beer fridge. Got a shirt, but sadly, this store doesnt have stickers or magnets that provide their location information. Bummer! 😒Otherwise, their amount and variety of in-stock inventory was pretty impressive.

Outrageously EXPENSIVE, I dont hate it by giving it only one star. I just choose to buy similar products at one third the price. Why should I pay big bucks to wear the Harley-Davidson logo. They should PAY ME to advertise for them. People are such sheep.

We spend six months a year in Albert Lea and are in Bergdale regularly. Mike in Service is helpful and knowledge. The owner Duane is a great person and good salesperson. The do events and feeds almost every weekend too. Its a family friendly atmosphere too. Stop in and check to see if you like it too. We think you will.

This is my favorite Harley Dealer of all time

I have always found Bergdale staff extremely friendly and easy to work with. It all started with Kristin, who sold my wife and I our first bike. From then on weve had nothing but good experiences with both service and sales staff. I have since purchased another bike and countless $$ of merchandise there without one complaint. Parts department is knowledgeable and steers me in the right direction with parts and advice.

The service was awesome got everything we needed great selection of clothes!

Was a little disappointed..Received a Mothers Day Email stating the Weekend was 20% off, which Friday is the start of the weekend, we traveled 100 miles to have work done on the bike we bought 2yrs ago. Told by the clerk that it started tomorrow. She was not friendly as everyone we have had wonderful experience with. Very disappointed Mother.... at least my husband got a discount on his tire seeing how we spent over $500...

Very helpful staff, tons of HD apparel and mechanics do quality work. I got a passenger peg installed (dont laugh, it still took the certified mechanic about two hours. It was no joke), and everything works like a charm.

If youre looking for Harley Davidson apparel and accessories, there is a wide selection. The service department, not so much. We stopped in on our way back home to Michigan to have our bike looked at, (as its still under warranty), the mechanic did everything in his power to not help us. He said they do not honor warranty cards from Harley Davidson (which Ill be calling about to their headquarters), and even said he wouldnt know the first thing to do with the warranty card, (even though theres a 800 number on the back of it), went on to say he hasnt any time to look at it, (but when we walked in he wasnt even working on a bike), and was a complete ass when all we were doing was asking for help. I recommend you take your bikes to LaCrosse, because thats what hes going to tell you to do, since his time is oh so precious. What a jerk!

Awesome selection of clothing and HD merchandise. Very well organized and displayed. Even has a decent selection of Womens sizes. I saw HD merchandise I havent seen any where else. Kim was very courteous and helpful. She even double checked to make sure we checked out the clearance room before we left. I would definitely stop by here again the next time I am in the area.

Paid $15000 for a used Road Glide believing it was good to go. So far I have $4000 in repairs that they told me was already done. They might be ok for new bikes but I think I would have been better off buying a used bike off the street.

They follow you around like your going to steal something. I live 20 miles away but if I need parts or looking for a bike I ride over to LaCrosse H.D. really nice people there, and its only 100 miles,nice little ride over there.

This is one of our favorite Harley stores to visit. They have a huge discount room so my husband stocks up on T-shirts. Plus you get a discound if you buy 3 shirts, which is even better. The staff is always friendly and helpful too, not stuck up like ath the Barn store in Iowa. We stop here every year we go to MN.

I had stopped in to Bergdales multiple times to buy parts for a bike I own and the parts staff had been great. Then a little over a year ago I have Kale the opportunity to sell me a new bike and wow am I glad. They put together a great deal for me as well as 2 other coworkers of mine. Yes thats right we purchased 3 bikes that day. Kristen was handling the financing and what a pleasure to deal with as she is very friendly and helpful. Since the purchase Ive been in many times. Both the service department and parts department have been very helpful, friendly, and quick. I have had all around great experiences and would recommend anybody visit the staff at Bergdales.

A friend was on a ride back from Sturgis to Michigan and needed a rear time. Dealer had the tire in stock but said they cannot change a tire on a Kawasaki for liability reasons. Friend had to rent a U-Haul to get back to Michigan. Reading other reviews, looks like this place has some service issues. If they cant change a tire on a Kawasaki, I wouldnt be sure of their work at all. Very poor customer service.

The 2 people we talked to were Keith.the salesman and Kyson the mechanic.they were both awesome!

This place rocks. I showed up in a rain storm and they came out with a towel. They took my helmet and dried out. Gave me free coffee. Let me change in the bathroom. Treated me like I was a local customer who bought my motorcycle there. I’ll stop by here anytime time I’m around.
