Poor service. When I asked if the battery in my Sea Doo I had bought earlier that year was covered under warranty, they told me I had to bring it in for warranty. After bringing it in, they wanted me to buy the battery plus pay a $99 diagnostic fee. I will not go back.

After visiting several other dealerships in the Charlotte area I decided to make the commute to RPM to buy a Can-am Outlander. The owners, Rick and Cheryl showed me around, answered all questions and didn’t pressure me into buying anything - unlike the other dealerships and pushy salesman. I will ALWAYS buy and service my equipment at RPM. I would have gladly paid more money just to have the experience I did here. Make the drive, you won’t regret it.

This company is the best because we went to another company and they made our first experience buying a four wheeler horrible and tried to make us pay 12k for something thats cost 6k by adding tons of fees. But this company told us out the door price right away and we paid 7k for everything and we were really happy.

I submitted a request on Sea-Doo’s website for a quote on a 2019 RXT-X 300 on 7/6/19. The closest dealer to my zip code was Lake Norman Powersports so the request defaulted to their location. On 7/9/19 Lake Norman finally reached out to me via email. I emailed back three times over the next 10 days but never received a response. Upon reading their Google reviews, I discovered several others were experiencing the same problem. One of the reviews directed me to RPM cycles. I reached out to RPM Cycles on 7/19/19 and received a very competitive quote within an hour and a half from the owner Cheryl. The following day I called and was approved for 0% financing through Sheffield Financial. A week later I drove to RPM Cycles to pick up my new toy. Upon arrival, Cheryl had already had my paperwork ready and my SeaDoo washed and loaded on a trailer. Her son briefed me on the controls, hitched the trailer to my car, and I was on my way within about 45 minutes.I highly recommend RPM Cycles to anyone. They will give you an honest price and treat you like family. Best customer service around!

Looking at a side by side here last Sat afternoon and it took about 10 min for anyone to offer any help.

All the staff (service, sales, & mechanics) are absolutely wonderful people. Definitely a family atmosphere. Very quick service with honest feedback. Upfront and honest about work/repairs that would be needed. They are honest with their pricing and don’t try to raise prices or add extra work just because your there with a necessary repair. They whole facility (showroom, service, mechanic shop, etc) was very clean. This is a shop where professionalism and quality are obviously very important to them. I am very pleased to have taken my bike to RPM Cycles and would strongly encourage others to do the same.On a side note: I was stranded and had to fly back home to New Jersey. I was pressed for time and having a really tough time arranging a ride to the airport (the ride service I tried to use canceled my ride 2x). Rick at RPM generously offered me a ride to the airport. Thanks to Rick I was able to make my flight.

My husband found a UTV on the internet, and we decided to call and pleasantly connected to the owner. Explained we would take 3.5 hours drive, pulling trailer and the cash to purchase. Upon arrival, understanding the owner could not come out to negotiate a deal, my husband talk to wife, she was very firm. But being the motivated buyer, wanted to speak to the owner. He would not negotiate on the price at all. Told us in conversation that he does not negotiate prices. That being said, he also knew we were driving 3.5 hours, he could have told us the price is firm, and I do not change. So we walked, then Rick called us back willing to drop the price by $200, at the end he allowed $400 to keep him from making happy customers. So if you want to drive, expect to pay full price.

This was one of the best experiences buying anything I have had in my life. We ended up buying 2 jet skis. The people that own RPM are fabulous. Rick and Cheryl (and even Matt) were extremely personable, knowledgeable and just really good people. If you go into their store and have a bad experience I think you might need to take a look in the mirror because I can bet you anything its not them that made it bad. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a jet ski to check out RPM Cycles.

Service was poor lost my center cap to my wheel left a ton of oil on the skid plate that got all over my trailer charged me for inspecting drive belt an greasing the pulley but cover was never removed also claimed to have cleaned the radiator yet still covered in dirt would have expected a lot more professional service at a dealership with dealership labor rates adding to my review the service lady called me and lied stating that she mistakenly typed my invoice up wrong saying she looked in the wrong column in the service guide. But apparently they dont look in the owners manual cause for service they so called did was not done was charged 400 dollars for a service another local dealership would have done for 150 dollars. The Lady was rude and very unprofessional.

If you are looking for someone who knows their product inside and out this is the place! I have been coming to RPM for over a decade and they will always treat you like family whether youre window shopping or buying the most expensive unit they have. Rick and Cheryl are hard working honest people that will take the time to help you make an educated decision on your purchase. The service team are the only ones in the Charlotte area I will trust with servicing my units, they are honest and direct about what is needed.I am not sure about some of the 1 star ratings people are giving because after numerous purchases and service visits I have never had a bad experience. Well worth the trip to Albemarle to find your next Motorsport or Watersport unit!!

Just bought our first side by side - Can Am Commander XT 800R. WE LOVE IT!!! The service that these folks gave as soon as you walk in the door was awesome! They answered every question we had with patience (believe me I had many) and guided us to purchase the right model to fit our needs. I cant say enough good things about these folks. These people are the best. Besides friendly, they go the extra mile to take care of their customers - just like family. I took my ATV in for service, and with one of those nagging problems. The winch would sometimes just not want to run. They took the time to find the problem, and in record time. Their pricing is good, and their service is tops. I wont go anywhere else.

Worked with owners Rick and Cheryl Price via email and phone. Was a simple, pleasurable, no-nonsense purchase of a 2018 SeaDoo Wake 155. I had a tight timeline and drove over an hour because my local shop in Lake Norman did not want to provide customer service. They had all the paperwork ready, went over the ski, looked at a couple trailers, and out the door I went with my new Jet Ski. While I signed the papers, their son Matt, who also works there, pulled the Jet Ski over to my truck, installed my trailer hitch, trailer light adapter, and attached the Jet Ski to my truck. Talk about service.And to top it off, when I was getting ready to leave, I decided to add one additional strap to the back of the Ski for safe measure. It was closing time and they were busy hustling all the toys back in the showroom for the night, but one of the other workers, stopped and asked if he could attach the strap for me. That is service. Although an hour away, the service I received more than makes up for the mileage.

I can not say enough about the excellent deal I just received from Rick and Cheryl Price (owners) of RPM Cycles. Their pricing on my new bike was $2,000 less than their closest competitor and $6,000 below MSRP. And this was not just some ordinary everyday bike that the manufacturer had to unload so they sold them dirt cheap. This is the current King of the Hammers, the Can Am Maverick X3 XRS Turbo R in Triple Black. RPM Cycles was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They allowed another company to deliver a trailer to their facility so that it would be there for me when I arrived. They even were willing to meet me early on a Sunday morning prior to their attending church. I live nearly 500 miles away and could not have been happier with the ease and efficiency of this transaction. My banker even made mention that this was one of the smoothest deals he had ever been associated with. I would buy here again and make that drive down without hesitation. Highly recommended by us here at The Wilson Motorcar Company.

My husband and I recently had our CAN-AM Outlander 650 serviced (it wouldnt start) and wow! We are so impressed, you cant beat their customer service or prices!! Everyone was so friendly, including the dog! LOL They were wonderful to work with and kept us updated during the whole process. Plus they found the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. We highly recommend them!

Took my atv up there to have the carb cleaned and got it back. Less just say I now know how to clean a carb.

I have bought seadoo Yamaha all kinds of toys! This is the worst place I have ever done business! Sales part went ok except not knowing all there is about financing! And following instructions wanted 3 year sticker, I get it everyone makes mistakes! But when u charge me for oil change and 50 hr service it goes downhill quick, my oil DIDNT GET CHANGED BUT RESET MY COMPUTER! THEN LIED! Told them I wanted winterized not stored at ther facility lady told me to my face all been done all I needed to do was bring back spark plugs we free included! THEN SOME IGNORANT EMPLOYEE SWITCH MY BALL HOOKED UP 2018 RXTX 300 NEEDLESS TO SAY CAME OFF HITCH I paid for another guys got receipt! Called called to.compain and was comparing receipts no WINTERIZation! The same lady proceeded to tell me I didnt want winterized! HEY CON ARTIST YOU JUST TOLD ME 10 MINUTES AGO BEEN DONE who WOULDNT DO IT IN NC! THERE SERVICE IS A RIPP OFF PLEASE CHECK OIL WHEN PiCK UP SPARK PLUGS ETC. FOUND OVER A DOZEN CUSTOMERS BEING SOLD PARTS NOT NEEDED CHARGED FOR MAINTENANCE AND JUST LIke REST WITH OLD OIL REMAINING! THEY ARE NOT HONORING WARRANTY IF ITS COVERED call your insurance if THEY SAY NO PLEASE CALL SEADOO THEY WILL RESOLVE QUIKLY! FRIEND PAID TO HAVE ALOT OF STUFF DOnE OWNER ARGUED HE HEARD SKI RUNNING WHEN RPM DROPPED OFF SAID IT WAS KNOCK OFF BATTERY! NOT YOUR INCOMPETENTS LEFT THE OLD SPARK PLUGS IN AND DIDNT INSTALL THEM AT ALL NO OIL CHANGE OR HOSES TIGHTEN! SO WE DROVE 2 1/2 HOURS TO ANOTHER DEALER THEY SAVED OIL FIXED ALL WARRANTY WORK SAVED ALL OLD PARTS AND OIL TO TURN OvER TO ATTORNEY! PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHO YOU DO BUSINESS WITH! AND WILL NEVER ASSOCIATE WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN TILL US 11 CUSTOMERS SEE THEM IN COURT!!!PS I WE ARE ACTIVE CUSTOMERS ! PLEASE PUT US LIKE YOU DID FOR YOUR BAD REVIEWS! Just move to the area went in to look at a new Seadoo. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable with reasonable prices. We had one Seadoo maintenance done and bought a second from them. Its a bit out of our way, but compared to the other shops in our area, the most friendliest to do business at.

Very rude, not knowledgeable at all. Ordered a bolt for a 98 Honda, a week later the bolt still hadnt came in. I called and was told that she could not get the bolt and they did work on or do any service to anything that old, plus screwed me out of the money for the bolt I had already paid for. Worst place I have ever dealt with.
