Not a fan. I went to look at a $28k side by side. The salesman was friendly and helpful to the best he could. They wouldnt move on the price the least little bit. But he did offer me $20 off a turn signal kit. I had my trailer and was ready to buy, but they werent about that sale. Waste of my time.

We just bought a 2021 Polaris ranger full size 570. We did have to wait a bit but the wait was worth it! We absolutely loved working with crossroads they answered any questions we had. When I say that everyone there was nice we mean every department the guys in service really know what theyre doing and have no problem answering the hundred questions you may have. I would like to take the time thank the staff at Crossroads, for an excellent experience. I saw the Suzuki GSX-S750 on their website. I sent them a text to make sure it was available, and put my down payment on the bike. I arrived Saturday morning at 10 am, they had my paper work ready, the bike washed and full of gas. The whole process didn’t take over 30 minutes and I was off on my new Suzuki. Thank you for an awesome experience.

Best dealer I have worked with ever, extremely fair pricing and excellent communication. I called around to numerous dealers when looking to buy a new bike, they had the best offer and were very transparent about availability (other similar dealers were not as candid about actual availability and are taking pre-orders on bikes knowing full well they could not deliver until up to 6 months later.) On the day of pickup, I was in and out in 20 minutes - handed the title and they helped me load up. I would not hesitate to do business with them again and will recommend to friends looking for Suzuki/Yamaha. Usually I buy parts through the internet but I will use this dealer in the future just to give them extra business.

Very bad customer service. No one knew service prices besides Jordon the manager and he was reluctant to give me prices on services until I complained. Then he told me that a diagnostic system check at 600miles service fee would be 150$ and the fuel syncrinasation check would be 200$. Thats 350$ for 2 checks that i cannot do myself at 600miles. Other places do all of this and change the oil for 150$. I wont go back, (update) Ride Now bike shop just gave me a quote. They knew exactly what I needed and told me it would cost 70$. 70$ vs 350$?

Great buying experience! I shopped around and Crossroads had the best price around, I called and spoke with Travis and he gave me an OTD price including the accessories I wanted. I was told it could be up to 2 months before my unit would be there, which I was expecting. I got a call 11 days later telling me it was there! Set up an appointment to come in and do the paper work and pick-up my new Ranger 1000 crew, the process was guick and easy with no surprises thanks to Darla! Crossroads was almost $1500 cheaper on the same unit than some of the other dealers I checked with! Give them a chance, I dont believe you will be disappointed!

I had a fantastic experience. The COVID era has made acquiring powesport products difficult, to put it mildly. I wanted a midsize adventure bike and set out looking at KTM 790/890s and the yamaha tenere 700. I called dealerships within 2 hours of my house and got a variety of responses. Some made overly optimistic projections, others were less than transparent, and others played games with pricing. One dealer I talked to had a 30% markup over MSRP out the door for a bunch of random dealer fees. I finally got in contact with Carmen at Crossroads in Albemarle, NC. I got 100% transparency with timelines, and out the door pricing. There were absolutely zero hidden fees or random charges, which in itself is enough to earn my business. Beyond that Carmen and the team at Crossroads kept me updated throughout the process. I highly recommend giving them a call if youre in the market. It was a great experience, and they have earned my loyalty for future purchases.

Financing was super simple I applied on their website received a phone call within 30 minutes saying I was approved paperwork Was ready when I went to pick it up. Price was good we ended up buying 2. Never in my life have I experienced a dealership that doesnt seem to have any interest whatsoever in selling their inventory? I live an hour away and had inquired about a motorcycle. It took them 3 days to even respond to my first request, and after that, I never heard another word in response to my other questions for over a week. 2 phone calls where I was told hell call you right back and at least 3 or 4 emails later.... i went with another dealer where I got a much better price on an identical bike. Horrible customer service, horrible experience. Dont waste your time with this place. Mind-boggling.

I live in Kansas City and was looking for a polaris ace 150. None were available locally and my local dealer could not order one as they told me polaris was not taking orders for them. I searched the internet and found this dealership had one in stock. I called and spoke to a salesman and he told me he had to check and make sure it was not sold and that he would call me back. He called me back and told me it was still available. I said great do you guys suggest any shipping companies to get it to Kansas City. He suggested u-ship. I said ok how do I go about getting you paid ? This is when he informed me that it would be 5895.00 out the door. I said why is that. He informed me they were installing accessories on it and that is why the price is as such. I told him I didnt want any accessories with it. He told me that they had installed wheels and tires, a windshield and a roof and they could not remove them as that would be alot of work. He then told me that due to covid-19 that they had to sell a new unit with at least one accessory. I said ok great leave the windshield on it and take the aftermarket wheels and tires and roof off. He laughed and said the windshield was only a 100 bucks and he couldnt take the wheels and tires off. I asked him if there was someone else I could talk to he said no. I told him I did not want to buy a 1500.00 dollar set of wheels and tires with the machine. He said then I cant sell it to you then. I told him that I had bought a honda pioneer local to me that had accessories on it on the showroom floor that I didnt want that they had installed and they simply removed them. That is when I hung up. I can not believe that a dealership would force someone to buy accessories they dont want just to make a sale. I have never set foot in this dealership, this all took place over the phone. It amazes me a place like this is even in business. I understand that the ace 150 is in high demand but that shouldnt mean price gouging.

I had to beg them to sell it me , they didnt have one like it on the floor. They had an X2 which has high back bucket seats, Im 64 my knees were about to hit the dash. The one I wanted was a regular wolverine. I have about 4 of knee room. They wanted me to pay for it before I got to see it. Then it had a bad battery, I called and they said it would be charged when I got there. When I got there nobody knew about the call then they replaced it with a battery that was charged 2 year before.After yamaha read my review, crossroads called them they sent me a new battery . They are doing better customer service now.

I took my 2020 Yamaha FX to have the initial service done and these guys were great! I made my appointment with Jordan the service manager at 5pm the day before and worked with Brandon as I arrived. I dropped the ski off at 11 AM and by 12:30PM I was ready to go. They are very fairly priced and Brandon made the process really smooth! I will drive from Charlotte to get my ski serviced there in the future just because of the customer service and overall experience. Keep up the good work!

I took my waverunner into the service department for some warranty work. They took care of the issue quickly. They responded quickly to my emails and kept me up to date on everything. Spoke with Carmen in sales who claimed she has some of the only RZR 1000s on the east coast. Sounded very arrogant on the phone, talking to someone who was planning on spending this type of money. I quickly found out this is not true. Found another dealership in Concord who was pleasant to talk with and had a RZR 1000s for 1k cheaper. Also found 1000s in Greensboro and Winston Salem. I have done business with Crossroads in the past but never again. Would not recommend to anyone.

Terrible experience! Went looking for a Yamaha waverunner, knew exactly what I wanted so I showed up to look at some of the options & was ready to purchase one that day. They couldn’t tell me what they for sure had in stock and I was told they would call me and let me know what they had - they never called. I had to call and ask again, they still couldn’t tell me. They acted like they did not care to sell me anything at all so I took my business elsewhere. Spent 2 weeks with them just trying to get an answer as to what they had in stock. If I’m spending money with you, at least act like you care about my business. Absolutely no plans to go back for future purchases.Charlotte motorsports is definitely the place to go for this kind of stuff.

They had a new bike I wanted. I purchased sight unseen from out of state. Picked up the bike a few weeks later, while going on a long road trip. Everything was completed over the phone or email. The price was great. The bike and all paperwork were ready to go when I arrived. The whole staff is great and very personable and they loaded the bike for me. The only issue ( which is my fault ) is that they are 6 hours drive away and not my local dealer. I wish they were!!!! I would use them for my service. I will purchase again from them as i like to deal at places where I feel that my business is appreciated. Good communication before and after the sale emails to make sure that I was satisfied with the purchase and how my road trip was going. No added fees and other BS I was quoted by other dealers. Was looking for a polaris sp 850. They had one of two In the state in camo. Gave me an out the door price no fees and no bs. Told em I’d be there in a couple hours. I got held up they stayed till after closing was cleaned and ready to go when I got there was in and out in 30 min. Super easy to deal with and no hidden fees and no BS!!!

The service and sales isn’t the best. The salesman seemed like he’s being bothered and isn’t an enjoyable man. Once he found out we found the same exact Polaris $3000 cheaper at Sports Cycle in Rockingham (via phone call) he refused to talk to my husband. So off we went to Rockingham and purchased exactly what we wanted. Maybe he was having a bad day but in the end he lost a sale. Best advice is check prices before you purchase anything.

Decided to change my review. I purchased from them last summer and on the surface a great transaction. The problem is, the loan wasnt a loan it was a revolving credit account. I do understand I signed the papers but who is going to read all that. EDIT: My issue is with the idea of a company financing purchases with a charge card without at least asking the question, Would you like a Yamaha store card or would you like a loan with simple interest?

Called and order a part from crossroad Yamaha. It took a whole 8 days to order it. Picked up the part and didn’t realize it was the wrong part til I got home. Went back there to return the part and refund my money. They try to argue with me that it was the right part when it wasn’t because there two different part number I spent over two hundred dollars and they would not refund my full balance. The customer service was very poorly and there not organized. I recommend not going back up there after the experience. All they do is screw you over money. There a sorry business
