I called with a couple questions, one was to get my radio code, also to ask about a small dent in my car and about their inventory of vehicles. I spoke with Chad in service and he was very professional and extremely helpful. I’ve never done business with them before however my next vehicle will be bought from them. I’ve called other dealers and none were as courteous, kind and professional and extremely helpful.

Went in for service on my mitsubishi. Everything was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Very friendly and helpful until you sign on the dotted line. My husband has only had his truck for a month and it wouldnt start. He called Albany Mitsubishi and basically was told oh well, not their problem. We ended up having to get it towed which cost $100 and then $200 to the Chevy dealership so far. They might have got our business this time but we wont be back. I hope this review prevents just one person from making the same mistake we did.

My experience with Albany Mitsubishi went very well. I was able to get into a vehicle that fit my budget and my needs. The experience with sales manager Pernell Williams was a nice and pleasant one . Just make sure when you make that purchase to check everything even under the hood wish i didnt i think i had to ,do that was a new car but this is what I got and they didnt replace or nothing now is the pain

I even had a family Member listen on the phone and this particular person was on their way down there but I walked off. I dont remember his name buthe is Caucasian with really bad dental tendencies. He got frustrated with me because I didnt want what he wanted me to hydride off in. Just because the banks yall deal with havent reached their quota that isnt my fault. Dealing with people and their money you should be more respectful and Understanding.

My relative recently purchased a vehicle from here. The salesperson was “J.D.” well, he was more like a professional guru than a salesman. My relative is military affiliated and J.D. explained what “Military Plan” was available, he was very knowledgeable. J.D. is definitely someone I would recommend, he’s not a”salesman “ per se, more like an individual who has ur interest at heart. Really great customer care representative, he was personable, friendly and outgoing, helpful, knowledgeable, explained any questions and overall really professional. He’s the king of “staking em deep and sellin em dog on cheap”- as his radio ad says. The staff that helps with the purchase of a new vehicle, they were also warm and inviting, customer care professionals. My relative is only 21 and we were confident that he would be taken care of, while alone when purchasing his vehicle and it was smooth sailing. Great experience and a team of professionals.
