Very helpful and supportive staff

Andy Kaufmann runs an absolutely first rate hearing aid. He know the science behind it, he is a quality tester, his after-market service is as good as it gets. Five times better than Costco!!!

I saw Andrew Thursday to get my new Amaze hearing aides. Amaze hearing aids are AMAZING! I didnt realize that the microwave made noise when I pushed the buttons for setting time, power, etc. I could hear Ira crunching on crackers at the kitchen table while I was putting dishes in the dishwasher. And, I was surprised to learn that Charlie, our kitty, meows loudly. Driving home from Albany, I heard noises all around and not the loud road noise that I would normally hear when Im driving. These are only some of the changes Ive noticed.In addition, I am calmer in the grocery store and places in public because I can hear. Im also more confident and my fear of falling has declined. What a difference in my life Amaze has made!

Andrew, is great! His service too. He is always willing to help in anyway needed.
